Hare Krishna, My Father (Mr. Vijay M Kshirsagar) was facing a breathing issue, then we took him to Bhakti Vedanta Hospital and consulted with Dr. Sandeep Patil a (Heart Specialist) He asked to do some tests (ECG, 2D Echo, & BNP Profile Blood). After conducting a test, two tests (ECG & 2D Echo) were reported immediately to Dr. Sandeep Patil observed that there might be some infection in the chest and he suggested some medication. We received this BNP profile blood report shown to BVH (Emergency team) and the report is not normal. BVH emergency team asked us to hospitalize the patient immediately, and we immediately admitted him to BVH. Under, the observation of ICCU, they suggested that we had to do CAG (Cardio Angio Graphy). In CAG, two blockages were found and shown to us and asked if we had to do further processes to neutralize the blockages. We have to apply stain and we have immediately confirmed for Angio Plasti with the process of CAG. The same has been neutralized by Dr. Patil. We had deposited some security amount in the BVH while admitting time and process for cashless insurance. For cashless insurance from the BV Hospital TPA support team, Mrs. Shreya coordinates the Insurance TPA team. Mrs. Shreya supports us a lot for cashless insurance. Every time a query came from insurance TPA. She proactively gave inputs to insurance TPA. While doing her work, she was always supporting us (Don't worry, your father will be fine and okay). Cashless insurance's full final settlement is taken care of by Mrs. Shreya and TPA team. We deposit some amount in BVH after the insurance claim deposit amount is returned Thank you so much, Mrs. Shreya & TPA team. Bhakti Vedanta Hospital's ambiance is also very good When we entered the hospital, it did not look that as a hospital it felt like we had entered the Temple. We entered the hospital in front of Shri Swami Prabhupada Murti in the lobby and the continuous Hare Krishna and Hare Rama mantra going on. The doctor, Nurse, and other staff are very supportive. I had visited hospital on 2nd Oct'23, as my mother had caused a sever injury due mishap in restroom. Upon arriving at the TPA department to avail cashless treatment benefit, I immediately noticed a shortage of staff. This shortage led to prolonged waiting times and inefficient processing of documents. I was forced to wait for nearly three hours before I could even submit my documents, which is unacceptable, especially for individuals in need of urgent medical attention. After finally submitting my documents, I was informed that the approval process would not occur on the same day due to the absence of the senior staff member responsible for approvals. This lack of contingency planning and absence of an alternative approval mechanism reflects a serious lapse in your department's operations. It is crucial for hospitals to ensure that critical administrative processes continue seamlessly, even in the absence of key personnel. Due to these issues, I was forced to endure undue stress and anxiety during an already challenging time. The delay in the submission of my documents meant that I had to bear additional financial burden temporarily, which is contrary to the very purpose of cashless hospitalization facilities.

I went for cardiac package and was diagnosed with RCA @ 70% blockage. finally I got enrolled in their integrated medicine department where a team of Doctors comprising of Dr. Dhawal Dalal, MD Internal Medicine, Dr. Nanasaheb Memane, BAMS. MS (Ayurveda), Dr. Kirti Mutreja BHMS., and Dr. Vaidehi Nawathe, Chief Dietician. started a complete lifestyle changing treatment which will go on for 6 months. its only a month now on this treatment and I lost 3 kgs and feel lighter now. Hope for more fruitful and positive results by the end of this treatment. I have admitted my wife for delivery dr did operation we had baby boy dr Yogani patel has not performed proper operation process thr was severe bleeding even after surgery was stitched after 3 days we got discharged in a week we had visit again with stomach pain . Throughout 1 week she suffered sever pain . After dr yogani check her thr was sever blooding she operated her telling that you have to get admite for 1 day n we will discharge you . Whole operation was done again I have to pay 140000 that was double expenses for me due to dr Yoganis negligence. I suggest dnt visit this horrible hospital you can loos your near n dear one thr is no guarantee of life . Management is hopeless they are just advertising public seva but collecting mava. Playing with peoples life . Dr yogani patel has lot of experience but she is irresponsible n lier. Saying some thing and doing some thing. God will see to it .

Hare Krishna! Expert doctors good nurses and staff. Good treatment provided to my mother under Dr Ajay Godase pulmonologist. All the details were very well explained by other doctors Dr Nidhi and Dr Promodini. Charges are also reasonable considering AC Twin sharing ward. I had to only spend 400 rs with mediclaim. Bill settlement and discharge procedure is also fast. Morning Krishna darshan gave very positive vibes in ward to us. My father's spine surgery at age of 72 was successfully conducted by Dr Sandeep Sonone. After surgery he could do his day to day activities with confidence and energy. Dr Sonone is very calm, soft spoken and highly efficient at his work. Great experience. We found very reliable doctors at this hospital. Cardio specialist Dr Nitin Kumar also explained other related details. We could find all the required treatment under one roof which saved our time, energy and money also.

