Great service from Big Yellow Storage Croydon and West Norwood. I had an initial check in with Daniel at Croydon who was very friendly and took the time to help fill out all the paper-work. Unfortunately when I came to move in out-of-hours, I had an issue and couldn't move in as expected to my storage unit. The following day, Paula at Big Yellow Croydon was extremely sympathetic and listened to the issue that I'd had when moving in. Paula explained how she could help and contacted West Norwood on my behalf. When moving into the storage unit at West Norwood, I was helped by Gemma who was fantastic. She swiftly took me through the process and took the time and care to help me. I found everyone working at both sites friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful and they enjoyed working for the company. I was super impressed by the ethos of the company being lived by the people who work there. I cannot fault Big Yellow Storage and they are my number one storage company.

We recently moved from Manchester to Croydon and to say it wasn’t stressful would be a lie. We arrived around 4pm and called Big yellow about our unit at 4:27pm. Unfortunately we were unaware at the time that the last move in time was 4:30pm. So we rushed over as we had 3 full Luton vans needing to store our stuff. We were panicking as we may have been left with no where to store our stuff after the move. Luckily Mark who worked there managed to get us in and access to our unit every know we arrived slightly late than hoped. He saved us tremendous amount of stress and couldn’t thank Mark enough for being so accommodating. Had everything moved in a few hours later and the move was done. Great storage unit and fantastic customer service!

GREAT STORAGE & GREAT SERVICE with a smile, and a cuppa if you're lucky :) It was my first time ever getting storage anywhere outside my house, so the guys at BYSS, Thornton Road (Croydon) - Netta, Ata, Shane & Ryan - really welcomed me in and broke down some viable options to the kind of storage I needed. A super smooth process indeed, and would highly recommend it to any1 needing some space, simply to store stuff (big/small) for a duration of time, at some pretty competitive rates. As for customer service, felt pretty much at home with these guys, maybe it's just me, I just value people over machines I guess, that connection with a physical person who goes above n beyond to get you sorted whatever the case...which these guys did :)

I am really happy that I chose this unit. I was looking for a good size storage unit to hold all my stuff in from my move. I had an idea but I was unsure of the size that I needed. I received amazing customer service by both Paula and Charlene. From the first phone call to the actual visit the team is super welcoming. I received excellent advice on what size of unit would suit my needs. I got everything shown and explained. They ladies really took they time to ensure everything was clear and straightforward. Which made my move into my unit, on the actual day so much easier. The place itself is really clean, safe and bright which is important when moving your entire life into a unit. I can only recommend using they services.

I always liked Big Yellow for its spacious layout, cleanliness and professional staff. But the owners have become rapacious as I have experienced large rent increases over the past 2 years and the 'free' after-hours access I received initially as a deal-sweetener was inexplicably canceled without notice after 18 months. Had this not occurred I would have probably kept the space indefinitely. But like so many UK firms - Virgin I'm thinking of you - customer loyalty is penalized at Big Yellow. I'm moving out as soon as I can make sufficient space!

Went there to see if the storage space was suitable for us to use, was greeted by two lovely ladies one by the name of Paula other didn't catch her name unfortunately, they made us feel completely at ease showed us the unit, thoroughly explained the process and went through qoute and walked out of the place satisfied give these guys a try they have brilliant staff working there very friendly.
