Bianca Amor Pacific Place Mall, first of all the lady close the door when they still have 20 more minutes, we are 2 customers at the door, she opened it and told us there is only 10 minutes left which is 8:40 pm when she told us. I said I only have 1 item to get.. Secondly the staff name Allen is so rude to answer customer’s questions, I asked him if they still have the water pump which I saw before, he answered it rudely and showing attitude like he is so annoyed that I get in late, as I don’t have time earlier. I couldn’t find what I am looking for so I ask him again and show the picture, he said I already told you there is none with really rude remarks, I asked him what is his name, he casually said Allen and just continue walking like this is really a regular thing in there store that they can just do rude things to customers, please train your people properly with right attitude. I asked nicely to them, they should answer nicely too. If they don’t want their job and can’t wait to go home please ask them to quit their job.. Most of the staff here are so rude although some of them are cheerful and helpful when u ask for help.

You can find a good deal or two if you look hard. They sell select close to expiry date or expired food there for about 40% less than retail. I think a lot of their stuff is pirated. There are signs up that say it is illegal to sell expired food so they don't do it, but a lot of their food is expired. I bought an XL so-called "REALTREE" Camo shirt there and when I got it home I discovered it was barely more than a medium. REALTREE does not make clothes like that. They are generously sized. The place is dirty, and a mess. There's old inventory stacked up all over the place. A lot of the merchandise is dusty. Even the doors are FILTHY WITH cardboard and tape all over them. It's disgusting.

I can see the negative reviews based on "expired food" being sold here. Let's put this into perspective. A lot of people who come here, are on a fixed budget. At times, not even able to pay their bills or provide the necessities for their families. Yes, their is expired food items here, but only (I've found) within a week or so. Not all food items are expired, this place offers also a lot of variety of household items, clothing, carpets, tools and toys for children. This place also has a return policy on food items if you are not satisfied. Included is a number of photos, to which you can see, they sell a lot of various items, you can use. Give them a try, you'll be surprised.

So many this and that's in this store , if you go to this store go in with an open mind , have an idea what your wanting to buy or not BUT # 1 is don't go if you are in a hurry and expect the staff to do the shopping for you , there is a lot of items in these places scattered around so don't put all your faith in the staff. Although a high percentage are knowledgeable an helpful but you will get some who either are not or there may be a language barrier which is what it is. ALL IN ALL IVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN BIANCA when I have gone and its nice to barley pay for items that elsewhere you'd be paying a lot more.

I go here a lot however I’m only giving 3 stars. This store has a lot of cool goodies and things I have never seen before. Some items are expired so make sure to check that if you think that will be a problem for you. Not a lot of people know that it actually is legal to sell expired items but for a discounted price. Store is extremely messy and overwhelming so it’s hard to find certain things. Staff aren’t particularly friendly but I just grab my things and go. Also tap on the debit machines is non existent so if you’re lazy or covid crazy then this store may not be for you. Overall not the best, not the worst.

We have been going here since it opened and love this store. If you really want to be part of a solution and save money this is the place for you. Yes some of the food items are just before or at best before dates but they are still good for consumption. Do some research on best before and then decide. This is not the store for you if you dream of owning a Audi A8 but it is for you if you want to have the money to by a A8.

The cashier named 'Allen' is rude. Couldn't even say 'Hi.' It seems like he's having a bad day and displaces this mood to the customers. Just points to the machine when customers have to pay. Not only that, he doesn't know how to say 'Please' or "Thank you." Train your staff.

There is a boy who is super rude, he almost hit me and followed me and I raised his voice because I told him to leave me alone because it was scary. How sad I love the store but its staff scares me
