I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Arushi Aurora, Sharon and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Purchased a KIA Cerato GT early this year with Berwick KIA. Gagan was a great help in ensuring that I made a good and logical decision on the specification of car that would best suit me without being pushy or aggressive. I was constantly and consistently updated on the progress of my car which gave good piece of mind that I was being looked after. My car arrived in October which was happily earlier than planned and Gagan once again showed his experience and skill through the delivery of my car. All of the features were explained thoroughly and I was informed in detail of the warranty and servicing of my car. Unfortunately, the sports exhaust that I optioned on my vehicle did not adequately fit and presented poor alignment. Berwick KIA's service department was quick to assist and after some diagnosis, the original exhaust was fitted and the cost of the Sports Exhaust was refunded. While disappointing that the Exhaust could not fit, I understand that it was a factor outside of the dealership's control and they handled the situation very professionally. I'll definitely return to Berwick KIA to have a look at all the new and interesting EV's that KIA is releasing!

Long overdue review. Purchased a 2023 Kia Carnival from Kia Berwick asking for Gagan by name after a reviewing the list of google reviews from different dealership locations. Gagan took the the time to go through every question I raised and addressed them with consideration for my needs. My only feedback to Kia Berwick would be to be cognisant in aligning their service excellence frameworks for a more consistent experience between the sales and service departments. I completely value what Berwick Kia has to offer (Thank you Gagan) however I wouldn’t want to see customer satisfaction decline due to unmet expectations in after-sales service, though I have since tempered my expectations. Happy to discuss this further with the dealer principal if more detail is required - I’ve been down a similar road before with another dealer/ manufacture (my recent purchase of the Kia Carnival may have otherwise been a VW Multivan). Good luck to the team at Kia Berwick and would recommend anyone looking to purchase their next Kia to go speak to Gagan.

The convenience of getting your car serviced is that you get all that comes with it and then you get a call to say it’s ready to go, having to wait and being rushed through a pick up when you’ve gottomers who pay for service thathem leaving with a smile. I would give the lovely lady 5 stars for reaching out as she had noticed I wasn’t getting any help at the desk so I do appreciate her acknowledgement and offer to see if I’m being helped.

My daughter took her Mitsubishi Pajero which she bought from Berwick Kia to the service department today, she booked in for her brakes to be done & also a service & check on a couple of noisy issue's in the car. Well they did the service but not the brakes, on the service report it said zero left on brake pads, they didn't even call her to confirm that these needed replacing as they are dangerous. She thought they would have the car overnight but they called her 4.45 to pick it up, she said she would pick it up the next day as she was 45 minutes away, but she ended up picking it up after hours as the young girl said she would stay back to do paperwork, the manager had gone by then. My daughter only found out then that the brakes weren't done. She had to drive the car home from Berwick to Mooroolbark with dangerous brakes which they were well aware of with 3 kids in the car. Absolutely disgusting Kia

Where do I begin… if I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Service 100/10 Communication 100/10 Responsiveness 100/10 Reliability 100/10 Trust 100/10 Huge huge thank you to Ethan, Mark & Johnny!! To give you some context this is my first time purchasing a new vehicle and i was always fed the belief that when you buy from a dealership all they want is money but at KIA Berwick it was the opposite! They made the process so simple & easy, it felt like borrowing from a friend! They communicated to me throughout the whole process, step by step! I got given a loan car whilst I had to wait for my car to be ready. I can’t rate this experience enough! I’m unsure about any other kias but Berwick KIA is the only one you should be purchasing from! Thanks again Ethan, Mark & Johnny! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Wonderful experience from start to finish, great communication, nothing was ever too much to ask and they were happy to oblige any request and help as much as possible. They were very reasonable and fair in their pricing on a used car, were friendly and welcoming, not pushy, and the car was in near perfect condition. The new car sales team is accommodating and knowledgeable regarding enquiries on a new car. Our purchase on a used car looked incredible at pick up! Detailing was immaculate, lovely bow on pick up, makes it a really great experience buying from them. They had no issue with mechanic inspection and accommodated his availability too. Fantastic people, cannot fault any aspect of the process or any members of the team. Craig, David and other sales and finance staff were just wonderful :)

