I don't like to complain in posts re business. This has been 12 weeks of same place new management. The store Manager advised me about 10weeks ago that the App is still fixing adding and removing options for the meal . The order went up to $14.50 from $10.90 on the new app. It's same same order each week same name and same time. Last week when I picked Abby up I was asked "mum, do you forget to order my chips" You kidding me! Past 3-4 weeks I have gone in store to order to ensure the right order. And never has been! I discovered the meal ordered in store is $10.90. $3.60 mark up on the app for convenience for them!!! Today I went in and ordered Abbys lunch. I wrote it on a Post it note to help the possible English barrier. I advised the Store Manager who I talk to each week re error in her orders. I said Abby did not receive chips last week? No apologies! I asked for discount on today's meal considering I got half meal last week. Happy with $2-$3 not 50% off I gave him $10 and he was quick enough to correct $10.90 I said what the fish? I just asked for discount as last week you gave half a meal. And how many incorrect meals she gives away! I said "your the manger, I asked for a discount for all your errors the past 12 weeks!" His reply "I'm not the manager". Unfortunately I lost my cool and used the F*&^! and told him that's it I'm not coming back. The only way to contact the store is Messenger FB no reply Insta only got a reply as I posted not happy customer reply to messenger and had a quick reply back. With "Will get back to you in 2 business days... " 5th Nov Today's order error chips were not lightly seasoned!

Unable to remove cheese from kids menu's

Terrible service. Went there with two kids in tow after a long day for a quick and easy dinner. I was so wrong. 55min waiting at Benny's for our order! At 50min I asked for refund to go and get something else but they told me it was nearly ready. The kids were frustrated, tired and hungry. Staff were virtually ignoring people standing near checkout. There were a few drivers waiting a long time for delivery orders too. A few times the drivers showed phones with pick up orders but pretty much were shrugged off. One of the drivers caught attention of one of the staff and said there were people waiting at the till. They nodded then completely ignored us. I had to call out over the seats to get their attention. While there Someone had a grievance and was wanting speak to manager but from overhearing the conversation it seemed like staff did not care. Yes it was busy but wait time was excessive and no appologies or compensation for wait times. Food was OK. Even the kids said they did not want to go there again because of how long it took.

Usually bennys is a good go to for cheap American takeaway. It's not unusual for them to make small mistakes but not usually as many as they did today. I ordered two burger meals and chicken tenders. When I arrived at the Morphett Vale store I had to wait five or so minutes for the staff at the counter to acknowledge me then they claimed to not have my order under my name until I had mentioned I had paid for it and what I ordered, once I did that they had seemed to have my order. I was handed one bag with presumably all of my food and the staff member went to server another customer, making it very awkward when I had to ask for my drinks that I had ordered too. After getting home to have my food I found the bag was missing the chips to both of the burger meals. I went to call the store but the only phone number on their site was for the Hindley st store, which is currently closed. Without all of the mistakes, it's a 3/5 on a good day. Would recommend to not waste time on the Morphett Vale store, just go to Hindley st.

We've eaten in and tried delivery. For some reason the deliveries have always been cold, but that seems to be more on the delivery service. There is very little as unpleasant as soggy cold fries. On the plus side, when eating in, the chicken wings and ribs are great, although I prefer mine cooked in the sauce, rather than having to dip them in a sauce, it detracts from the flavour a little. Servings of fries in all their forms, and flavours, which are a good feature of Benny's, are generous, although seemed to have shrunk on my last visit. If you like Canadian style Poutine, you will love the various options available here, but I found my favourite, the chili cheese fries ( a disgusting habit I picked up in LA in the 80's) to be a little bland, and wet. resulting in soggy fries. All in all, some disappointments, mostly on the side of the fries, but the hot dogs, burgers, chicken wings , ribs and poutine make it worth a visit.

Not happy with my experiences. Gone to this place enough to know that it's a waste. I've only had it perfect once and that was the second time. Every other time it's been aweful. Doesn't always get the order right even when I'm the only order. And when they do get the food right it can still be underwhelming especially when the chips are cold on the inside because they havent been cooked properly. Really needs some work to the shop and redoing the menu. Hopefully this place get the fix up it needs but in the meantime I'll be going else where. Good luck guys.

