The owner (mr. raaja) is one of the most polite pet shopkeeper i ever met. I almost visited 10-12 fish store's but he is most polite. Fish condition=big sized, healthy (but not cheap) Water appearance=almost clear Tanks=any size (user based customisation) pocket friendly. Aquatic plants= NA (they don't deal with live plants) Fish availablity=almost every popular fresh water fish (if not- they will bring after your order within 4-5 days)

Very unprofessional people never go there he is nice guy but he ll not send any person at your home after even many calls. Vo sirf aapko bolenge ki hum apna admi bhej Kr apke Equarium ki quality check karenge and fir fish bhi bhej denge but no one will come after many calls

This man is really unprofessional...promised me to provide some articals and took advance also.....but now it's forth day since my last visit to the shop and he is not responding at all on at calls or at WhatsApp...plus he sold me a broken tank also ....worst behaviour

Bengal Aquarium shop bahut achi shop hai apko ache price mai fishes mil jaati hai.. or waha ke uncle bahut ache hai unka naam maine puchha nahi lekin he is very good person. Unhone meri help ki thi fishes ke liye mere chhote se aquarium ke liye thanku uncle ji.
