Product range is ok. They fool people on the name of selling 5 years service warranty. I bought a juicer which already had 5 years motore warranty. They hide those details by putting label on the product box and sold 5 years warranty by adding 10% in base price. After purchase, when we see the box had some tape to hide something. We found that the product company Breville itself was giving 5 year warranty and there was no need of extra purchase. Feel like they cheated us. Will never recommend anyone to trust those people.

Considering this is located in KLCC. you'll be surprised with the price, very competitive. Bought a samsung sound bar at an already low price (i compare lazada and shopee), then found out there's still rm50 discount. Staff will not approach you, but if you ask for them, they're friendly

Andrew really went out of his way to get us what we needed on super short time lines, delivery on a public holiday. Went the extra mile…had been to a competitor store who said can’t deliver today because was a public holiday. Awesome service!

Good place to shop. I love the experience of browsing through products without hard selling sales assistants. Best Denki offers info and help perfunctorily without hassling customers. Nice!

I went to this shop to look for particular item. And when i had conversations with one of shop assistant there, the way he talks to me was so rude. I never go back again.

Beware ordering/buying anything from this store. Delivery handlers were rude, rough in installing my TVs, left dirty handprints on my wall and mess after installation.
