I went here based on the other reviews and was not disappointed with the service. I am new to the area so I was hoping to get some info on biking in ABQ. James hooked me up with a bike map, some great advise for commuting by bike, and tips on the need for slime in my tires. My bike is old and needed a tune up; James was able to get the gears to shift perfectly then made some great recommendations for tuning of the handlebars, grips, and lined up the break levers for a very comfortable ride. I’ve ridden this bike for years and it has never been set up so well. Highly recommend this shop. It is mainly service with a small inventory but he had exactly what I needed.

Jeff is fantastic. I took my son's (new) bmx bike in to have the brakes tuned - which is apparently challenging with these kinds of bikes. Got the bike home and the bike's rear brakes did not perform as desired. So, we let Jeff know and, after inspiration struck in the middle of the night (a bicycle shaped lightbulb?), he texted us to bring the bike back in so he could try out a new idea. He worked on the bike for quite a while, added some new parts, and the bike performs like a dream (no new charge for the additional work, we just paid for the parts). Excellent dedication to his customers. Excellent value. Extreme trustworthiness and expertise.

This bike shop is right next to my bike ride home so I stopped in one day for some work. Jeff (presumably the owner?) was super nice. When I asked how long it would take since I use my bike a lot to get to and from work, he said 3 days but it might be quicker. 3 days is a way quicker turnaround then what I was quoted at Sport Systems, etc. He got it back to me in 2 days and everything has been great since then. No issues. I rarely write reviews but he was so pleasant and provided such good service I wanted to make sure everybody else knows.

After purchasing a used Kona with the “surprise” issue of a bent dropout on the steel fork, I found Jeff after searching for local bike repair shops. Others had a two-week wait or didn’t seem like they offered the level of quality service found at Bicycle Revival. Jeff was able to take a look at the problem on the spot but needed more time for the right fix. Less than 24 hours later, my bike was ready. Jeff took great care of my bike and me and I’ll be back if I need any other repairs or tuneups.

I have only bought parts here is far. But the ?owner? is knowledgeable and friendly. I plan on getting a tune up soon and I find his price reasonable. Follow up- Jeff has tuned up my bike and added a kick stand. My derailers are working perfectly. He informed me that he correct my error, even though I new there direction of rotation arrows on my new tires, I'd installed it backwards. All for less then $90. You cant beat that with a stick.

I brought my bike in that needed a lot of work, which most shops would take weeks to do. Jeff took the time to figure out what needed to be done with me there, and he could answer any bike questions you throw at him. He fixed it up in a couple of days, and it’s “ready to roll” again as he put it. My bike is riding well now, and I’ll be sure to bring it back to Bicycle Revival for maintenance and repairs.

5/30/23 I've been going to Bicycle Revival for about 2-2 1/2 years now for bicycle repairs and parts, the owner, Jeff, is awesome and very knowledgeable and courteous. I enjoy going here because it's close to my apartment and it's a local shop!!! If you have any bicycle needs or questions call or stop by. I would highly recommend this place!!! Definitely five stars (in my opinion)!!!!!!!!

It was very clear that the man working on my bike knew his way around them at a deep, intuitive level. It took him only 20 minutes to shorten the chain, bend the derailleur, replace a cable, and make some fine adjustments. Best thing is, it only costed me $26! That is a bargain! Well done! I would highly recommend Bicycle Revival if you need repairs and maintenance.

Wow! Called late in the day on a Monday because my rear tire wasn't holding air. Talk about an honest bike mechanic! Jeff got me in right away and replaced the tire. He also checked my chain and brakes (which are close to needing replacement) but there was no pressure to act now--just made me aware. Great service and fair prices. So happy to know about Bike Revival!

We went to Bicycle Revival last week after hearing about it from a few friends and the owner Jeff hooked us up with a good price on a couple of tune-ups. There are some great shops in Albuquerque for people who ride, but was really impressed with the speed and quality of service at Bicycle Revival. Will DEFINITELY be back!

i made a friend. Jeff is a good guy, very competant, practical, and doing what he enjoys doing. checked and serviced cranks, bottom bracket, fixed a flat on a 24'' cruiser tire, and showed me why it happened. that, too is now remedied. in about an hour and change, for a very reasonable price. support this guy!

This is a great shop to have your bike worked on. The owner is focused on repairing your bike and making sure all your needs are met. They went above and beyond to make sure my bike was ready to ride. They also have quick turn around times so you get get back to riding. You should bring your bikes here.

Took in my recumbent. I had installed new shift cables and shifters, which I was unable to adjust properly. Jeff at Bicycle Revival installed the correct shifters. He also looked the bike over and replaced some well worn parts. Runs great now. Turn around was quick. I till be going back as needed.

Having blown a tire on the bike path, I limped into the business. He stopped what he was doing and went immediately to getting me a replacement tire and putting it in and getting me back on the trail. I appreciate that. For that alone I would recommend at least one visit of your business.

I highly recommend Jeff at Bicycle Revival! He was able to do a full tune up on my bike in two days and had it shining like new. His prices are fair and he's very good at communicating what he repaired on your bike and why. Be sure to stop by if you need any work done on your bike!

Great repair shop! Jeff is the real deal..a straight up pro. I had to get a fork swapped out on my 25 year old GT hardtail and everybody in town was at least 2 weeks backed up in their service department. Jeff had it for me in less than 24 hours with a very minimal labor fee.

This is a great bike shop! Jeff, the owner helped me right away with 2 flat tires. He recommended a tune up which I brought my bike back for the next day. He had it done within an hour, and my bike is performing optimally!! I would definitely recommend this shop!!
