We were really excited to visit Big Air, as we recently attended the one in Matthew’s and had a blast. It was completely empty when we got in, which we don’t mind, however, it was just really quiet. We have been with defy for almost a year, and were looking forward to switching memberships to this park. The park is clean, equipment brand new, and the staff were super friendly and involved. That’s the only reason the park is getting 3 stars. The signing up for a membership part of our experience, however, took almost 25-30 minutes. I almost just said never mind, and went back to Defy. I had to sign up on my phone, as you can’t sign up for a membership in store, which I thought was strange, and the only option for the membership was for 3 months. I wasn’t expecting to get forced into a 3 month $85 + $5 fee membership. We finally were able to get signed up, and then the computer system was malfunctioning after I paid for the membership. I would have rather signed for a month to make sure my daughter actually enjoyed it VS getting stuck with this 3 month membership. It’s also disappointing that there aren’t member discounts at the cafe like defy offers. Moving on, she did enjoy herself, however, after about 30 minutes I could tell she was over it. She was super excited to play at the jungle gym in the corner when she spotted it, but was let down when she was told she couldn’t play because she was 7, as it is for 6 and under. This park just seems like it’s targeted for older, bigger kids as all of the obstacles are more advanced. My daughter is small for her age, and with her being on the spectrum, it just was pretty disappointing that there wasn’t much for her to enjoy. The claw machines are a scam, as the claws are super loose and don’t let you actually grip any of the prizes, so don’t even waste your dollars on that. I actually regret signing up for the membership, but that’s my fault for not just buying a single day ticket to see what it was like, I guess I was just expecting it to be more exciting like the other one. Overall, we will obviously have to try again and hope for a better impression next time. If it wasn’t for the 4 other people in there, I’m sure it would of been a different experience for her, so thank God they showed up after us and let her play with them.

This is a really nice place, however, there are a few things that those at the decision table did not think of. OR MAYBE THEY DID AND THE IDEA IS TO NICKLE AND DIME THE PATRONS! ANYWAY, the point of the lockers is to lock up valuables($$), BUT with no warning once you lock it that's it. Now this is not an issue for those parents who do not play with their children because there is no need for a locker. For those that do play with their children, it's a disservice and a potential loss for the concession. If I want to patron the concession stand I now have to open the locker to retrieve my $$ and then pay ANOTHER fee to lock it back. This is not good customer service. Maybe you should be able to rent the locker for the duration of your play time. Also as you all are having these very young and unexperienced people as the "GMs". They have little to no customer service/people skills and are ill-equipped to handle customer suggestions. I simply stated that however their customer suggestion works, maybe the locker situation should be a topic of discussion. The response I received was "Well, this is the 1st time anyone has mentioned it and I'm the GM so you can talk to me." YOU ARE WHOM IM SPEAKING TO. This is not to say young people can't be great at their job, however, in a world of customer service, you can do better at training those you leave in charge to handle customers with better service. Suggestions are not an attack and mine wasn't presented as one. It was just that....a suggestion. Let's do better. This is a really nice place and we love bringing our children. About $100 is spent everyime we come because we play with our children. Keep this in mind, most people don't carry cash and will pay 3.50 just to get the cash for the locker. Now we have to pay everytime we need to access our valuables($$)?? ONE MORE THING, There needs to be someone over the "GM" that can me contacted to hold them accountable as employees.

I had a terrible experience with the kitchen. All the way up to management. I ordered nachos, they didn't have jalapeños or chili and I was told after I already ordered. I also got fries and a soft pretzel. The pretzel was cold, wet and hard. One lady in the kitchen said they spray the pretzel to get the salt to stick. But the manager told me they don't spray the pretzel. The fries were either not cooked all the way or not stored properly before cooked. When the manager was brought to me she was very rude! She needed to see the food hadn't been eaten. So I digged in the garbage to grab from which point she snatched it away from me to throw it away. I NEVER COMPLAIN. But the particular day I was hungry and was looking foward to a snack. I don't like being treated like I'm trying to cheat the system. Especially for $15. She kept getting smart with me and NOT ONCE did she apologize for the inconvenience. Out of the 5 people I saw in the kitchen NOT ONE was wearing a hair net and few not even wearing gloves.

