The lady staff behind the counter who are in the front line with customers get 5 stars for their brilliant service. Just 1 star for the manager who doesnt give a person from the community a chance because judging by their motto...... “Successful communities and successful customers create a successful bank.”......you have to be successful first. I may not have been successful in their eyes when I needed to go further so therefore neglected the support I needed so I had to go elsewhere....and guess what? Now I AM successful : )

Worst customer service ever. Bunch of bankers who are clueless and one of them booked a 2 pm appointment which I got there at 1.59pm… guess what she’s having lunch. A customer relationship officer who has no intent of giving good customer service. 5-7 staff members who can’t run a reasonably quiet bank. Don’t waste your time even trying. Honestly you will be the one with lost time. But hey it’s all well she still gets paid.

Don't know what should I say!! I thought it was my fault treating someone badly.. or maybe expecting too much from a bank to be polite and respectful towards their customers. but after looking at the comments, I realized I'm not the bad one .

Went in their to enquire about opening an account. Along with the unfriendly demeanour of the worker, i was told if I withdrew a large amount of cash I would need to pay for their security. They can seriously suck my toe....

Not at all surprised by the poor ratings. Appallingly terrible customer service at this branch, completely unprofessional and no customer care. Suggest to close your accounts with BB and bank elsewhere.

E-banking or just plain old-fashioned friendly service in branch - no better bank exists! They are the BETTER big bank and they are a COMMUNITY bank- how rare in this world.

If you are looking for good services, Bendigo bank must be your last option, particularly Doncaster East branch, as they waist your time. Consider, major banks instead.

Customer service with very bad attitude. Had the phone call to this branch with this lady who is rude and does not know how to speak with customers.

Charges $2.5 to withdraw from CBA debit card. I reckon it’s a rip off. Please consider doing away with such fees.
