There were times when I felt like I wasn't updated on the status of my move, which made me a bit anxious. Additionally, I noticed some minor damages to a few of my belongings after the move was completed. Overall, I appreciate the effort put forth by the team, but I would suggest improving communication and taking extra care to prevent damages during the move.