The initial employee running the front counter and our birthday party hostess were fantastic and friendly. Unfortunately ALL staff in referee uniforms were unfriendly and disinterested in their jobs. You would show up at their “station” to find them sitting on the ground playing on their phones. When it was obvious that you wanted to use their station (and they would have to work), the disinterest coming from their faces and attitudes couldn’t have been more profound. A great tip for management would be to make these kids leave their phones behind while working. If employees weren’t on the activity floor playing on their phones, all “referee-shirted” employees were hiding in the back kitchen. Absolutely terrible work ethic coming from these kids who evidently feel that a “job” means showing up, counting the clock, and waiting around to collect a paycheck.

Won free tickets on instagram and so glad I did bc this place is A LOT of fun! The staff was really helpful and kind! So much for all ages to do! We’ll def be back! We visited in the early afternoon on a week day so it wasn’t that busy and some of the activities weren’t open but I’d imagine during busier times when everything is up and going it’s even more fun! Update: we went back this passed Friday @330 and there was a sign on the door that is closed at 4 today for a private party. Obviously this is part of their business so totally understandable. I would just highly suggest calling or checking their instagram stories bc I did later see they had posted it on there. They ended up letting all three of my girls play for $22 for what ended up being around 35-40 min. So again they’re so nice there.

BEWARE OF QPON. I received qpons in the mail for $10 off if the $18 fee, but the qpon only takes off $7. At first the supervisor tried to explain that it didnt take into account the cost of the socks, but the socks are a separate charge altogether. She also tried just typing in the code of the qpon instead of scanning the bar code, but qpon still rang up as $7. Finally, she reimbursed me the $3. At first she took it personally, but I explained it wasn't about her, it was about the company's false advertisement to which I believe she understood. I appreciate her working to make things right and my grands did enjoy their time while there. Not sure I'll return.

We decided to try the new big air. Big mistake. The staff was completely disengaged. When my son fell and broke his arm. NOT ONE STAFF member offered to help, call 911 or ask our name as I left. We called to let the know we left his brand new yeti water bottle there 12 hours later only to be told "no one turned it in." I asked them to alert all the staff if it "appeared" there would be a reward and to have the manager call me either way, I've heard nothing. We did not even have anyone ask how our son was doing. We will not be returning to this location ever. My husband sprained his ankle at another location and we received amazing care.

Adult entry was free. We were late so I party started late after being in party area for less than 45 min we were asked to leave. Play areas were Awesome. The only thing we had left to do was sing happy birthday and cut the cake. Play areas were Awesome. So we moved to the dining area to continue our celebration, then we were told that we couldn't use that area for a party either. We just needed to cut the cake and serve it. I have a premium membership at this location and I would say it’s definitely worth it. One it’s always clean or being cleaned. And two I have 2 younger sons that have recently befriended one of the employees on the floor. They enjoy everything on the park but they followed this particular employee around everytime she got switched to a different attraction. I supposed she is new because we’ve only seen her these past two days. Unlike some of the employees she maintains a smile on her face and she’s willing to be engaged with anybody as I seen her talk in Spanish to some kids who didn’t understand English. I would say the customer service at this location is getting better as they are hiring more people with great personalities.

Awful experience with my son. Most things you have to be a certain height to do them other then the trampoline jumping areas the other activities such as the slide and play area were restricted. Not much to offer for kids that are not tall enough but yet too tall for other things. Employees walked around like zombies no sense of customer service at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Urban air is a lot better from our experience. And if your child is solo also would not recommend need others to participate in events in order to have fun.

We had a great party experience for my 7 year old son’s birthday party. Imani was a great party host and was super helpful and attentive to what we needed during our party time. Our party package included enough pizza, drinks and a private room for our total party and my son had a great time! The jump zones were very clean, bright, and well managed with employees as well. I took my 10 year old to Big Air in University. He loves trampoline parks like most 10 year olds. While he was playing he came and told me how nice the workers were. He said they played game of dodgeball with he and some other kids. As I observed I noticed that all the workers were actively working. I didn’t see any of them on there phones like I have at other trampoline parks. I believe this Big Air is fairly new, I applaud them for the positive interactions with the kids.

Our group bought out the entire Big Air University Park for a Friday night. It was hands down the most fun evening we had. The facility easily accommodated our group of 300+, the staff was extremely attentive with the activities, food, and drinks. The manager was the icing on the cake - always checking up, running her staff to the store when ordered fruit/veggie trays ran out, and being a genuinely nice person. We were extremely impressed and so grateful that our group had a memorable night because of the facilities and staff.

