I have never had to Kahunas until today. I was grateful because they were the one place but delivered who could break my hundred dollar bill. it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted but I figured I'd get a barbecue chicken sandwich and a side of fries. I asked if I could upgrade them to the mozzarella and bacon fries, to which they said they needed to have me pay for a full order of mozzarella fries. No big deal to me as I love fries. my order came in half the time they said it would be. Mostly because I live right around the corner. I open my sandwich and was kind of disappointed with the lack of sauce. But simply put more on from my barbecue sauce in the fridge. No big deal to me I was just starving. But I was still a little disappointed. Well then I opened up the mozzarella and bacon fries and I must say WHOA. The fries were loaded with mozzarella and bacon you couldn't even see the fries because of the amount of bacon on top of it. I was so impressed with that. As a bacon lover it made me forget completely about the lack of barbecue on my sandwich. I ate as much fries as I could before feeling completely full. Absolutely loved the fries and it was definitely worth paying for the full order. I had not expected the fries to be so loaded and so satisfying but I'm over all impressed of this place. Now I have a full belly and a bunch of fries for later when I get hungry for a snack. Definitely will be having it again!

A FAKE $20.00 BILL..... The driver came back to my door after he went to his car and came back and said, "This is a fake $20.00". or he said, "You gave me a fake $20.00". Can't really remember. But, I was lost. I didn't know what to think at that time. I look at it and could tell it was fake too. So, I gave him a other $20.00. And he went on his way, didn't say anything else. A few minutes later, I call the store to speak to a manger. The owner, that I spoke with, after talking to him, he said I'm the owner, after few minutes later in talking to him. Also, a other thing, the driver, was his son, that deliver, my pizza and 2 Llter. But we went around and around. The last thing he said was, "To go and have a other drunk and he hung up the phone on me. I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL!!! I been sick, for the pass day's. Didn't fell good. Didn't have food in the house. So after all what I went through, didn't even eat the pizza too,(lol,lol) fell back to sleep. Why, I'm giving a one star because of the situation, how the owner, talk to me. My SO and I will order out pizza now and then. We usually get Dominos but decided to try something different. Solid pizza experience. I thought the service was good. The prices seem comparable to other pizza places. My pizza itself was pretty good, not remarkable, but good. I would definitely consider going back. My main critique is that there weren't boxes with some kinda cool logo on it, because I'm a Pulp Fiction fan and that would have been a good social media post (that would have also been free advertising for Big Kahuna. ) Also, just as some friendly advice, owner might want to tone down the responses to reviews. I can imagine that getting negative feedback (that you feel is unwarranted ) would be really stressful but I think the best owners handle it by trying to engage with the customer to find a resolution or offer an explanation. OR... they just ignore the haters! Attacking them personally is going to turn off a lot of potential customers, even if your vitriol was 100% justified.

Hungry for pizza. Was planning to order, but read reviews first. It wasn't the negative reviews that bothered me, but the OWNER'S RESPONSE to them that turned me off. Good business owners take complaints into consideration as a vehicle to improve services and are never dis-respectful back to patrons. No doubt my comment will get a nasty response too but it is written with good intentions. We see what passing the buck and not accepting responsibility does in politics .....do we really need this bad attitude in the pizza business too??? No need to write a nasty comeback to every negative comment! Perhaps some complaints are indeed unwarranted, but no need to take it personal and be disrespectful in return. Feedback can be valuable to improve things. Listen to the comments wisely and view them as constructive criticisism. Then let us customers decide for ourselves. No matter how good your food is........respect goes a long way especially in today's world.

Big kahuna's delivers late and reasonably quick so it became a favorite of mine about a year ago. The past 3 times I have ordered from here, I have had issues. One time it took over an hour to get the other half of our order (which we got charged for) and we didn't even get an apology or explanation. I decided to give them another try and they gave us calzones instead of the sandwiches we ordered, but they weren't bad so we ate them. I gave them another try and this time I ordered a deal which comes with breadsticks and a 2 liter. I didn't get my breadsticks, so I called back to ask for them. I was told they will refund me a couple dollars. I didn't even get the chance to ask if they could just bring them to me before the manager hung up the phone. Very poor customer service. Big Kahuna's went from a recommended favorite to a place that has me writing reviews to warn others.

