Simply horrible. The woman who owns this establishment is very rude. My 11 year old daughter was riding the electric horse inside the laundromat and the lady told her that the ride is for children and that she may have broken it. The floors are also very bumpy and unkept. She stares at my family like they are doing something wrong. If someone says that this lady is bad, BELIEVE THEM!!! If this woman was fired, it would be a much better and comforting place to wash clothes

This was my "favorite" place to do laundry...was out of state a few months, & when I came back, the laundromat had new owners. Now, machines aren't working, and people working there just don't seem happy. Signs say free 30 minutes of drying when using the washers, but, the time is set for 20 minutes. Shouldn't be a big deal, but, there's a lot of competition out there. Time to find another place to wash clothes.

The best laundromat I've been at in the northeast Dallas area. Great prices, free drying, and clean. Machines are QUICK. I'm out of here within an hour an a half for a wash,dry, and fold. The lady who works here is always cleaning and very sweet. Place never gets hot because of all the fans and doors they tend to leave open. That one bad review was probably from a mother who can't control her kids lol

They may be cheep, but they don't run the ac, just fans and it stayed hardly bearable the whole time and that's only because I was under a fan. On top of all that, at 9:30 they guy tried to say that we only had 10 minutes left to be there, they close at 10 and we just put our stuff in the dryer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This used to be my #1. Now it's mediocre Water has to be poured into machines to make them work. Management isn't nice. Never apologized about his machine not washing my clothes. Literally the machine was on a rinse cycle for 30min.

Decent prices, free dryers, clean facility, closes promptly at 10. Sign says last wash at 9/9:30 but they start locking the doors at 9:45 and turn the dryers off at 9:50 even if theres clothes in them so plan ahead for that.

I Love going here to wash my clothes. The place is nice and clean and to dry your clothes is free. The only thing is that they don't have paper towels in the restroom for you to dry your hands after you wash them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Half the machines don't work and they don't have hot water working properly don't gamble your money and clean clothes here!

Best on block to wash and get entertained by using games offered in the building and courtesy of customer services people are professional.

The washers work well, but the dryers need to be fixed. There are just too many that don't work other than that the place is good

Great facility and friendly staff! The machines are quick and even offer a free dry. The facility is very clean.