The Woodville store used to be my closest store before it closed, so this store is quite out of the way for me but wanted to see if it was worth the drive. Minimal staff on, ordered two pulled pork wraps, 1 can of soft drink and a "super" shake. Wraps were still pretty tasty despite the wait, but was fairly dissappointed with the super shake. Cost $8 and was a small cup size, maybe medium at a stretch. Was described as having mint choc chunks but was blended to a normal milkshake..still tasted okay but $8? Competitors like Nordburger sell similar style shakes, double the size and slightly cheaper. I love your food but perhaps reconsider your shake sizes or prices?? I think you guys have got a good menu going and good potential, just need a few things fixed up :)

Absolutely terrible service, went on there FB website looked at menu clicked to order online through menu log. On FB it states burgers come with a small drink and fries.....now the order in total came to $96 my husband picked it up it was missing a burger and no fries and drink for each burger. I called them to be told that wasn't the deal in Menulog even tho it didn't state that or give me any other option to order online. They offered to give me my burger which I had already paid for but nothing else. I was told if I had of just came in and ordered instead of ordering Online I would have received the sm drink and fries but would have been charged the same price. Absolute con artists.... yet to receive my refund for my burger too .

Place looks filthy. Xmas decorations still stuck to the ceiling a year and a half later. Never seems to have the American sodas. Noticed the website menu prices don't match the online order. Don't bother to bring it up because they just say "order online and then you will see what you are charged". Deceptive, dismissive and ruuuuuuuude. Will be getting my hotdogs from elsewhere. The only good thing about this experience was calling ahead to check prices exposed their truly horrible attitude. I've just been lucky in the past because I didn't actually have to talk to them. I wont add photos in case you are thinking about lunch at the moment. They can go dog off.

Don't get there chicken burgers. it was so dry it can break your teeth. Stick to there beef burgers. If you order with uber eats expect your burger to be luke warm and chips to be cold. had an issues one time when I ordered 3 meals. Something went wrong on there side when they accidentally cancelled one of the meals. uber eats doesn't give contact information apparently so they couldn't contact me. whatever, im probably just mad because I had to wait 2 hours to get my food... and I was a fool and got a chicken burger. Not worth the wait or extra delivery cost. just... don't use uber, don't get the chicken burger and you'll have a good meal. peace

Went there for dinner and ordered takeaway. The lady that serviced us was extremely rude, did not even greet us nor thank us when taking our order. She did not smile or appear like she actually wanted to be there the whole time. There were 3 people in the kitchen and multiple Uber eats coming in and out. Our order took nearly 30 minutes to be ready with no other customers in store. Very disappointed with the lady that served us in particular, next to no customer service skills! Would not hire her if she was the last person available!

no customer service. over 30 mins to get 2 take away burgers when there were 5 people in the kitchen section and very few cutsomers in store (total of 4). We had to remind staff of out order after 15-20 mins only to have a server hold up her finger and back away to the kitchen area. no 'sorry' no 'i'll check on that for you now' nothing. then we hear 'we forgot the order' whispered in the kitchen. the food eventually arrived but still nothing was said about the wait or anything else. we were just handed the bag and then the server ran back into the kitchen. Will not be back and would not recommend to others.

I've been waiting to try Benny Burger for a while now and finally did the other night. The location is very clean. Once I stepped inside I was greeted almost instantly. I placed an order online earlier in the day and the pick up process was very easy. I came a little early so my order was being made but didnt take more than 5 mins of waiting to have the food in my hands. The manager in duty was making sure everyone in the restaurant was taken care of and made sure they had everything they needed. The food was absolutely amazing and I will be back for more!

I quite enjoyed his place, it's a nice change from the usual take-away trio. The food is noticeably different, it's delicious but it did leave my guts feeling rather heavy. That's probably because my son only ate half his meal and I insisted on eating it, though I will certainly go in again. They also offer an in store challenge where you can win a massive feast for free if you can beat the time limit. The staff are pleasant and efficient, with good representation of various demographics. ...That batter though, yum.