I ordered the breadstick sampler which states on their online menu that it's 7.99 but it's really 8.99. They said their prices change all the time. So apparently you have to ask if the price on their online menu is correct. I also ordered a personal chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and side salad. Which adds up to around 7.50. So with the breadstick sampler would be 16.50 (with the added dollar) Somehow my bill was 20.75 bc they failed to mention that they add a delivery charge. So not knowing this, we tipped an extra $5 on a tip.. Which btw, the person who delivered also failed to mention. So after it was all said and done we paid $25.75 for around $15.50 worth of food. The pizza and salad was good but their $9 breadsticks were dry and worse than any I've ever had. When I called to complain, the lady that answered was very rude to top it off. I will never order from them again.

The customer service here is horrible!! The woman who answers the phone, the driver told me its probably Christina, is the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. When I first called she seemed ok and told me that the wait was 45 minutes. After an hour I called back to make sure the address was correct, because it is complicated. When I gave it to her she said "we have it correct and yes your food is on the way" then immediately hung up on me. Her voice was condescending and she was rushing like my phone call was a bother to her. I was in the middle of telling her thats not why I was calling, I simply wanted to know if the address was correct. On receiving my food all but the pizza was cold. I will probably never order here again. The food is good enough I would give it another go, but I am not ok with being spoken to like an idiot.

I really wanted to like this place. Sadly the spaghetti sauce tastes like canned hunts with some sugar added. Which that alone is pretty nasty. The chicken for the chicken parm is their “chicken tenders” these are not the chicken tenders posted in the picture on their website. They are flat frozen strips of ultra processed chicken nugget filling. Sadly the pictures shown show real chicken tenders. Probably TMI but I ate this food less than 5 minutes ago and I am writing this review on the toilet with horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I felt completely fine before consuming this food. I live very close but sadly I will not be returning here and I would advise anyone else who does not want to be sick to do the same. I don’t think a health inspection at this time would go over very well for this establishment.

After getting burnt Bread sticks and the wrong food I ordered and treated very badly by both owners who are husband and wife I will never give this place a dime of my money again. I'm ashamed to even call it one of our local businesses in the community. They wanted to only give me a $5 credit when the bread sticks alone were $7.99. They told me they were bringing back the right good but it would take 45 minutes and they never showed up. After returning the next day after working 12 hours I took my sandwich back in the box and in tact and the owners tried to manipulate me and say that it was the right sandwich and that I refused the credit and told them I didn't want the food back the night before. Horrible experience I hope nobody else has to go through.

Pizza tasted like cross contamination on burnt crust. I just ordered for the wings witch where small but they where alright and the bread sticks we should have just ordered plan because for an extra 2 dollars they just sprinkled parmesan cheese on it and called it food. We ordered a Sprite and got coke but that wasn't a big deal because we drink both but he said he would go exchange it at the gas station. Lmao. So we tipped him for the effort to fix someone else's problem. Swear it's been the weirdest experience but probably wouldn't order the same things except the wings if it's to late for anyone else. Still want to try other things though because there food sounds fire but what we got was not. Still have hope though. Lol.

I wouldn't even give this place one start if I didn't have to. I ordered BBQ wings and they brought me buffalo wings. The pizza was cold and the chicken sandwich had no cheese or condiments. I called the manager and he was very disrespectful. He told us to F*** ourselves and that he wasn't giving us a refund or replacing the food. He called me a liar and said that there was no one higher than him that I could speak to at a later time. He told me his name was Tom. We spent $50 on food that we can't even eat. I hope this company is satisfied as this is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I will not be returning EVER & Ill be sure to make sure no one that I know goes there to be treated in such a way.

