The worst customer service I have experienced in Maputo City. Two weeks ago I went to order a bicycle for a 8 year old whose birthday was past Thursday. All set until the actual day of deliver landed me with typical excuses of a bad service and lack of consideration for client's (difficult) situation. Poor communication to inform of (real or probable) pitfalls. The cherry on top is that everybody keeps telling me that they're the only ones to provide such service (selling good quality bicycles) and I think that is part of the problem...

Mostly good, the bike repair shop is at the back of the house so you may not see it when you drive by. Service is good for basic items like air. I installed new Kenda tyres but the mounting on the wheel was not true (it was wobbly). I don't recommend any complex servicing such as gears, especially if you have an expensive groupset which requires very fine tuning.

Great little find in Maputo! I rolled in with a broken rear axel and in need of air in both tires. Rolled out 20 minutes later with a replacment axel and plenty of air in the tires. They were extremely helpful, I not only recommend them, I'll be sure to go back the next time I need parts or a tune up.

Young and enthusiastic staff just a little inexperienced in sales and customer relations - accessories and clothing limited but generally good quality - check your service generally good but sometimes rushed and cleaning and final tweak could be lacking a little

Betinho Bikes is the only Bicycle maintenance center in Maputo. But being the only option doesn't mean they're lazy. They will treat your bike as if it was theirs! An excellent service, awesome staff, and Betinho.... 5 star guy!
