Avoid! Absolute worst pharmacy in the area!!! Way more expensive than anywhere else plus take forever to serve you. Don’t even call your name when your script is ready - you have to ask even when you are waiting right there in front of the dispensary. Staff are too busy chatting, chatting with old people while you are standing there waiting to pay with your child near collapse! Only go here if you are old and not mobile enough to get to another chemist. How can you afford to be this uncompetitive in an ever changing retail space like Cherrybrook Shops have become?! Priceline and Chemist Warehouse are desperately needed here.

To the lady at the prescription desk I stood square in front of you for a couple of minutes before you decided to help the elderly couple just walk in behind me. I can not fathom this absolutely disgusting atrocious customer service in my life I have ever received from a business. Retrain the staff will now forgo you and make the trip to chemist warehouse where they actually have customer service and is cheaper. Can't believe what customer service I just received I am so dismayed that your job you cant even do properly. I felt discriminated thank you. Will tell everyone to go elsewhere. Good job.

It was my first purchase here. Happened to be in the area to have lunch after a visit to GP. I thought I'll just purchase the prescribed medicine in the shopping center to save time. I was a bit surprised to find out that the price is a bit pricey from compared with what i paid less than a month ago from CW. I did not ask the cashier to double check the price as I'm afraid I don't remember it correctly. As I got home, I was truly gobsmacked because the price is indeed double from what i paid in the past. I wonder how such business can survive in the area?

Warwick and his team are a great pharmacy. They look after my elderly parents very well and have a home drop off/pick up service for Webster packs. They are kind, always have time and will listen. If we have needed a product not stocked, they have also sourced and brought it in for us. Yes, they are not the cheapest, but there are plenty of options in the area for customers to go elsewhere if this is a concern. A lovely pharmacy for the local community. Thank you.

Bests Pharmacy have provided our family the most amazing support in helping care for my aging Mother-In-Law. Webster Pack service and helpful advice - nothing has ever been too much trouble, delivery of packs to her door with no problems. Efficient and reliable. If you want peace of mind to assist in helping your family remain independent - these are the team to help you. I could not recommend more highly and pass on our grateful thanks to the Bests and staff.

One of the worst pharmacy and the rudest staff ever , staff have no clue or understanding about the current regulations about medicines updating their knowledge about medicines, they think what they have "studied" 100 years ago still hold good pathetic ,and also talk down to customers and treat customers like idiots, whoever is reading this if you have an option go the one in Apple Tree the staff are very polite , will never buy anything from this joint

The male manager is one of the rudest, most demeaning people I've ever encountered. He seems to be on a complete power trip. I won't make assumptions but I've noticed he isn't nice to people of my ... complexion. I'll let you fill in the gaps. The female pharmacists are absolutely wonderful though so it's a shame I no longer will be returning.

We bought prescription medication Maxinex 0.1%. Still in sealed condition and the ticker label on paper bag indicated clearly the price, and other details. Don’t received a separate receipt. Shop do not allow to return. Apart from that, the price is exorbitant, more than 3 x the price bought in other pharmacy. Is this shop a scam?

As a long standing customer with a disabled family member with complex needs I can't speak highly enough of the professional and personal help we receive from Warwick , Joanne and staff.They certainly help to make a challenging situation appreciably easier.

Very courteous owner and staff and the service is excellent - always with a smile. They may be slightly more expensive than the big chains but ultimately the adage "you gets for you pays for" holds very true. I would highly recommend them.

This shop shouldn't be there anymore. They are ripping off Cherrybrook Community by charging exorbitant price. Same medicine in chemist warehouse for $9.90 and this shop has charged me $24.30. Where can we report... ACCC?

This pharmacy lives up to its name. The staff at Bests are super attentive and willing to help. One of the few family owned pharmacies left; clear that they focus on service and care!

Super expensive - for medications anyway. Two identical Amoxicillin scripts - $22.84 at Bests but $5.60 up the road at Chemist Warehouse. 4 times the price! Not going there anymore.

Visited to buy mouthwash which was out of stock in other pharmacy. Even the product was discontinued from the factory, the staff recommend kindly alternative.

It is a bit oh a pricey pharmacy- don't go here for bargain prices - but I've always found the staff really attentive and happy to give well informed advice.
