Probably the worst best buy location I have ever been to. Not only is it almost impossible to get staff to help you because they are either not around or just busy talking to each other and friends but even if you do get one of them by grabbing them as they walk buy you and ask them a question....chances are they will point you in the wrong direction. This is not a one time visit review but a multiple visit with the same result. Also they have very little in Stock, a lot of shelves look empty.

Worst costumer service ever. I'm standing for almost half an hour in front of the mobile desk, there are only two people to serve the clients, they are taking ages to finish and there is absolutely no one else to come and ask if I need anything (including the two that are working, they could at least acknowledge me and say they would talk to me soon, but they show no sign that they have any concern to help me)

As long as what you have buy is working, it`s fine. After if anything happen... they send you to the company website / phone and that`s where they are pretty bad. They never do anything at the store itself, I am very unsatisfied !!! Never again !!!! I prefer to paid more and have service !!!

Massive place with a lot of products, but the service can be genuinely bad. We were waiting in the line for checkout and all the cashiers finished with their clients and just left. Someone ended up seeing us and we were able to checkout but it was nevertheless a bad experience

You can buy a lot of good electronics and appliances there but not all the workers know what they sell. Several times I ask questions about some products and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

I found what I needed but the cashier rung up the item 100$ higher then it was on sale for. Since the store is new I advise making sure you are aware of the sale prices when you cash out.

I gave it a star because I have to. You can't get in contact with the store no matter what you do so you have to go there and if they do not have the product the joke is on you.

Not my favourite Best Buy experience. A few products were not in stock. The staff didn't really seem to care that much about offering a great customer service.