Really paid $20 for this pizza. The price to quality ratio was absolutely ludicrous. Right from opening the box the pizza was hardly cooked. I was really hoping to like it as it is just down the road but the pizza itself tasted like a cold white castle slider. Food not up to par for more than a gutter rat. You would be better of taking lunchables pizzas and microwaving because then then you have less of a chance of getting food poisoning. I kid you not I had to take off a day of of work to recover mentally and physically. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse... THERE WAS MULTIPLE HAIRS IN IT. Someone there even recommended I go elsewhere before I ordered and I should have listened...what is this creation!!!

There are times in a man's life (2pm or 2am) when he is craving pizza immediately and having ordered Big Kahuna's consecutively almost every night at 2am I have to post about how impressed I am with the friendly employees, quick delivery & how consistently delicious this pizza is every single time. It's hard to ask that much from most businesses these days but Big Kahuna delivers every single time no disappointment but me saying to friends "this is the best pizza I've ever had" and I've been to Italy there's just something about it!!! I'm seriously never going back to any other pizza joint because BK is just legit and I'm a faithful pizza connoisseur and all my experiences have been spot on here.

It truly shocks me that a place that refers to customers with negative reviews as being "impaired" vs trying to correct the issues manages to stay in business. I gave this place a shot because I wanted something else besides HotBox for my late night pizza fix. I called and the man on the phone was extremely rude. Going so far as to hang up on me after I asked how many people a 14" pizza would feed. I thought maybe I just had a bad experience or he had an off night. After reading the reviews about both the food and customer service, I don't think I ever want to try the food. Congratulations on having almost as many 1 stars as you have 5. That is truly impressive.

Salad: 0/5 I should have taken pictures before throwing it out. A container of mostly iceberg lettuce core with a handful of the nasty mozzarella and some pepperoni. I’m not a picky person but this pizza was horrible. They also forgot cutlery and napkins that I added to my order.

Thumbs down for us..... We are here passing through from Chicago. I ordered the appetizer sampler. The worst ever!! There is no way my popper, chicken fingers, & Mozz sticks were fried like their suppose to be. They were soft and squishy. They were definitely heated up in the microwave. And the pizza?! Omg! Gross. Also tasted like leftover pizza They put in the microwave. We ordered from somewhere else and threw away this order. Waste of money. The only thing that was eaten were the chicken wings. Only cuz they tasted like the frozen ones we get from Walmart. And those are my sons favorite. But overall this place was definitely not to our liking.

Im a frequent visitor to this place tonight I ordered my food as usual a little late but still plenty of time for them to cook and clean on a timely frame. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me because I needed to speak up when she asked my phone number I politely asked her if she was having a bad day because her response was extremely rude and unethical considering her work position in customer service. She then proceeded to say “You don’t get to order then” and hung up the phone on me.. this is horrible customer service as well as disrespectful especially to someone who is a regular & is trying to help support your establishment.

We got pizza there because it was open late, we got 2 pizzas and a family order of bread sticks. Bread sticks was OK it came with cheese( that was the best part). 1 of the pizzas was chicken bacon ranch it was OK nothing special. 2nd one was a meat pizza that one was suppose to be a medium. The guy told my husband they was both mediums (12 inch is small) they both was that size. We drove across town to get them. Just to have my husband's be the wrong size and missing his extra topping he paid for. He called they told him OK so your missing something. Didnt even say sorry or we will fix it. So ya we may not get food from them again.

Wouldn't have a passing grade from the health department if they gave a grade that is......Only 1 location for a reason......Horrible customer service skillset by the entire team upto and including the owner; Robert, all seem to lack the competency to even listen to the complaint of a multiple occasion repeat customer....don't waste your hunger on their lack of all around customer service nor their pushing towards subpar food quality...... I am So Thrilled to have found Big Kahuna after over 20 years of thinking it was dead! The even better part was learning their hours work with my work schedule, so I can have fresh hot pizza after I get home from work, late in the wee sma.. My only regret, was driving past this place for nearly a year before I realized they were open late late. Amazing pizza, amazing service, amazing delivery and the pizzas were hot, and as I ordered them. I tell everyone I know that it's always best to support local, because local money stays local. From here on, I'm eating local. Screw you Pizza Hut!

