Having children and having 2 years of unauthorised use of my account for payments never ade I walked in and spoken with the freindly team at Karingal Bendigo bank last Friday to dispute transactions to report as keep my account safe to know future money will stay safe the freindly staff were so kind and patient understanding and already working to ensure my account is safe I really appreciate there hard work they do not judge and are quick to assist you in keeping your account safe .

One of the reasons why I originally moved my accounts to Bendigo Bank in Frankston, was because they opened longer hours than the Big 4 banks. They were open between 9 am & 5 pm on weekdays & also Saturday mornings. Frankston city branch, which is the most populated town in the area, no longer provides customer service on Saturday mornings or from 9 am on weekdays. Bendigo Bank is acting more like the corporate BIG Banks every day & less like a community bank!

I love this bank. As a regular customer I always find the staff super friendly and welcoming. They always do their best to help you and inform you of anything you need to know.

Extremely helpful, available staff. It is so important to be able to contact the branch directly and not have huge queues when you need to attend in person.

Please update the address to prevent wasted time and confusion. It is at the entrance, to the right. Not anywhere near Hungry Jack's.