Love the ‘Benny’s Double Beef’ burger!! We make a few changes though… We change the bbq sauce and add burger sauce and pay for extra bacon!! Yummo!!!! Highly recommend our creation! Benny’s double double with burger sauce for the win!!!! Staff are super friendly and happy!!!

I'm a big fan of American food, however this was just plain disappointing. The burger was not just over cooked, it was dripping with sauce to the point you couldn't taste anything other than it. The gravy was burnt, far too salty and the cheese was cubed so no melt at all. Fries were also disappointing by themselves. The chocolate milkshake was okay, very small for the price tag. Menu needs to be updated to have what they actually sell, and possibly look into what good American food looks and tastes like.

When your chips look like they have been dipped in sand, maybe its time to rethink the amount of seasoning required. Drinks should be added for free just to wash down the salty side. Their 'mudcake' is a rock hard, dry hockey puck. A cupcake with frosting that must of been piped with a piping bag that was dipped in burger grease, as the only flavour from it is savory. Overall couldn't stomach more than one bite of the 'cake', which has clearly spent a week chilling uncovered in their fridge.

This was our first time ordering here and I just had to leave a review. First of all lovely service, very kind and patient staff. The food smelled amazing while we waited and tasted even better. Definitely recommend the Tenders and the Nashville burger. Some of the best takeout Burgers I've had in a long time. Keep it up

Benny's has great food, this is a great place to grab a feed, with daily deals and reasonable prices for great food, it's quite small inside but perfect for the amount of people that come and go, I do recommend eating here.

Delicious, had loaded fries and chicken tenders, both were tasty and hot and fresh. Tenders were a little on the pricey side but were really big and came with a good amount of sauce. Went late arvo so was the only one ordering, wasn’t slow but wasn’t fast, around 20min wait for the takeaway. Would go again

Worst burgers ever! We ordered two burgers totalling $43, wouldn't have even paid $8 for them. They were stone cold, had to put them in the microwave just to make them eatable. Hungry Jacks do better burgers! Will never order from here ever again! So disappointing, can't believe you can charge so much just for a burger & have it be like you pulled it out of the fridge & the size of a cheeseburger

I will start with the staff, super friendly, accumulating and informative of the menu. I had their Standard beef with bacon and a side of chips. The burger was packed with flavor and delicious, the chips were crispy and salted perfectly. My oreo shake was on point and came out quick and they were pretty busy. Definitely a good experience and a must try. I will certainly be back.

The service was amazing and friendly, the avocado chicken burger was awesome and so delicious, the chicken tenders were crispy and the chips were salted just right, just overall 5 out of 5 stars

Overall a fantastic experience. •Food was very tasty •Price is cheap •Super quick service •Large menu •Very friendly staff (even let me book a table) Only criticism was the venue its self. A little dirty and run down but I did visit this place shortly after corona restrictions were lifted so its great that they are open at all. I will 100% be eating here again.

Ordered via ubereats. Missing food - bag was stapled shut, so seems likely food was missed rather than driver stealing stuff. Missing: 5 wings (out of 20), small fries (from a combo), 2 chicken tenders (from 4 total). Food was OK and warm, not hot. Chicken wings were supersmall, cheeseburger was good not great. Would not order from here again for delivery.

I am loathe to leave a bad review on google maps. However, one star is lost for how dirty/run down the dining area is - it is desperately in need of a lick of a paint and a good scrub. Another star is lost for how cold my burger was, in particular the pulled pork. On the bright side, the classic cheese burger was nice, and the chips were hot and crunchy.

First of all The chicken tenders are to die for! Would definitely recommend them! My patner said The Poutine was good even though the gravy was abit rich. I also got the nachos, the size was bigger than expected, so good value but they where too spicy for my liking (but I cant handle spice) But over all good food and great customer service!!!

Got takeaway the other night for dinner and we live around the corner. The food was practically cold and we had arrived before the time they told us. I feel as though if it wasn’t cold it would have been great.

Definitely a go to place for burgers. Nice atmosphere and service was friendly too. Price wise reasonable. Beef was amazing. Crispy chicken burger could have been better if they had a bit of seasoning in the batter. Chips and onion rings were good too. My favorite was the beef burger. Would definitely recommend for quick and good meal.

