purchased a spa on 15/01/2019. paid everything in full on the day including a $450 delivery fee, asked the lady who sold me the spa if I can contact them a few weeks later and book for the delivery, cos I wan doing landscaping at that time, I need to talk to the landscaper in regards the best date of the delivery, she says YES. But around two weeks later, all the sudden a delivery guy called me, said he got my spa and he is on the way, my spa must be delivered, I said to him, there is no space to place it at the moment cos I am doing the landscaping, he told me there are two options, one is he gonna come, and just drop on my driveway which it hasn't been finished yet; second, he can take it back to his warehouse and store it for me which cause a storage fee about $35/week also a second delivery fee $350. Then I contact John who was the owner of the business at that time, trying to talk to him and find out why i have been doubled charged for the delivery fees. He said he told everyone who was buying spa from him that the spa must be delivered by the end of January which he couldn't forgot to tell me! which 100% no one told me about it, cos I mentioned to the sales lady if I can call them back in a few weeks time to book for the delivery?! How is that possible if they already told me about it? Such a lier! scammer!

I have wanted a spa for years and thankfully my husband and I decided to go to the four wheel drive camping expo last year where Spa Rite had a stand displaying several of their spas. We purchased a Monaco Pro shortly after and it has been one of the best decisions we have made. There is nothing better than a hard day at work and being able to come home and sit back and relax in our own private spa with a drink or two. Our spa has four seats and two recliners and with the numerous amount of jets I love moving around to each seat getting a different massage from each one. In the beginning we had a bit of difficulty balancing the water and getting the chemicals right but the staff at Spa Rite have always been very helpful and answered all of our questions. But, like anything practice makes perfect and now we have had the spa a couple of months and find it very easy to get the water perefct. Thanks Spa Rite, my family and I look forward to many years of enjoyment in our Monaco ;)

Oasis Leisure products trading as SPA CHOICE / SPA RITE BAYSWATER NORTH Spa rite in Bayswater Melbourne The service offered from this place is the worst I have ever experienced The store was called re a Jet repair. The repair person came out checked out the spa & advised the pump needed to be replaced and the jets were out of stock and would need to be ordered in. Pump was replaced promptly but the balance of the repair was not. I contacted the store management over a 12 month period many times with no success re anyone returning to fix our spa. It was like ground hog day having to explain my problem re the jet to management. Eventually a subcontractor arrived to fix Jet 12 months later. If you purchase a spa from Spa rite understand the aftercare you will receive is appalling

My husband and I had been researching spas for the past 6 months as we build our new home. We spoke to all the main shops around Melbourne but none had the experience and service that Spa-Rite had. Danielle was fantastic to deal with, she answered all our questions and helped us to choose the right spa for both our budget and needs. They held the spa for us while we moved into our new home and had it waiting at the shop for us to pick up when we were ready. They always stock the chemicals we need for the spa and the online shop is a great tool also. We have already recommended our friends in the market for a new spa to speak with John and the team before committing to anywhere else.

After calling the company and sending photos- a new spa was ordered and sparite agreed to replace the spa new - no excuses, no games, just got it sorted..we payed for the delivery and install (which I think is reasonable). I believe my experience says a lot about sparite...try getting that kind of service from other spa company's ... Not going to happen.The new spa is great, and as a result of their great customer service my brother will be purchasing one soon from sparite.

I purchased a spa approx 3 years ago. John and his team were very helpful during the process. Answered my many many questions and armed me with the info I needed for successful implementation. It's a complicated process, and they helped make it easy. Most of all, I shopped around and Spa-Rite have the best value for money. Great deal. The follow up service was a bit lax (as flagged by a few others). But the new management on board seem very helpful. It would be good if there was another distributor of the chemicals out West of Melbourne - seems you can only buy from Spa-Rite or over the web. All weighed up, I highly recommend!

John and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. Their store is always a flurry of activity. I have mainly dealt with John & Danielle post spa purchase. Both promptly respond to queries. Danielle was great to deal with when placing phone orders for delivery of chemicals. John promptly answered any concerns or questions I had in relation to their Crystal Waters product. It was all new to me as I had only previously had spas running on Chlorine or Bromine. The Bigunaide system is quite different and takes a bit of getting used to. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the level of ongoing support from Sparite.

Was looking to purchase a spa and visited several retailers. Spa-Rite proved to be a stand out with their quality spas, knowledge and advice. The whole process from purchase to delivery was seamless and well organised. One important aspect to bear in mind is after sales service and Spa-Rite has delivered on this front. For instance there was a minor leak from one of the pipe joints and a technician was sent out and rectified the issue promptly. In summary i couldn't recommend Spa-Rite highly enough, from their wide range of spas, accessories, advice and after sales service.

He was knowledgable and patient and really made us feel looked after. The sales process, delivery and installation process was just as informative and went without a hitch. We purchased our spa eight years ago and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I have encouraged my friends to shop here as well because not only was the original sale perfect in every way but the follow up service has been fantastic. Quite often after making such a purchase the warranty wears off and your left to your own devices should the product need service of any kind. Not the case, Jon and his team have continued to be helpful, prompt and cost effective. Anyone wishing to buy a spa cannot go wrong In heading to Spa Rite.

