Bought a white gold with some small diamonds ring online got in a paper box. Very poor quality, I did an online return with their aus post return slip and since Nov 22 didn't get a refund. Australian Post sent me a confirmation that they have delivered the item to the business warehouse as to their return slip "Australian Post return Slip". I had some very horrible experience with customer service on the phone waiting and calling over and over again and everytime it's a different story, that they didn't receive it and so on. Now I know they will say this review shouldn't be for a store, the review should be for the online purchases. But can't review it there on google plus it is their business. The ring I got felt like cheap stuff not worth $500, and plus they won't admit liability to refund even it was their issued return slip. I strongly don't recommend this business as the products and after sale service are of poor quality.

My partner and I spotted a ring advertised online that we both had to just check out in-store to see if we were completely sold on the design/fit/make of it. We were greeted immediately by Andrijana who was able to assist us with our ring inquiries. Andrijana was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Although there was stock in-store for the ring we were after, the sizing was not correct. Andrijana tried her best to come up with solutions which met our wants and needs. We placed an order for the ring that day and requested for it to be resized as suggested by Andrijana. Throughout the entire process Andrijana's communication was excellent, we were kept in the loop every step of the way and the ETA for the ring was spot on. We could not be more happy with our purchase and the amazing customer service provided by Andrinana and her team at Liverpool Bevilles!

Had the most horrible experience. Newly bought ring sold in an used condition. Store staff and manager Lauren had the worst attitude. No apologies but to try to pass the blame on me in a condescending way. Instead of admitting staff selling a $4000 worth used condition ring, the manager tried implying that I should’ve looked more carefully when I purchased the ring. Unbelievable! I’m sorry that I didn’t think any store would sell something with scratches all over. I’ve also been given false information in regards to the time frames and stock availability the whole time which was corrected by the head office in the end. I strongly hope that the staff in the store to be re-trained. It’s ok to make mistakes but not ok to treat people with 0 respect. Let alone a customer. The whole experience has been traumatising.

Absolute rubbish service! I got a ring as a gift for Christmas & needed it re-sized, I walked into the store which had no other customers at the time & stood waiting for at least 10 minutes for someone to even look at me. There was two staff members chatting/pretending to be busy. One lady walked past me twice & finally asked if I needed help. And then had a confused look on her face when I gave her attitude. I'd understand if the shop was busy but this definitely was not the case. This kind of service is unacceptable!

For Mother’s Day my daughter and her boyfriend bought a beautiful bracelet for me..but after wearing it twice I noticed it broke . We took the bracelet back to the store as we did not have the receipt as it was a gift..the wonderful staff and manger found the receipt on their computer system by us giving my daughter name. They replaced the bracelet straight away. They were very helpful and thank you to the wonderful staff ..will enjoy wearing my bracelet. Definitely recommend this store.

Below average to very bad customer service from this Filipina cambo tan skin woman. I wanted to buy a Ring for myself and for my partner when she came over and asked me how can I help you?? with an unfriendly tone of voice. She spent 20 seconds with us and just walked off and checked her phone instead. We walked out from the shop straight away and went to Angus & Coote and bought 2 rings worth of $900 each. Bevilles just lost an $1800 worth of sales because of her bad careless attitude.

Horrible customer service!!! Walked into the shop and was ignored for 15 minutes straight. There were 3 staff members and 2 customers and no one wanted to help us or even gave us eye contact. As one staff member walked past we kindly asked her for help but she Abruptly told us to "wait" and never came back to help us. The shop was not busy and the staff members were chatting away in the back room. Even Mcdonald's has better customer service than this. Disgusting you should be ashamed.

Beville's is usually my first stop for jewelry items, because they have affordable prices, flexible payment options, and some of the best customer service I've encountered across similar types of stores. The attendants are knowledgeable on their stock and offer great personalised assistance. Haven't had a bad experience there to date, so I definitely plan to return! Recently got this beautiful piece from them...after several months of passively shopping around. Love it!

After 2 personal recommendations for this store I walked in to my local Bevilles to buy a gift for my Godson's Christening, I had no idea what I was actually looking for or what kind of gift I wanted. After a minute I was approached by a lovely staff member (Irene?) who helped me select some beautiful jewellery from start to finish and within 5 minutes I was ready to purchase a lovely gift for my Godson that I was thrilled with. Great experience and she saved the day!

We had an incredible experience with Irene today. We purchased an engagement ring as well as 2 wedding bands. She was incredibly patient, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. She gave us her undivided attention in the midst of a busy day in store. We went to a couple other stores but did not experience the compassion and professionalism that we experienced here at Beville’s Liverpool. Cannot recommend the Bevilles team more.

Google suggests that they open at 9am on SUN, unfortunately they open after 10am, after you knock on the door, and after they have their "meeting." Even though one shop assistant left the shop locking the door behind her around 9:30am, and disappeared, whilst the manager that answered the door was alittle upset that i caught her out having a coffee, and the shop was still closed after 10am. That's ok - I didnt have alot to do anyway - NOT!

Overrated. Not worth the 4.3 stars as noted on Google reviews. Staff are arrogant and constipated. No friendly or welcoming disposition, selectively greeting and helping people who match their demographic. Staff presence would not make a difference in this store. First impressions count. Poor experience overall.

Very very very bad experience bought a new watch which was damaged and went to change it no apologies from staff. Some of the staff were very rude specially one lady i think she is supervisor or manager big attitude. I recommend everyone not to shop in this store horrible shopping experience in my life

Poor quality to match the customer service... $1600 ring broken like a piece of cheap plastic within the warrently period. 9 weeks waiting on outcome, taken to fair trade. Ring repaired twice, repair is laughable.... dont waste your money.
