Applied for a student/apprentice loan for a car (tradie so need it for tools) and it took 3 months of bad communication and weeks of no new news. After sending everything at least twice I was offered 1/4th of what I applied for. Called to open an offset account. They said I have to go to the branch as it can't be done online. Went to Pakenham branch and they took my card and details and then tell me they can't help me and I need to make an appointment. How is this so hard to simply open an offset account.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you want the run around, absolutely zero communication and horrible service this is the place for you! Not sure how the staff can feel comfortable with their horrible horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Worst bank ever. They shut at 2pm.. Service there is the most useless you'd ever see. Lines out the door with one teller. They said they shut at 2 coz of covid but month out of lockdown it's still 2 n not changing.

Leaving a review as I’m surprised by so many bad reviews. Had nothing but brilliant customer service from this small branch, appreciate setting up some difficult accounts for my parents and making it easy.

Only one staff on counter, line goes out the door daily. Closed for lunch then the backlog takes at least half an hour to clear. Go to a bigger branch, that has more staff, unless you have all day.

Called to find what time they close and im put on hold for over 10 minutes straight away not even a hi just hold then nothing very rude and bad customers services worst bank ever

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a Bank. Dealt with Emily on Monday and everything was quick and easy - made it as simple as possible.

Dealt with Emily after losing our father and finalising his accounts. Emily was a super help and really responsive. Hightly recommended.

Poor service and communication with customers locked out at 10 so staff can top up tills

Sick of driving into town getting there at 1.30pm and they are shut. Fed up.