Driver showed up with her kids in car. 3 slices of pizza had no toppings since my pizza was tipped. My appetizer was missing two items or should I say the decided to trade them. For 3 chicken strips I received 3 chicken bites and instead of jalepeno poppers I receive extra mozzarella sticks and didn't bother to call to make sure I wanted to still pay the 8 bucks for it. I called and spoke to a manager who wanted to start getting loud till I called him out on it. First and last time ordering. Pizza was same quality as little cesar could have saved some money.

After having the same order delivered numerous times, and kindly tipping (I even got a Christmas card from one of their delivery drivers...thank you, Angie), I was rudely informed by a gentleman, who says he is the owner, that there is now a minimum amount for deliveries, trying to force me to order more food. I know the customer is not always right but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I wish the best for the rest of the staff of Big Kahuna but I will not be ordering from them anymore. I’ll stick with Ball Park Pizza.

Last night was a first for us ordering from here and we won't order ever again. Im only giving 2 stars because the breadsticks were the only hot and good tasting thing we received! Chicken tenders looked and tasted like they were microwavable lunchable tenders. Disgusting ! And the fries were so soggy and unsalted , flimsy and also looked and tasted microwavable! We ordered for delivery around 1am , thats an hour and half before closing time for weekdays ! No reason we should've gotten the food thats been sitting and needed reheated . big disappointment!!

The only bad experience ive ever had was them forgetting 2 extra cheese cups on my delivery order, but when i called they offered to have the driver bring them out and i declined bc it was almost 3am. They dont open until 4 pm regardless of the website saying 3 and yellowpages saying 3:30. ITS 4:00 PM. I placed a call around 3:45 pm and they returned it around 3:58 P without me having left a VM. The food is aaesome and the staff is friendly enough for the line of work they deal with and the picky ass, idiot customers they have to put up with.

The most MID pizza I have ever had. Crust- MID Sauce- MID Cheese- MID Only upside is they deliver late Me and the homies were having a bonfire for my buddy's birthday and he got super drunk and passed out, glad he didn't wake up to eat this mid pizza. Also took like an hour and a half to get there and it's 15 minutes away, just extremely mid. My advice on if you're in a situation where you need to order late like us? Plan ahead of time and get it delivered at like 9, reheating any pizza will be less mid than ordering from here

My review strictly comes from the response of the owners or representatives of this company!! I wouldn't order anything from you guys you're very disrespectful and someone has an opinion about their food you should apologize and try to please your customer!!!! It's just sad when all accompany wants is your money they don't care about their customers at all!!! They sent pictures they didn't eat the food and then try to get anything for free!!!!!!!! This just a sad display of a company that makes money off the community!!!

This is likely some of the best pizza I've had. The sauce is amazing. Delivery time has always been very reasonable (even during what I would call peak "times/hours/high profile events around town") and the price is affordable. While I order delivery approximately every other week (on average), realistically, there has only been one or two times, over the past year, that the pizza was average. With that said, I am very happy with the service and quality. The employees are fantastic and very positive in my experience.

Based on the owner's responses to reviews here, this is not the type of place I would support with my money. The responses are immature, crude, and totally unprofessional. I highly recommend the owner delete their responses and refrain from such behavior as it does nothing but drive customers away. Also on your website right at the top you have a couple misspellings, "deliever" is misspelled and even "Beech Groove" and "Decater" - that's never a good sign for a business either if they can't spell correctly.

I knew before I walked out the restaurant that I wasn’t going to like this pizza. Like the cheese was barely melted just looked thrown together and the taste was just pure . Place states that they deliver to Greenwood, but wont deliver to Indianiabpolis at county line and Morgantown or county line and 135. That is closer to the place than Greenwood or Franklin. Apparently they don't like to sell pizza. We called back to make sure because Frabklin is 20 minutes more south. The lady said she checked the map and she was sorry but it was way to far to get a pizza here in time.......Franklin is a good 20 miles south of me......we will never buy pizza from a place this incompetent

Placed order for delivery, Stromboli with mushroom gravy, side order of seasoned fries. The Stromboli was not what I expected, but tasty, not the largest portion, however, the serving of fries were generous, & the seasoning had some heat to it. Also ordered a small lil kahuna pizza, it wouldn't remind you of a NYC pizzeria, but a notch up on the mass produced pizzas. The delivery was received within the promised time window. I give the food 3.5 stars & service 5 stars, I would order from them again.

