"Medium sized camping area immediately adjacent to the Great North Walk"
"I couldn’t find the way to go there GPS took me Crossland road and can’t find the way cross the river "
"Really nice campsite - great for people who can’t camp at crosslands (for example group of all under 18s) also very quiet which is nice and a great view of the water"
"Nice little campground near a slow flowing and dirty river"
Great campsite nice and cosy with a nice established fire pit. A great place to go if you want to escape the noise and commotion of Crosslands. Whilst we were staying there, there were other staying too, we had two tents and they had one and we were all easily able to fit with no effort. The only downside is there is no toilets or fresh water, and the creek water is not drinkable. Overall it is still deserving of 5 stars.
Medium sized camping area immediately adjacent to the Great North Walk. Level, cleared site with a fire pit available. One star deducted as you’re right next to Berowra Creek and will likely be eaten alive by insects unless you bring the Aeroguard. May be very cold in winter.
I couldn’t find the way to go there GPS took me Crossland road and can’t find the way cross the river . Anyone who can tell me which street should I park car to go this place ?
Really nice campsite - great for people who can’t camp at crosslands (for example group of all under 18s) also very quiet which is nice and a great view of the water...
Nice little campground near a slow flowing and dirty river. Watch out for the abundance of insects in summer.
Does anyone know who manages this campsite and how to book? It doesn't seem to be national parks. Thanks
Looks like a lovely place! A question for those who know? Are you able to just rock up and set up camp?