After a year of dealing with John, the previous owner, I was not keen to visit this store for help solving a pressure switch issue with a spa I bought there 18 months ago. But, I was so happy to see new, smiling faces who couldn't do enough to help me! They gave the right advice and you could tell that they knew what they were talking about and were keen for me to be happy with my spa. Now I won't have to worry, or put off, going there for top up chemicals because I know those same smiling faces will greet me next time.

I purchased a top of the line 12 seater spa from spa rite 18 months ago.I found out of all the spa suppliers i looked at these spas were by far superior in design and features .The insulated shell holds the heat so well that my spa will only heat cycle 2 times in a 6 hr period saving $$ on gas amazing . I originally did have some teething problems with the spa it self but the team at spa rite were very patient and work through the issues with me to my satisfaction . Overall to date i am very happy with the product ....

We brought our spa from Jon at spa rite spa`s back in june 14 and it has been one of the best decisions my wife and I have made in along time. Jon was absolutely fantastic and a great salesman I might add we alked out of his shop with a top of the range spa and could not be happier. We have had no trouble at all with the spa up to date and it is very easy to maintain,as we used to have a pool which was hard work so we got rid of it. I would definitely recommend spa rite spa`s to anyone who is thinking of buying a spa.

Worst!!! BUYERS BEWARE Absolutely rubbish service...Technician Jamie has no idea and is the only tech for the company..turns up when he feels like it!! Jon in fact has no idea about the product his selling.... couple years on and still having trouble with spa, spa faulty from get go. Don't use crystal waters it destroys your filters (from the horses mouth Jon himself). Would never have purchased from sparite knowing they are dodgy!!!!! PS you shouldnt have paid for call out if spa is under warranty!

We paid these people over $27,000 and got nothing but grief. No working spa, no help after promises (before payment) of "we take care of everything". Have not had the courtesy of one phone call, just us visiting their "shop" and having another episode of John's smarm - "Well I am sorry you feel that way" and still no help. So it looks like a visit to Consumer Affairs, Current Affairs and the lawyer. If you value your money and any semblance of service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We purchased a spa two and a half years ago. It has been trouble free and is easy to operate. It is the best spa we have used in that we love the powerful pumps and the massaging action of some jets. Alan does hard physical work and can get stiff joints - he just loves to relax in the spa and it really helps him. We installed it in the fernery next to the bedroom which makes it really convenient. We both agree it is one of the best accessories we have purchased for our lifestyle.

Have posted on SpaChoice facebook page seeking someone to purchase my $6,600 store credit which were my funds transferred by previous owner of Spa-Rite. SpaChoice don't want to lose a sale so won't refund the money and won't let my facebook post stay up on their page which was seeking assistance from their customers to purchase my store credit. Very unhappy. Will have to attend the store and wait around to speak with prospective customers to try and make arrangements myself.

i bought a spa from these people but now realise i should have gone elsewhere. The owner is all about making the sale but offers no after sales service, although I did find staff member Danielle very helpful, i suggest if you are looking at buying a spa, buy it from somebody who is prepared to come to your home once the council approval is done and you have water in your spa and they will show you how to use it and how to maintain it with all the chemicals.

We purchased an Oasis Whitehaven Spa from Spa-Rite a few years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed our purchase. It has provided many, many hours of great family time and our kids are now very water confident as a result. The purchasing process, delivery, and follow up service have been fantastic. Ours is a big spa and has added only around $500 per year to our power bill. We look forward to many more years of enjoying the bubbles!

John took the time to explain the differences between all the spas what to look for and what makes a good spa. We were not under any pressure to buy and the whole experience was very positive. Live in Ballarat and keen on an Oasis swim spa. Unfortunately no local places to test one. Spoke to Adam at Spa Rite Bayswater who was generous to come and open up his store (after hours) for us to test one out, despite knowing he wouldn't get a sale. He was fantastic and really knows his stuff! Only downfall is that his store isn't in Ballarat or else he would definitely have our business

I recently had my Byron Bay Hydro Spa replaced under warranty by Spa-Rite without any issues and the service received by staff was excellent. I also highly recommend using their preferred contractors for delivery and installation of spa for a professional job. My warranty claim is proof that listening to Spa-Rite's advice is invaluable. I have to finish off, time to go enjoy my new spa!

Spa-Rite were so awesome when we bought our spa 5 years ago. We got a fantastic deal on a spa that had a slight mark on the base of the it, which you cant see when it is full of water. They were so helpful in helping us choose the right spa and especially helping us work out the chemicals to use. We have never had any troubles with our spa and we love and use our spa so much.

Service slow. Staff had no training. Start servicing new walk-ins before done with me. Did same to other customers. A knowledge employee could have sold me $500 worth of chems. I walked out with $72 worth of chems. Drove straight to another spa business where service was awesome. Result, I never have to return to Spa-rite.

Own an Oasis spa purchased from Bayswater store. First spa was replaced under warranty after multiple failures. Replacement spa cabinet has warped and cracked after 5 years. Have invested substantial effort to get panel replaced (prepared to pay) but no luck. They take your number and never get back to you.

Be careful when buying a oasis spa we have only had ours in for a few months has stopped working and spa choice Bayswater in Victoria will not process the warranty. Very disappointed with there lack of care and interest in customer service waited so long and now still disappointing us

Had spa over 1 year had a small leak it was fixed, had no more problems, Enjoy the spa cost more to run than we thought, but the enjoyment makes up for the cost. If you follow instructions with chemicals it's always ready to use.
