I purchased a gold anklet from this store but the clasp was faulty and kept coming undone, unfortunately the anklet fell off & was lost. I went back to the store to purchase another and a staff member assured me that if there were any issues with the new one I'd just have to come back with the receipt in order to be refunded. She also let me try on the anklet in store. The tag on the anklet listed the price as 39.99, right before paying she apologised and told me that the system actually lists the anklet at 49.99.. So I ended up paying the "actual" price.. lol.. The following evening my new anklet ripped a hole in my paints, one of the links had come open, it was sharp and hadn't been fused together properly. I took the anklet back for a refund but was told I could not return it as I had worn it (despite being encouraged to try it on prior to purchase).. The manager insinuated I was lying when I tried to explain that the staff member assured me I could get a refund. When I asked the manager to speak to the staff member who sold the anklet to me she said she had resigned.. I was then told it was going to be fixed free of charge. When I came back to collect the anklet, I was forced to pay an extra $20 as the repairers noted that I'd ripped and broken the anklet myself which was not the case. The staff member who sold me the anklet was present when I came to collect the repaired anklet, so clearly had not resigned. Will Never come back, do not recommend this store. Inconsistent service and dodgy conduct. One star is more than generous.

Came in this afternoon with my Sephora bag as I had been shopping for makeup. The older lady working asked to see what I had purchased. I showed her and she continued to take it and rip open the packaging and open the products themselves, i had to physically snatch it out of her hands because she wouldn’t give it back. She continued to tell me the product would look dirty on me. This is very unhygienic and just plain rude as we are in the middle of a global pandemic and you just don’t rip open a customers purchased products from another store without even asking.

Parramatta Westfield has a Horrible store manager, hung up the phone after screaming at me. Lack of communication between workers in regards to lay-by phone calls is unprofessional. I explained that COVID was the reason I wouldn’t leave to make payments, asked if there was any other way to pay it… only in store was the reply. The Store manager rolled her eyes and stated that I was only using COVID and the lockdown as an excuse. I really hate the ring that I have purchased because of the way I was treated.

The team was very welcoming and friendly, all were very polite with warm welcomes. In particular Nina who served us was fantastic, she was very patient with me as I am very indecisive, she was very helpful and had amazing customer service skills. We are originally from Melbourne and were there for a short holiday and she made our night with her funny sense of humour would honestly go back there again if we were to visit Sydney again. PS GIRLS, happy wife, happy life. ❤️

As a regular customer, I thoroughly enjoy my time at Bevilles Parramatta . Extremely friendly staff who are always willing to help! It's great to see young, vibrant individuals who provide an in-depth knowledge on the products. Gift buying has become a lot easier for me with the staff (Anisha) projecting her advice and great taste. (Keeps the wife happy) It's evident that the store is well managed and maintained! Disgusting service by the lady with the curly blonde/brown hair and is mature aged. She was absolutely rude, I had a faulty chain and had to get it repaired 2 times and because of this they are now voiding my warranty of the chain. She told me I’m not careful with it and it shouldn’t be worn every day when I don’t and I also take extremely good care of this necklace. The way I was spoken was appalling and she was belittling me.

Customer service none existent. Placed an order online I called to check if it’s ready. I was told that it was, when I arrive to the store I get told that it’s not on the system and I HAVE to call the customer service line. Which was another fail. As no one answered. I ask them what do I do now? I drove all the way to parramatta as I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER IS READY? I get blank stares from the employees and a lousy sorry.

Rosa in Paramatta was amazing and so helpful. She was very patient and efficient helping me do an exchange with a ring my husband purchased online. I absolutely LOVE my ring and the service was ON POINT Even with a busy store, Rosa was calm and apologetic to other customers and thanking them for their patience! This store is undoubtedly one of the best ones in Sydney. They have a variety of quality products. I went to buy one Citizen Eco Drive on Father's day sale. The lovely lady Marylin in Bevilles Parramatta helped me a lot. She was friendly, courteous and knows how to do her job. Bevilles Parramatta has a wide range of affordable diamonds. My wife, mum and mother-in-law have bought their diamonds here and they absolutely love it. And Florita/Florida was the one who assisting us in every purchase we made. She has a very good taste and offer only what is the best for you.
