Narinder is unprofessional, rude and always trying to sell you her overpriced products. I used to come to her for eyebrow threading. She was good but I do not want to rate her above 1-star because she would often comment on how bad my skin looked in an effort to try to sell me her overpriced products (her mandelic acid bottle costs over $30 but the last I checked, the same sized bottle is like $10 at Sephora by Ordinary brand). One day I gave in and agreed with her recommendation to try out her facial for $75. It was by far the worst facial I've ever had. And I have had lots of bad ones before. I felt cheated. She promised me she would fix my milia problem and assured me after the facial that my milia were all gone. They were all still there!! She only inflamed then and they got even worse after!!!!!!! I never once complained or expressed my disappointment to her in any way because I thought it was an honest effort from her part. One day I tried to book an appointment with her for eyebrow threading and she replied to ask what time and then completely stopped responding to me even after several attempts to reach her. This is why I am writing a review. I understand she may not always have availability to see me but instead of just saying so, ignoring someone entirely is absolutely unprofessional!!!! Especially since I always did my best to be polite and never expressed my disappointment about anything to her in any way.

I come to Narinder laser hair removal. Her prices are the best in Vancouver. She uses a machine that is ice cold to the touch to reduce skin irritation. Her treatment packages are very flexible. I didn't need the full face laser hair removal service, so she helped me work out a quote for the parts of my face that needed laser treatment. I ended up getting treatment on the neck (front and back), upper lip, side burns, and armpit for $150. The price gets you a full session and a free mini session. Approximately 80% of my hair was removed after the first appointment. Narinder is extremely experienced. She offers the most painless and effective laser hair removal experience!

Narinder is very caring and sweet! Her prices are very affordable and reasonable and she offers her best to her clients! Her salon is very clean and neat. She schedules clients in a way to minimize overlaps which I always appreciate specially these days that we all care about covid and our safety! I started with her doing full face threading and eyebrows shaping and then we expanded into doing some laser therapy sessions which I am very satisfied with! I had done laser before (multiple times) but my chin and neck needed touch ups; Her laser device is very gentle yet very effective! I highly recommend her!

Narinder exams your skin to determine the best treatment options. She utilizes a variety of products and facials technologies. Laser - Narinder uses a cold laser product that was pretty painless. I’ve had a few laser treatments and found that very effective. My husband did 3 treatments on his back and it’s almost 100% gone.

Best Brow Spa is one of the best salons I have been to in Vancover. Narinder makes my eyebrows look amazing I would not trust anyone else. I have had a few treatments of laser done and the results are phenomenal. I have tried other machines and they were nothing compared to hers. I discovered this place not too long ago, and have been back 2 times already. Narinder is not only professional and kind, but she is very good, experienced and pays attention to detail. I thread my eyebrows and they have never looked better! All my waxing is done here, tinting, facials and now am booked for laser hair removal too! I recommend this place. I had my Morpheus 8 treatment done at best brow spa .and I really like the service ! Salon really clean and welcoming . Treatment was very affective and I already start see results my skin was very saggy and loose and this treatment help the best !!I try a lot of other treatments before but didn’t make any difference . I got a hydrafacial last week for the first time. The hydrafacial machine Narinder used to deposit the serums had a very gentle extraction. She also showed me what was extracted after the treatment (which was really cool). I've definitely noticed my skin appearing much brighter since I did it!