My partner and I eat here on the regular. The food is great for the most part, but have found when certain staff members on the food lacks and is missing things that are meant to be there. My partners favorite is the double burger and mine is the chicken wrap #1. Their onion rings and chilli fries are also really good!!

Great value and pricing. I had their double patty, and it was juicy and flavourful. Their chips are also well seasoned. For the pulled pork burger, I could say they are not to my liking. Would have prefered more sauce to it. Overall for the price and the value, this shop is to beat American joints in the south.

Great spot for a quality burger! Ordered the original cheese burger, kids burgers, a chocolate shake and onion rings. Crew was a little young, but their was senior staff in the back and they were holding their own. All the food was great, tasty, and would definitely grab and go again if in the area!

Got a takeaway lotus burger, beef brisket burger, onion rings and wings tonight and they were all amazing! We got 2 free fries and a drink too. Good value for money! Definitely will be going back all the food was hot and delicious Great customer service, everyone was very friendly and prompt :)

The food and service is great here. The people are nice and the burgers are amazing. I would go back there anytime as it is also very nice to sit inside. It's especially good to go with friends or family. I would recommend it to any burger lovers, but there are also many other great foods.

Got a couple of burgers on Uber Eats. You have to buy in combo's so if I want 2 burgers I have to buy 2 x combo's. Overpriced for the burger sizes, sloppy assembly and dripping in sauce. Nothing "American" about them. Terrible, never using again.

The bennys was great. It definitely exceeded my expectations. My burger came with fresh avocado which was surprisingly very fresh. The toasted bun was fantastic. Staff was super friendly. I liked it much better than all those other places. Put it on your list to try!

I love their burgers! benny burger has become our go to burger place. Their burgers are extremely tasty. They have a nice food selection and best part is They Are Kid Friendly! With their kids meal options. We don’t go anywhere else for burgers anymore but here.

Used to be good with reasonable prices But they refused to honour their website menu price in store. They told me I couldn’t order a regular hot dog. I was made to wait 20 minutes for one cheeseburger and chips and the patty was undercooked. Very disappointing

Not going to lie, for a restaurant called “The Bennys Burger”, truth be told they’re going to have banger burgers! No surprise, the burger was magical. Even the fries man. They had no reason being that good! I will definitely return! 10/10, will go again!

Burger was very delicious with drink and chips in fair price. I likee painting behind the counter it looks good. Next time will try to do the challenge they have in store. Will be visiting regularly.

The food is of high quality at an affordable price. The place itself has a very nice aesthetic with a clean environment. The staff is very friendly and professional. Quite literally see no fault in this fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended.

The wings here are amazing! Doesn't matter what sauce you have them with, they are always hot, crisp and well seasoned. Never soggy. The ribs aren't bad either. Tender and not simply slathered with BBQ sauce that comes straight out of a bottle.

Just came past for a quick burger, i was pleasently surprised at the quality of the meal! Crispy and well seasoned chips, well presented and proportioned burger and reasonably priced. I will definitely make this a regular take out venue.

I was looking for places near my partner's work and this popped up. Don't be fooled by the location - the burger and fries were very good. The fries were absolutely crispy and indulgent. Just what you want in a bowl of hot chips.

Stuck in quarantine and needed a feed get on uber eats see this place and was not disappointed the food looks like the pics. Delivered hot and fresh will certainly eat from here again. Cheers to the staff 4 a good feed.

Love the home made ranch sauce. I dip fries, onion rings, and my burger as well. The staff is always friendly. The online ordering is quick and easy when you are on the go, but still want a good quality burger.

Waited in store for an hour for our food when it wasn't that busy. Then chips were then cold and had obviously been sitting out for a while. Burger was good but anywhere else will have your food done in 15.

The garlic and herb wings were so good if you're a lover of chicken and garlic. They were the best part. The food looked amazing but didn't rate the cheeseburger, it lacked a bit of flavour.

I hang out with my infant son all the time! The booths are great for the kids to hang out, more room to play on the seats. He loves the chicken nuggets and fries they offer in kids meal.
