I have been there because patrol price appeared to be cheaper than others but it has been a scam going on behind it as their food prices and services' have been absolutely ripped off. Their coffee machine always being broken which is a scam to lure the customer in it as they do not care about their services in this patrol station most of the equipment and tools are either not working or not in services due to the negligence of unfriendly and unprofessional staff member. Staffs are unprofessional ,unhygienic and rude, don't have any idea about customer service, they are on the phone whilst customers are waiting to get service. Absolutely rip off prices, food are stale and tasteless that I have got tummy ache. Food prices are super high compare to the competitors. I would have given minus five if possible. I won't go there any more.

Bought petrol on Friday 15/11/2019 from pump 3 in the station and pumped exactly $70.00 worth of fuel and when I replaced pump it clicked over to $70.01 and when i questioned the service attendant (Shoban) about it, he called me a liar and said there is no way for the pump to do that. He would not redo the price and denied that the pump could be faulty. They have now lost me as a regular customer due to the arrogance of the attendant. If this happens to every customer that comes through the place how much money are they ripping off their so customers.

I only get my petrol at this service station as the fuel prices are generally lower or the same price. Customer service is of the highest quality and with the Global Pandemic of Covid-19, this service station provide an excellent Covid safe shop. My children also love the great toys they have for sale in store. Highly recommend this service station for not only petrol but also the convenience store.

Always competitively priced and staff are super accommodating always saying hello and greeting customers as they come in. Forgot my ATM card once and the guy behind counter told me to put $20 petrol in and just come back and pay and because they see me often they didn’t even ask for me to leave my drivers license instead trusting that I’d return and pay :)

Not a bad place to buy fuel. Fuel prices are quiet good and cheaper here. I dont think customer relations is cultivated here but having said it is somewhat better than nothing. My only down side is the fuel station looks quite old and I believe a revamp might be needed. But I guess that's the trade off for the price.

Everytime I come here the console operator is on the phone. The pump I used that day was really slow. Took at least 10mins to fill my car. When I went to pay i informed the console operator of this issue and I was pretty much dismissed. Have found another servo yo go to where the staff are polite

The price might be ok, but the squeegee for the windshield was broken and literally just scratched the windshield with it. Bucket is broken with the water as well. What’s the point to put it out this way. After paying I had to ask for a receipt and the staff literally was annoyed.

A big thank you to the young gentleman behind the counter. He saw me struggling to get up putting air in my tyres. Weakness in hips and shoulders due to car accident. He came out and did the rest of my tyres for me. His kindness brought tears to my eyes. Bless you, young man.

I needed their ABN for bookkeeping purpose but couldn't find as their business name and company name are different. Then I called them and asked. I was answered that ABN number cannot be provided as they don't know me. lol

Super friendly service and good priced petrol and food. Coffee machine is not to standard, given what's available nowadays in service stations. Feels like a cheap afterthought. Everything else is great!

Used to be a 5 star review, however, recently the workers have been very disrespectful towards myself and other customers. After going here for two years, I'm taking my buisness elsewhere.

Rudest customer service ever, the person serving on the counter who seemed to be the owner had no manners at all and was talking very rudely. No respect for the customers. Disgusting!

Just bought Petrolat this place and I noticed that he was selling covit 19 single test for 20 dollars. From India. I said that he can get in trouble and he started abusing me.

Always has cheap fuel. Only 2 rows of pumps so it does line up sometimes apart from that customer service is nice, fuels cheap.