Felt like we needed to get more time and you guys were very busy so that was why we couldn't get more time. Great fun on a week night! We went to support our school in a fundraiser. Big Air University City shared profits from sales with our school. Great facility. Clean and plenty to do. This place is hazardous for kids as the power cords are above the floor and the plugs were in use!! I've tripped while watching my kid and while I was there many kids were getting hurt on their toes as it was right on their way... keep an eye on your kids when playing this NINJA obstacle. It's very prone for accidents..especially for kids 5 or below.. this place is new and clean other than this!!

Very clean and fun. Staff were not engaged or involved with the guests. Little kids were deprived from enjoying themselves fully because older/bigger kids were not allowing the lil ones access to sum stations, for instance the older kids would not share the big slide blankets. Staff should demonstrate the different stations to those who don’t understand a particular station. SMILE!

I really appreciated Da’ Ana asking me how my day was going! She was very kind and courteous. She also asked my children if they needed anything. Alex was also VERY engaged with my children, he had a SMILE on his face the entire time. He shouted GREAT customer service! Great place for children with family friendly music!

Editing my review so maybe management rethinks this. There’s 20 people in the general admin line and ZERO people in the party line and the party line attendant refuses to help anyone in the general line. Ridiculous. Like apply 3 seconds of logic and fix the problem. Facility is nice but sometimes business practices make places too annoying to want to visit.

My granddaughter and a friend went with me we all had a great time. It is a great place for children and adults to have quality time as a family. Everyone there were kind and courtesy. Thanks for having an indoor and safe place for people.

It was fun. Down side was the lockers. After putting 6 quarters in each locker to keep our stuff away while having fun. Both lockers didn’t work. Manager came by and said it was nothing they can do because the lockers are from a third party. She recommended to get other 2 and put more money in. I didn’t like that at all. Other than that it was fun.

This place is always clean when I come. I do recommend to come on a Sunday or if you must come on a Saturday, come when it first opens. Today, Da’Ana was nice and pleasant with being personable with us. It was much appreciated.

First time visiting. Place has been open for about 3 weeks. Everything is new and clean. They have staff in every area which is a big plus. They have another indoor trampoline place near by, but if you are looking for more to do and the staff is more involved I would recommend coming to big air.

Rykel was a great court monitor, she was very focused on the kids and their safety she made sure it was her top priority I love her and will be coming back again to see her .

The food was awful. Don't try the pizza it's the worst. The employee at the ninja slide allows some adults to go up with their children and and does not allow others which i dont get... and ofcourse talks in a rude way.... no excuse me nothing its a (you you!) type of situation.....

I loved Peyton's lovely customer service and interaction with the kiddos. Polite anytime I asked her a question. I would most definitely come back for again!

We hosted a birthday party at Big Air and it was super fun. The kids had a lot of fun and the food was good. Our party host D’zyre catered to all our requests and was very sweet. We loved our experience:)

The kids enjoyed the various trampolines, slides and obstacle courses. Clean amenities. The bull ride was a favorite for my 7yr old.

Trampoline park.. very clean.. probably the cleanest one I've been to. Well done. Big space tons of different activities for kids to do.. guaranteed your kiddos will be tired when they're done here! Will definitely be back More

Kinda gets boring after awhile if your 6 and up listen ngl the place is fun but after you do everything at least once u would not want to do them again plus if your 6 and up a whole another area is blocked off from u

I came here and it was a GREAT experience!!! They had alot of people working that was very attentive with the kids! Very safe environment for your kids!!!! Dao is one of the staff, she’s amazing!!!!

Our hostess was awesome Imani (on the side) and Amayia (hostess with the mostress)were awesome! Thanks for getting my children over their fears and making it all great!

Jordan was extremely attentive. He noticed I was having a hard time because of an injury and was all over getting me ice and quick to serve. Bright future for this kid

Best trampoline park around. Fun for adults and kids. We enjoy everytime we’re there. The best part is our little ones (2 and 4) have an area they can safely play in.

We had a great time here for my niece's 4th Birthday. Despite it being super busy, our attendants were very hands on. Even the big kids had fun. So much to do More

We visited for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. The staff was very pleasant, and the food was good. way better than defy gravity.

They’re dirty! They don’t clean and they sit there and play around. My kid got hurt and when I said something Zoe laughed! I will be calling corporate