Down to earth, genuine people who provide great customer service. The mechanical service is thorough & very reassuring. I purchased a Kia elsewhere, it was in shocking condition mechanically, so I had it serviced here at Berwick Kia & now I feel 100% confident that my car is now 100% mechanically sound. I can't trust mechanics easily, but I 100% trust Berwick Kia"s mechanics and service staff. Family owned companies seem to have The Best customer service, all round. Sure they will take your money, but will they treat you like garbage when you have issues with your brand new car? This is exactly what is happening with my friend and her Sportage. Only for her to be told nothing is wrong with the car, my friend recently found out other people were having the same issues with there Sportage’s and Kia Berwick are also coming back with the same thing. The rudest staff member she has come across would be Paul Kok, who stands very true to his last name. Apparently all cars should be making a bang everytime she puts her car in reverse. Stay away from this dealership, unless you like to be lied to and gaslit, then this would be the dealership for you!

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer so far - Sorento and Carnival. For both my purchases, Gagan Dua has been my sales representative and he has been wonderful to deal with. He took time to explain the features in details and advised us on the model/variant that would be best for us. He also organised a test drive without prior appointment and it helped us in making a decision and booking the car on the spot. Right from the beginning till the delivery of the car he has kept us informed on the progress. My experience with Berwick Kia for after sales service also has been very good. I will highly recommend the dealer and in particular Gagan for their friendly service.

At our last service of our 2020 Carnival, a bleed valve on one of the brakes was not tightened. This led to a dangerous situation for myself and my family to be in the car. This also led to a driveway covered in brake fluid, a day of lost income and trying to get a call back from anyone at the dealership was like pulling teeth. On the day of this service, we put down a deposit on a new 2022 Carnival which now we will be cancelling, taking the sale and servicing of our vehicles to a different dealership. 0 out of 5 stars I would not recommend. They treat you like you are nothing and should be ashamed of yourselves for putting us in such a dangerous situation.

Was in the market and ready to purchase a Kia. Visited the showroom and introduced myself to a sales person, who really wasn't interested...in fact he spoke past me to another customer who he'd obviously previous met, while I was sitting at his desk! I came back (after having visited a competitive dealer and still undecided) to Kia the following week where we were greeted by a lady, who while much better, we haven't heard from since the quotes were sent...I'd recommend you send the sales team next door so as they can learn what a high performing sales person is so as they don't miss out on another sale...remember people buy from people!

Purchased a Kia Cerato GT at barry bourke. It is leaking Carbon monoxide & dioxide into my cabin. Smart Cruise has tried to crash or slammed its brakes on for no reason. The other car yard Roadworthied this... KIA BERWICK is going to fix their mistakes for me, for free. I wish I had shopped here first. I highly recommend Kia to everybody. The safety net is amazing & very appreciated. thank you, very happy Kia owner...for life now. Update: Kia dropped the service price for me because Barry bourke shafted me. Thank you Kia Berwick Service Centre, absolutely awesome people.

good experience with selling department . but never ever go for finance department. They just want to finance, do not care about your situation (of course this is their job), You better go for a broker who can actually honestly advise to suit your future needs and situation. DO NOT do the mistake i made, if you have less knowledge. Go for someone who can give some advises in terms of financing, on top of just getting approval for the loan. DO NOT think this is very complicated procedure, easier (more importantly not stuck in a trap) with a broker than dealer finance always.

Worst customer service TWICE. We want to book a car reached there at 4:30pm on Saturday but salesman refuses to show us the car from inside. He told us that we shut at 5pm and we have locked all the cars and now you can only look from outside even there was still 30 mins to 5pm. Went again and same sales man was available. Told us very rudely that if you want to book then we don’t have 1 available to have a look and there will be nothing available for the next 12 months. Don’t want to answer any questions. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Booked our car at another dealer and so happy

Service Manager Russell was very rude and didnt want to talk about a problem i had with the kia i brought from there. Telling me im a joke and i dont know nothing. Service of Kia Berwick is not good. On many occasions they didn't wash my car saying various excuses, pipes are broken, guy called sick. And I am always charged above the scheduled price for the service. When and why, they say that's what's in the system. It's too pricy compared to other companies. The Kia vehicle is good, but not the aftercare.
