I would rate zero if I could. Branch manager, Danielle, is rude and uncaring. Refused to speak to me, pretended she wasn't in the office, and instead had one of her peons call me. They have stolen at minimum $400 in incorrect fees from me after lying to me, and have only offered $29 as a "goodwill gesture." They are not a community bank as advertised. I imagine they would also be stealing money from their elderly customers without any shame. Do not bank with Bendigo bank, and especially not this branch. I have been a customer for 15 years and their treatment of me is utterly deplorable. Even their customer advocacy team are unwilling to help. No longer a customer and I highly recommend banking with any other institution. You will not be valued at all.

Band customer service!!! I am three account holder for long time with Bendigo bank. I booked appointment to open new account yesterday ,when I come today waiting through customers services to the helping desk as soon as l produce my document the person supposed to help me ,he will not open my account for me, I asked him why? .he didn't careless ,I wasted two days of my time and left disappointed. I will makes my decision weather staying with this bank. .makedichevwillopen my account bat mid day in working hours

Terrible service! Went to my local branch to withdraw some of my money and was told by the teller in not so nice way that I have to arrange an appointment to them before I take some of my money! Reason why?? She said, they don't have much cash with them all of the time? Honestly Bendigo, are you guys for real??! First of all, it's my money that I'm taking, I'm not asking for freaking loan! My husband and I have been banking to Bendigo in so many years now and wasn't told ever about that before! Disappointed!

It's changed sooooo much and i am terribly disappointed in them. Tried to call this a.m. 10.15, no answer, rang five times. Pretty pathetic. I asked for an account to be closed that I no longer need, they said they could do it without me coming in, it's still open, four weeks later. No explanation, no contact. Even when i went in with the paperwork they still rang me to check on said paperwork. They had it all in front of them! No, they're not as good as the older crew were in there. They're shocking.

The staff in this branch have no idea what they are doing! Even for simple questions they will have to ask around their colleagues to figure out what to do and they mostly do it wrongly or just don’t do it but they would tell you that your problem is solved. They don’t even understand the problem and you have to explain multiple times to different people in the office. They need serious training first, before they serve the customers. Absolutely disappointing!

I found that they were really over the top and invade my privacy, asking why I want to withdraw or where does this money come from. I asked my account manager to put a note on my file for staff not to intrude on my personal info and this has now stopped. Also when pushed on mortgage interest rates they dropped the rate. Like the other big banks in some ways but still better than them as well.

Wow amazing Brandons service and knoweledge of bank products ,explained in detail all of my questions. I felt great and comfortable while in branch , I highly recomend this bank and branch to anyone who needs to be treated as a normal person and not be judged. Well done Brandon.

Customer service is shocking. You contact the lenders to discuss your mortgage and they take a week to get back to you or dismiss the question. Pure laziness
