This was just a very bad experience. I went in store to purchase a Dyson vacuum cleaner (I will say the Dyson reps in store were amazing). Unfortunately the vacuum that I wanted was not in stock, no problem they would ship it to me Sunday. Turns out the I was rung up as if I had walked out with the Vacuum. I found this out after being on hold for a couple of hours with Best Buy. I was told I had to go into the store to correct the problem. I mean you guys sell technology and you can’t call each other to sort this out? Upon getting to the store I spoke with a cashier who confirmed the issue. The manager came out, sympathized, but ultimately only offered $50 off for the trouble (it was a pretty expensive vacuum) and was going to have to send me to another store to get the vacuum or set up shipping again, I have trust issues with that, see above. So 5 hours of time and I now ordered the vacuum from Amazon. I love purchasing items in store, I feel like it supports the local economy. I just can’t morally get myself to do so when it seems people are not trying.

I haven't been to best buy for years as my past experiences have left me disappointed. I went in looking for a TV I confirmed waa in stock before arriving. Walked around for 10 min looking for it but could not find it. Nobody approached to help so I asked one of the kids working there who said they don't work in the department. Found an older employee who was helping another customer but called someone to help. The kid that came to help told me he needed me to use my phone to get him the sku number. I already told him the model, brand, and number in stock. I don't understand why I needed to provide a SKU number when he could look it up on the best buy tablet he was walking around with. About 10 min later he came back with nothing and we had to find it on the floor. As I'm leaving with this giant box nobody offered to help load it. I actually used to work at Best buy and we tried to make the customer experience something that would make them want come back. I guess I'm going back to Amazon.

I want to give huge thank you to the store associate named LUIS! He helped me so much this afternoon.... I lost my lens cap, and didn’t even realize it until this morning. (almost 2 weeks after a shoot).... so, I rushed into Best Buy! LUIS was extremely accommodating, very patient, exceptionally professional, and super personable. I am very grateful to have been assisted by this team member. The initial item I came in for was not the correct fit, but in his ability to pay attention to detail, I realized I was seeking the incorrect size. Long story, shorter... LUIS located the correct size, of a different brand... and it fit perfectly on my lens! AND I even got a lens hood with the cap! Which by the way, is a major bonus considering the price! Thank You LUIS for being you! And for doing your job greatly! You are so appreciated!!!

I went here after confirming inventory of an item online. The staff said that they didn't have any in stock but that another store did. First, I took interest in another alternative recommended for me, and when I agreed to buy it, they said they actually didn't have it. I tried to call ahead to the other store and the answering service confirmed that the item was in stock and then when I went there, they also didn't have it. They said that the previous store should not have told me it was in stock. At this point, being able to go to a brick and mortar store is becoming less convenient than just ordering something online, and I don't expect to be back. Having an inventory system that reflects reality seems useful to a company, but it's particularly frustrating to drive somewhere multiple times as a customer as well

I'm actually thankful for Best Buy. I'm guilty of shopping online for most of my needs, but there are times you just want to go to a store or need to touch, see, feel an item in person. Just glad there are still brick and mortar stores like this still around. Obviously it has its problems like any chain. Return policy isn't very good. Employees are underpaid, overworked, and probably unhappy. Therefore, service suffers at times. However, The store is clean and organized. There are a wide variety high quality brands and goods. You're spoiled for choice (when I went to Europe and needed to replace some earbuds, stores were always smaller and only carried a handful of brands). Prices are solid and they do have good sales.

Chase, the Consultant. Wow. He is very professional, easy to talk to and he definitely knows what he's talking about. He is very confident in tech and I really appreciate how he was able to articulate and make it easy to understand different aspects of the products I was looking at. I felt bad because it was late in the day and I knew they were closing, but he made sure to not make the interaction feel rushed or make me feel like I had to get a certain product just to get me out the door faster. Short lady was very rude when inquiring about a product that may be here that indicated it was in stock online!! After finding the item went to the front to check out, the lady up front is rude when checking out, she could barely say thank you! All I wanted was the lights to put on the bk of the tv that I purchased recently!!! It is 10:25am on June 28, 2023. Avoid this shift! The guy on the floor near the televisions seemed to be the only one with a good attitude. He ask if I needed help, but was already being helped by the very short rude lady!!!! If you dnt wnt to be at work stay home!!!!! Smh

This is my go to location. The store is organized and customer service is exceptional. I recently went in to get a new tv. Jonathan Beltran took his time explaining and demonstrating the different televisions and surround sounds. I ended up leaving with 75” LG and an LG surround sound system. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and recommend this store and to talk to Jonathan for your needs. I also got the Geek Squat to install everything including a cable drop down to hide the cables. Steve and his teammate did an excellent job.

We went in for new phones today. The staff member who helped us - Nathan - went above and beyond. He had the happiest and best attitude I’ve encountered in customer service. He was kind towards every customer that came and asked him for help while he was helping us and made sure everyone got helped/got what they needed. We had a great experience at this best buy store buying my drone. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had everything I was after in stock. At no time did the sales guy try to upsell me or get me to buy something different. This could be because it was obvious I knew a little more about consumer drones than the average Joe, but it was a very pleasant experience, on an otherwise challenging day I was having . I need to replace our wall electric double oven. It has been difficult to find instore inventory. This store, and specifically the Pacific section, has enough inventory for my wife and I to compare. I know lots of shopping has gone online, but there are still situations where a consumer needs to see inventory in person. Additionally, the Geeksquad service where they come onsite to measure wall space is a huge plus.

One of the best Best Buy I visited. Staff are nice and helpful. The interior is split into different zones for various brands with lots products to showcase. There's a dedicated space to try out home audio theater system before making purchase! The number of lockers are limited though, I wish there are more large lockers for bigger items like keyboard or speakers so I can pick up items after work.

I bought a headset from here. Battery was defective and was unable to recharged. I was never able to get it returned or exchange. They have a short 14-day exchange/return policy. Instead, I had to go through the manufacturer and it was a painful process. It took lots of photos and videos, and Steel Series even wanted me to cut up my headset in pieces. I should have ordered from Amazon.

Cannot shop here efficiently. All products are marked with the wrong tag and when showing the Associate they took off the price and claimed that it was wrong. Typically when working retail, you'd have to honor it and while we were shopping the same associate was checking tags and inventory to make sure everything was in its right place. So not sure why honoring was such a problem

Customer service is absolutely fading in all best buy locations. But I visited this store today and worked with Jeffery to find a laptop for my father. He is a great dude and the sole reason behind this 5 star. He represents intell (he wears an intell polo shirt) and have a great knowledge about products and even if he doesn't know something will find the answer for you quickly.

Not alot of great stores left that have all the little things and big items, this is an Excellent location and has a geek squad repair section. I bought my sons high speed gaming pc there, laptop, whatever we need they have them out so you can use them and check it out. I like that better than looking at pictures on Amazon:)

Best layout of a Best Buy I’ve seen in years. I’ve always preferred this location in the Houston area, but I like it even better now. The remodel is amazing, and everyone is very helpful when you need it. The home audio and TV section is awesome! Best section of the store. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.

Do not trust Best buy's sale advertisement. They will sale it to you, then they will cancel the order then you have to buy it at their higher price. Do not believe their e-gift card with your purchase. You will never receive it. They will give you runaround until you get tired and give up.

Sad to see how these stores you grow up with start fading. Service is pretty bad. Fewer people in stores means longer waits. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay for 1 item because there was only one person working. That's at 5pm on a Wednesday.
