Doesn’t allow a baby into their (‘wine bar’ portion) premises, thus missed an important function that was pre booked. Legally okay under current liquor laws, personally not okay with venue. Strange. Quirk not communicated on website, not communicated verbally, not communicated with person who booked venue. But anybody under 18 is allowed into the restaurant! 3 month old located the other side of a plaster wall, no can do. This aloof behaviour seems to be a trend with this management. Manager typically arrogant, unapologetic and occupied solely by self interest when confronted for an explanation. I’m sure you’ll remember this feedback. I would advise seeking the services of another venue, unless you can be sure everybody you invite, along with dependants are over 18. Biagio’s - communicate with everybody who books the wine bar - communicate this personal choice via a statement on your website.

I had been to this restaurant with some friends about 6-7 years ago and it was great. Lovely fun atmosphere too. Today it was a bit snooty and some of the food was very average. The pizzas and pastas ordered were really plain. Pizza bases were probably no better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut. Pasta sauces were tasteless. Quality did not match prices. Drinks were well priced. Small mistake on bill as rectified quickly. Such a shame overall as the decor is beautiful.

The place look wonderful but I get treated in rude way by one of the male staff with Beard was Sunday afternoon for me I don't care about the quality of the place and the food I care about customer service

Booked in tbe wine bar for drinks to celebrate my 50th with friends nd family. Staff were fantastic, friendly and accomodating. Pizza's were lovely, and cocktails were great too. Atmosphere was excellent.

We had a table of 7 and the price was good. The food was a little above average. The service was good, food came out very quickly. Not too bad for a night out if you're down that way. Nice looking place too but the atmosphere was a bit snooty

Loved it. Loved every part of my meal. The best duck I've had for a very long time. Excellent presentation, and our waiter very friendly prompt and helpfull. Can't wait to come back.

Good staff. Wide selection of wines and drinks. Staff were nice and polite. Cocktails were really nice.