Love the service and the pizza. The hours of operation are excellent as well. The employees friendly and polite. They even carried my pizza out for me and put in my vehicle. The pizza was exceptional and made half meat lovers and half lil kahuna just like I ordered it. You just don't know how hard that has been for me to get from any pizza place recently. So thank you very much Big Kahuna's for doing that for me.

The #5 deal can't be beat price wise, but I ordered the philly and it was disgusting! The meat was so dry and the peppers ate as if they weren't even cooked. With that we got a calzone, two sodas, and breadsticks. The calzone was very tasty, I would order it again. The breadsticks were very greasy and only good if you had quite a few drinks in you. It took about an hour for delivery and the driver was very polite. My impression is this is a that you need drinks to make it enjoyable.

This my first time eating here . What I didn’t like is how they make pizza backwards . Why put the toppings under the cheese !??? The philly cheese steak sandwiches I got . HORRIBLE The little meat they put on the sandwiches look like gyro meat . When they are false advertising saying it’s strlon stips that absolutely not true . Now they’re breadsticks on the other hand are FIRE !!!!!!!!!! With the Cheese !!!!! Next time if I decide to go back I will only be ordering breadsticks!

The only things this place has going for it is that it is open late. You're better off going to little Ceasars and getting a better tasting pizza for a 1/4 of the price. It was the most mid pizza I've ever had. (Edit) If you were in the modern day you would know that mid means lackluster, and if you have to resort to name calling to genuine criticism, that's shows how horrible both your food and service is and it is suprising that you are somehow still open.

Partner and I got this place for the first time tonight and I must say it’s excellent! The delivery was fast and the driver was extremely nice. When first time calling the worker on the phone was extremely nice and very well spoken on the phone. I would honestly order from here again.

Recently visited Indianapolis and stayed at a hotel across the street from this restaurant. We ordered a speciality pizza and a pepperoni pizza, and although it took almost a hour to get to us at the hotel. The pizza was so hot and so fresh! My children loved the pizza so much, and said it was some of the best they ever had. I also agree with the taste, everything was very fresh and the pizza was loaded with cheese and veggies. Would highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would they're customer service was awful. I called to have a pizza delivered and the gentleman on the phone asked me a series of questions and I answered then he proceeded to yell at me because I did not tell him my order as fast as he wanted to. He then insulted me and said "go call another place." I would not recommend to anyone. Also according to their other reviews they're food is trash anyway.

I actually just received my order like literally right now! It was perfect even though the delivery driver Katina I believe her name is kind of got lost.. not her fault.. there are two streets with the same name.. so she called me and we got it together lol! Very nice and pleasant.. such a sweetheart! And idk why everyone has any issues when ordering because I've ordered before and never had a rude interaction with anyone there!

Foods normally pretty good awesome they are open so late..customer service is normally crap done are nice but there is a woman that takes orders who is so rude and short with customers and gets mad if you ask any questions or if your paying with a card like its some major inconvenience for her or extra work to type in a card number ...I have 2 boys so when we order its normally not cheap would just expect better customer service

up till now ive always had fabulous service from big kahunas. Due to them being the only delivery service after 12am, i gave them a call around 2am and asked if they were gonna be open at 230 till my check cleared, they told me sure no problem and to call back at 230 and theyll take care of me. ERR WRONG. called back 5 minutes till, no answer. called multiple times in 5 minutes with no luck. Lets not lie to the customer now.