The staff and doctors were very helpful. I had nice experience in this hospital. From day 1, the admission process was made very smooth, there were staff member to help with the admission process. I was very much happy with the lactation doctor. She helped me to learn how to feed the new born within no time and it was very helpful as a new mother. Along with that there was a touch of spirituality. I received the Lord Jagannath Prasad on the day of my discharge which was cherry on the cake. I was also part of Garbhasanskar session in this hospital and had very nice learning experience throughout the pregnancy. Very badly managed EYE department @ Bhaktivedanta Hospital. It took ~ 3 hours for an OPD consultation. Right from booking an appointment to making payment to getting your eyes checked to consultation to applying eye drops to next steps, etc, the wait between every step feels like eternity, and that too without any proper communication & clarity. Creating Infrastructure is one thing and managing it right is another. Unfortunately, they fail there big time. Overall, the Customer Support is pathetic. At the reception, you feel like you're talking to a bot, same answer to any question you ask - thodi der me aapka number aayega to bulayenge! I mean, why pay premium fees to sub standard service.

My wife's doctor Yogini patil is one of the best gynac anyone cud have...the only reason I m rating bad is because I want to bring my experience to management's attn abt 2nd time worst experience I had with radiologist dept.Yesterday I had gone for growth scan where I was purposely made to wait for more than 3 hours by the dark lady with specs on the reception. It was kind of revenge for making complaints abt the dept in the past. If hospital is willing to serve best I suggest making some changes in the radiologist reception dept. I have already provided feedback about this and I was promised by sister vidhi that she will bring this to mgmts attn. I hope this is dealt with seriousness.

Bhakti Vedanta is Good hospital and I don't have doubt about it. My whole concern is with there emergency and casualty section where Dr. Abhay Maurya is least bother to check patient as he is busy chit chatting with his colleagues/ staff. After Seeing report he admits that patient is in critical condition but he cannot give the treatment stating no place for treatment without checking patient. I have been using services of Bhakti Vedanta since 5 years but never came accross such incident. Due to his negligence my patient could had suffered a lot. Also His tone and way of talking to patients is unethical and Surprisingly how can such kind of Dr are part of spritual hospital.

The hospital account department is fraud my grandmother was admitted here on 26th April 2023 and was discharged on 27th April 2023 . They have not refunded our remaining amount of 29 thousand we literally have to beg for money it's been almost 2 months they have not processed our refund and they are not responding as well . Literally in the name of lord Krishna they are looting people. Also during the time when my grandmother was admitted her care was not taken the required tests were not done . They only aim to make money . Really disappointed. I AM Not blaming the doctors but the management is really pathetic

Seems unprofessionals in this hospital. I had taken my kid on emergency visit due to high fever in night and constantly since last 3 days. I was being advised for kids admission, which i had followed. Keeping kid in hospital for 2 days and interactions with staff, no improvement in baby’s health, multiple reports, treatment changes had harassed kid. Dr’s still couldn’t find and treat cause. I had taken DAMA (Discharge against medical advise), visited Paediatrician and kid is normal next morning. Writing this, so parents are aware and better visit paediatrician instead of this hospital.

Worst experience at bhakti vedanta, hospitalised my mom 1. We requested for a deluxe room which was unavailable they said get her hospitalised in general the next day we shall transfer her, however no response for next 5 days was given 2. Further there was no bell provided to my mom, after a huge argument a doctor came and provided it to us. 3. On sonography of my mom, the senior doc did not check my mom even after the junior doc suspected there is a stone There were many such incidents, the meals given does not fruits or salad no curd, we were not allowed to get food to her.

One of the worst hospitals in India. They loot people giving an unexplained bill in the name of Hare Krishna.. The nurses and doctors don't explain upfront about the tests and the treatment and give false reasons to admit patient in the ICU. My aunty came walking on her own to get an opd visit for her jaundice and left the hospital on a stretcher in an ambulance as we could not afford further stay at this scam hospital. I would request everyone who are thinking of getting their tests, checkups and treatment please do not visit this hospital.

I had a surgery in Bhakti Vedant hospital. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. The atmosphere is very soothing. Staff is very well mannered and always on alert. Dietician and their services need special mention and last but not the least surgeon Dr Sarang is very well mannered and brilliant doctor who explains everything in detail and never let his patients feel insecure. May God never put you in a position where you need to visit a hospital but if need arises Bhakti Vedant hospital is the one you should visit.

