Monique was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient at helping me switch my mobile carrier and pick a new phone. She could answer all my questions, and she managed to help multiple customers at once, all by herself. All with a smile. She made fun what could have been a painful experience. Monique deserves a raise!
Terrible customer service experience! Employees did not acknowledge or try to assist customers. I waited 15 minutes while two employees ignored me as they fumbled around on a register and phone. Three other customers and I walked out sharing the same frustration. Ultimately I went next door to Office Max and purchased the item.
The young man behind the counter helped me. I wish I had gotten his name. He helped me get earphones for my tv. He showed me selections from his phone then he went and got the one I selected. Very good customer service, friendly and a very beautiful smile. I was in and out in minutes. Thank you young man.
Great customer service. Kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Sometimes a little spendy, but they got good deals, too. You just have to be a good hunter. I'm not a fan of the new types of memberships, either. Those are way overpriced. Geek Squad warranties are worthwhile, though.
I just go there to check out some of the new phone. It was really nice tho, I compared the Samsung and iPhone. Their price is alimony the same. But the google phone is cheaper. Idk which one I have to buy.. end up going home. Bc I don’t know which one is best.