Trash..was about to order then some guy with female like attitude the four legged kind tells me I should order somewhere else after expressing im ordering from a hotel which is probably one of their biggest money makers…poor customer service, patience,…the only person out of it is the the one reaping the repercussions of a bad review all because u were in a bad mood that was stupid buddy….papa rays was

Girl answering the phone on 12/08 at 3am was EXTREMELY rude. She hung up on me while I was trying to place an order, and snapped at me for even calling. She should be fired, I’ve never been treated like that in my life. This establishment should have prepared for the Ohio/Wisconsin game, and not take it out on their customers when they get stressed. I’ll never order from this place again.

We had some friends over tonight and realized at midnight that we hadn’t planned for food. We’re all southsiders so we know that Big Kahuna’s is open late. They were super busy but our giant order made it to the house at a reasonable time, it was exactly right, and it’s honestly the best pizza any of us have had in a while. Don’t sleep on Kahuni’s when they’re on their game, I guess.

So bomb, I'm so glad I took a chance on this place!! Just driving by, I decided to try it because the name was cute. I was so pleasantly surprised! The sauce is really good. I got a calzone, it was very fresh and so so good!! I'm literally on my way back now to get another, I've been looking forward to it all day It's a lovely little hole-in-the-wall, hidden gem!

Great food and even better service! We were in town for the Big Ten Championship and were done dirty by a different pizza place. We called Bug Kahuna’s and the staff was so polite and even arrived earlier than expected. It’s a family operated restaurant, so you know the food will be excellent. If I ever return to Indy, I will definitely be ordering from here again.

AWFUL! Wings are baked and still come soggy with no sauce on these things. cheese steak was small and on a honey bun. Cheese cake was FROZEN! Prices were not as advertised nor were the portions. The pizza is not that good either, its just way too salty tasting. Strong NEVER AGAIN!

The guy who answered the phone was a bit impatient with me and it took and hour to get here (I live 10 mins away). The girl who delivered was sweet and had a smile on her face tho!

I started reading the reviews. That was pure comedy. I'm a black guy and they never refused me service. There are certain places NOBODY delivers to. But in the many years that I've been ordering, the driver forgot my soda, once, went to the store across the street and came back in 5 minutes. I've never had a problem but then again, I tip my drivers well.

I ordered a large sausage pizza with light sauce and I was pleased with my pizza. Food is hot and fresh this my 2nd ordering a pizza from here. I really enjoy the pizza. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. You will have me as your customer next year also

Big Kahuna. The name says it all. Great deals. Open all night. This restaurant has always done a good job serving me and my family. If you don't like this place, I think you bumped your head. That's why I felt compelled to file the only review I've ever done: for the Muppets trying to give this place a hard time. Go to McDonald's you knuckle-knobs!

Customer service is GREAT! Had everything I ordered for delivery $65 worth. Pizza is good similar to family owned pizza places but nothing special. The buffalo wings are not so good. They came dry and not spicy and not very good. The picture of then is AFTER I added buffalo sauce. Jalepeno poppers are cooked perfectly and they're cream cheese!!

Restaurant in the summer, they tell you the coolers are ok but they are not? When we finally got our appetizers, the chicken was bad. My husband paid for our food and we just got up and walked out. Would never recommend this place. I didn't even want to give it a star

The calzone was kind of thin in my opinion but it was decent for the price. The chicken Philly has a generous serving size but the chicken was dry. Also I would advise having hot pizza sauce for the bread sticks. Overall it was ok I'll be back to try something new

My church Miracle Temple Church of Faith took a group of our youth to Big Kahuna's and we had 3 huge pizza's that took up the space of the whole table. I've never seen a pizza so huge. We had to go to them because the boxes would have never fit through our doors. The staff was super nice and polite. We left the establishment around 11pm.

I order at 755 food goy here at 825, good time but the food........ the sampler was something you could buy at McDonald's.. just awful, the pizza I could have bought the cheapest pizza out of a grocery store and it would have tasted better than this. In all I will never call this place again. It will be one of the big chain pizza places.

So our goto pizza has been Aunt Polly's, but we just found a replacement. Their Blowout #4 was WAY more than we needed, and the $$ for quality was top notch. It was delivered within the quoted window, hot and delicious. This will be our NEW goto pizza place.

