just want to say this court is very corrupt i was at court today for my mum ware we waited for nearly 3 years now ware we should be in a bromely county court but its was very rigged here in bexley magistrates court ware the judge will not intoduce himself i ask for his name but fall to give me it our own solicitor was not there for us its was all stage me and my dautgter was not allowed to talk up for my poorly old 85 year mum case did not get read out right and this what happen they had fake evidence and a different driver of the bus company so people do not turn up for this court because its not real judges in there they just rooms for corrupt solicitor and they put in their own judges ware it will go against you but they ant here the last of me i will make appeal and wiil take it back to a county court and not the fake magistrates we need a new system because this can not keep going on for us all

What a joke this court really is, i had a £300 fine and 3 points on my licence for being legal and above board, i got pulled over on me ped last year showed all documents i prooved i was legit he let me drive away now they are saying i never had a cbt to drive a 125cc i showed the officer the cbt on the side of the a406 after he left a crash site, Since i received this letter i have been trying to apeall against it but every time i call this number and press option 2 they never answer i have had to phone ringing for more then 15minz at a time becouse i have been tryin for so long they have now sent it to the bailiffs,, What am i ment to do if these ppl will not answer, ive called all other lines and they answer streight away like to pay off a fine but to go against it nothing at all am sik of it i aintnpayin a single thing to them at all they can do one.....

I went to court room 1 today for a driving offence which i wasn't guilty for. The PAGAN Judges found me guilty without any evidence submitted to court. These old PAGANS like playing judge and jury. Karma will reach them GOD don't sleep. If you are of colour going to this court just plead guilty to save yourself money. I was found 3 points and £1000 fine. I should of taken the £90 drivers awareness course. This court is racist you stand no chance with these pagans. Self righteous old white people stuck in the 1930s. Innocent until proven guilty don't make me laugh.

Corrupt court, ‘magistrate’ was a joke, just wanted to take me to the cleaners for a minor driving offence and court official advised me badly, do not listen to court officials when you go here,these people are not fit to be part of our system of justice I have no problem with the punishment as I was guilty albeit with extenuating circumstances however the chief magistrate was unprofessional and not fit for this position within our society.

No lift to get into courts 4-6. Try doing the stairs with a double buggy. Get to the top and the doorway is too narrow to admit the buggy, have to wait whilst sole receptionist has a casual conversation with regulars before receiving assistance to open additional door. Then to find there are no witness or family rooms just 2 interview rooms. Awful experience and I wasn't the defendant so felt doubly punished!

Right, I was exposed the cost of pleading guilty there for 120 court fee, legal cost and something else. Total £259 plus 6 points on my license... Fair, I'll pay !!! But you know what? I will lose that money and premium insurance to go up... But you'll several thousands of pounds. Who is winning there? You have to laugh about it.

The phone number is wrong. when you call it you are told to call another number that charges so depending on your service you then have to go and buy credit to make this one call. what a joke. Great little earner for them. all i want to know is when im due at court tomorrow but i cant find that out online

I've been trying to call since 14th of October 2016 it's now 6th of January 2017. You are right they answered straight away to take the fine payment but enquiry line never answers . all i want is my licence back. It is a joke you are right.

The Magistrates in this court do not judge cases based on evidence, they are rude, aggressive, unprofessional and incompetent, they are completely lacking in human compassion and civility.

racism, you will be judge base on your nationality, be well prepared because even if you are not guilty you will get penalties points and big sanction to pay. 100% discrimination

The judge was very rude and unfair I think he hate the skin he didn't listen me he just listen his policemen become bouth off them sane skin