Very rude behaviour of security staff when patient admitted to ICU and we had to collect some reports advised by Dr they said they will not call from their desk and asked us to call from mobile. Which no one was answering. How can relative know what is going on in ICU if we are not able to connect also or speak with ICU Also house flys were seen in ICU which can lead to infection. Not sure what hygiene protocols are being followed. Despite complaint they have said they cannot control

Bad Staff.. and Doctors are just pathetic.. Tell them to adjust the Bed, those 3-4 Nurses gossiping at the Emergency area will answer " yaha pe koi hai nai" and end up doing it yourself. After submitting X-ray on the counter, they are arguing that you didn't submit the x-ray at all...I mean..people are not fools to behave like this during the emergency issues. They are super excited to change statements especially during billings, And...Dr. Abhay...the most rude one over there..

I was admitted for my neuro surgery in this hospital. The accurate diagnosis of my ailment (Brain haemorrhage )was made by the doctor. I was successfully operated on the day of admission itself into ICU.I have almost recovered. I find the cost of treatment at the hospital reasonable and affordable. The hospital also processed the cashless claim of my health insurance quickly. The hospital is approved by almost all health insurance companies.

Attitude of your claim department Gayatri madam and Sachin they think they are the Directors of hospital!!! Unethical and they don’t know how to speak if they find someone illiterate this people judge others!!! They are appointed to help people but my parents were treated like SBI people does (abhi madam busy hai! Wo batayengi mujhe nahi pata!!!) rest everything was best but attitude of claim department!

My dad and uncle both got there cataract surgeries done here for both eyes in the last 45 days by Dr. Suraj bagade, very calm in making us understand the whole process.The whole team right from doctors, nurses and support staff is very very helpful and understanding. Good experience. Pros - Gynecologist Vaishal Chowdhury, and their other maternity related doctors are very calm and helpful. The nurses and support staff are helpful and professional. Their insurance support team (Sachin,Apporva, Gayatri) are quite helpful and quick. Cons - Their NICU (doctors only) team is very rude and bit greedy. Their Billing team is also not very helpful and may try to fleece you.

One of the busiest place in the MiraRoad. The hospital is always having crowd due to multiple specialists doctors visits. You need to take a token first. Also if you are new, you have to fill up the form. The payment has to be done before going to doctor. I had appointment with Dr Girish Rathod. Experienced and calm doctor and provides proper analysis and explanation to you.

My sister had to undergo sleep study and it involves overnight involvement of some one else observation...there was only a male who was involved and no nurse involved at all . cannot mention everything in details ...but any one going in for this treatment and if it's a women pls make sure u demand for a female nurse to be present for the test for the patient to be safe ....

TPA department is severely understaffed and it becomes worse on holiday time as only one staff managing admission and discharge Request to management for taking corrective action to uplift the department as post covid insurance penetration has increased and it is further expected to increase If you really care about patient experience along with patient care

Doctors at the Hospital are very genuine and you can trust them. It’s not a hospital which just wants to make money from people. Their interest is that patients get cured. That’s the feeling I got. The prices are also reasonable. I got my Father operated there and was very satisfied with the experience. The entire TPA process was smooth. Good hospital.

The doctors were good, nursing staff and cleanliness was good, however the Discharge department is poor, took more than 3 hours, there was only one person. He was taking a lot of time for one person. Also was not polite. The refund of NEFT took more than 10 days, was promised refund within 3 to 4 days. Yet to receive one more refund.

When I visited the doctor with my investigation report with seven days, they charged me full fees. I felt cheated. The OPD counters are always over crowded and the staff works in sloth pace. If you don't have any other option to visit bhakti bedanta else avoid I have experience multiple such incidents but management have no answer

Excellent co operation and helpful nature of all staff. Very polite staff.. TPA staff dipika madam helping out of the way for the process. Hospital charged 10% administrative charges which is beared by patient, insurance company not giving claim for these charges. Request Hospital authority must think about these charges.

It has happened repeatedly that doctor's are not attending OPD hours ontime even after giving prior schedules. Waiting for hour's disturbing schedules of petiants and thier relatives. No doubt treatment and facilities are upto the mark but doctors should give importance of petiants and thier relatives time.

Dr. Bimal C Shah is a compassionate and knowledgeable surgeon who provided precise suggestions. Thanks to his expertise and timely treatment, my mother's diabetic leg was saved. Wish I could give a negative rating for the hospital. Right from the day it started never heared any good about it and recently experienced the negative side. Huge delay in there service, until you stand on there head and ask them to do there work. Overall hospital services are good but authorities shall work on adding more staffs in TPA counter, as there are only 4 staff working for whole insurance department.

Five star just to doctor Bimal C Shah. Hospital service of all staff and nurse along with doctors are excellent. Only one thing during night nurse was not available in the room and the bell stop working got panic, but at one call she attended, no issue.

One sad thing about a lot of departments here is, that only money talks. It's used to be an amazing place for treatment around 5 to 10 years back.. but no more. It's more of a business place now like all other hospitals