My food took an hour and a half to get here (i was quoted 30-40 mins) and the food was terrible everything looked liked it had been thrown around and my chicken was not done my fries were soggy and i didnt even get the salad i ordered! I got the ranch but no salad. Never order from here unless you want to be disappointed disgusting

Staff was quick and friendly. I suggest upgrading the crust, adding more toppings per order and placing the meat on top of the cheese for a better pizza. Just an opinion from my experience. I travel alot and pizza is my favorite food. I would not eat it again because of the taste and amount of toppings. It was a clean place.

Good pie, friendly woman in the kitchen chatting with me a bit through the window. The sauce was a bit sweeter than I prefer but you get that when you have a place like this that uses the same sauce on multiple menu items. Bread sticks were great!

Service is great but the food is horrible. First time ordering and never again. This is more like frozen pizza gas station wings and mozz sticks were mushy. Not a fan at all. The sausage is like frozen crumbled sausage out of a bag precooked. Not fresh at all. for 30 bucks I could of made it better myself.

The taste of the sauce and toppings are good. They really need to leave the pizza in the oven longer it's not crisp on bottom and still very doughy. Bread sticks are very plain no flavor. First and probably the last time I eat here.

Fast, friendly service, but I see I should have had a sandwich or a pizza instead of the pasta. The sauce killed it. Period. Too sweet. The garlic bread was delicious, but had almost no butter and no garlic on it at all. They just lightly coated the *outside* with garlic butter, not the inside. Won't do again.

Pizza was awful, worst I have ever experienced. Tasted like spaghettio's and cheese bread was basically a hogie bun warmed with some cheese on top. We literally waited up for an hour untill after 3am to eat because of extreme hunger and didnt finish 3 pieces between three grown adults. Dont order it.

Food is great! However..... service not so much. It took me almost 15 minutes to order wings and a pizza because I kept getting put on hold, it took over an hour and a half to deliver after being told 35-50 minutes, and the order was wrong, NEVER got my 2 liter. Decent food, with HORRIBLE SERVICE

well as a person who has known both the owners for years and worked there multiple times #1 they are not a dirty pizza place #2 neither of the owners are rude and are more then happy to replace and order if it wasnt to your liking #3 there one of the only places that do everything from scratch

The service is wonderful they really take care of you. The pizza is good, very saucy which is wonderful. I just loved how they took care of us like family they made sure my experience was great. The dine in experience is so comfortable it feels like you never left home .

I ate here three times. Ordered spaghetti and the noodles were soggy. The sauce had nod flavor. I ordered pizza and the dough was soggy two times. The inside decor definitely needs updating.

Just ordered the calzone with extra cheese. Not even close. Called to let them know that it barely had any cheese. The woman wasn't even concerned. No care attitude and offered a dollar credit. Unacceptable. We paid for a meal and expected it to be made correctly.

Go to the store and get a box pizza, now they do have ok specialty pizza Philly steak and cheese and chicken pizza other than that go to the store get ingredients and make your own at home you would be better off

Being 2 minutes from my house, I've had this place a few times. The pizza and breadsticks are pretty good. Very reasonably priced, as well. The cheese sticks on the other hand just taste like something out of a bag from walmart. Other than that, great pizza.

If I could've ,I wouldn't even give it a half a star. Places overpriced undercooked..

Ordered two 7 inch pizzas which ended up being the size of my hand and when I ordered 3 2liters, I got two of them and was told they would send the third one out. Never did. Plus pizza was soggy and gross. Cinna sticks were good. Pop was very warm

I was not happy with the chicken strips and fries I ordered the chicken was nothing like what it looked like on the pitchers and the fries were cold it tasted like the chicken was frozen and just reheated. I will not order that ever again …

Love the Stromboli with mushrooms and gravy. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Unfortunately I've moved further away but my wife makes sure I get it for my birthday. Less than two weeks and I'll get this heavenly sandwich again.

We've eaten big kahuna's since I was able to eat tablefood, and it is my favorite delivery option for fast food!! The best pepperoni breadsticks and the best steak & cheese hoagies! Try the ham and cheese with thousand island ! Yummm!!!
