I ordered a corsage from GB (I refuse to say the whole name) and was given something g completely different and absolutely horrible. The staff was rude and unwilling to help. Taking a shot in the dark I stopped into Benbrook Floral and asked Robin for a minor miracle. She took the time to help me and fix the corsage. She made it absolutely beautiful and my niece loved it which is the most important. She also took the time to add an additional band to help wear the corsage because the weight distribution was wrong. Robin gained my trust and devotion as a future customer. She will have my business from now on and will never go anywhere else. If you want great service and someone that cares go see Robin.

After receiving an arrangement from another florist for our new grandson, which was an awful arrangement, I called Benbrook Floral. I have done business with them in the past on several occasions, and as usual, they made a beautiful arrangement at a very fair price. The owner listened to what I wanted and how important this occasion was to me. She presented to me exactly what I was wanting. They will get all our business from now on. They are top notch florist!

Cori is fantastic!! We used Benbrook Floral for my Bridal Shower and Wedding Day. Cori went above and beyond to make the events just that much better! With battery operated candles, decorations, platters and of course my wedding bouquet and my husband’s boutonnière, everything was perfect!! Our own personal mirror was broken at the wedding, and Cori has the skill set to cut and replace the glass. I 1000% recommend Benbrook Floral!

I don't know how this place stays in business. I went right after we moved from Fort Worth to Benbrook, got a single rose and it was over $5. Went back today for a single Gerber Daisy, no vase, over $6. I left and didn't buy it. In Fort Worth, we had a great florist with good prices and service. I'll never come back and it's a shame because it's on my way home and I love getting a single rose/tulip/Daisy for my wife.

Unsatisfied; pictures in three different price ranges and I picked the lower one @ $55 and the delivery looks NOTHING like the picture on the website. She even told me there was actually $58 dollars worth in the bouquet. Maybe in greenery but not at all what was pictured. Florist tells me to wait a few days for the flowers to open. Last time I checked greenery doesn't bloom. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have been using Benbrook Floral for many years. I pretty much don't go anywhere else unless I have to. They always great selection. Beautiful flowers. Singles and arrangements. And the ladies that work there will go out of their way to make sure that you have best possible. They are friendly and curteous beyond what you would expect at any other floral. Thank you so much ladies.

Very disappointed in the arrangement. I spent $120 plus delivery and what they put together were 2 bunches of white daisies that I could have purchased from the grocery store and 5 calla lillies. What a ripoff. I had asked for all white arrangement- preferably chrysanthemums- but also suggested white roses, carnations, star gazer lilies. I'm embarrassed to say these were from us.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday. I had no idea about flowers at all. The ladies I spoke with were amazing and the bouquet omg I'm still hearing about how beautiful they are and how awesome they smell from her and everyone she works with.. thank you for making my wife's birthday great. We highly recommend we have found our go to florist.

Benbrook Floral did an outstanding job today, for my wife and me. They delivered a dozen red roses to a nearby restaurant, where we went for our anniversary. All the other patrons were poking and aahing over how beautiful they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very customer oriented...amazing selection...have had two things delivered to my honey and both times they delivered on time and followed all the instructions I left to the 'T'....they are my florists for life...oh yeah...the prices are very friendly as well

I live out of town and I've used Benbrook Floral twice to deliver arrangements to my granddaughters at their schools. Great customer service and beautiful arrangements, perfect for each occasion. It's so nice to have a "hometown florist" out of town! :)

I always have flowers delivered to my parents who live in Benbrook on there special occasions. They have never disappointed me the last few years! My parents get what I order, always on time and the flowers are so amazing! Thank you all very much.

Sent flowers to my aunt's funeral that I was unable to travel to. The service was friendly and good, and I don't know what they cost other places, so I don't know if it was a good deal. They are just up the street, so it is convenient.

I ordered a dozen red roses, beautiful roses, but the greens were few and nothing else. Other flower arrangements have had little white flowers to set off the red roses. Not the best for sure.

Came in to get some birthday flowers and the store owner was very helpful! She knew I was on a budget and needed to get something nice quickly. The flowers came out looking great.

Brought a rubber tree plant here my first was giving a lot of great information on how to take care of it really nice owner my place for house plants
