Few month ago I was needed a storage and I’ve been shurching for a while to find a good one. I chose Big Yellow in North Finchley because they price and offers was way the best on the market.I was a bit worry beacause I didn’t had any experience.But when I’ve got into the store I felt a warm welcoming as Abdul was so kind and helpful and patient and he was explain to me everything and actually a whole team just so lovely and they are working hard!So deffinately Highly recommend!Thank you all so so much for everyting you’ve done for me!

Called me up twice to confirm my reservation and booking. I checked in online and spent 2 hours filling up multiple cars just to turn up at the storage unit and get my booking cancelled. Reason? I have already stored with the company at a different location. Such a stupid excuse, with no attempt made to rectify the situation and no help offered for my items which needed a place to store. Had to find a last minute unit elsewhere for the time being. Would not consider or recommend north finchley to anyone.

Tony & Joe are amazing, I recently fell very ill and could not look after business issues, both Tony & Joe went above and beyond to assist, I cannot thank them enough! You're not a number or just another customer, they make you feel like much more! IF only all businesses would do the same, they have my loyalty and if I can recommend to my connections I won't hesitate in a second! Thank you again, excellent service, great rates, brilliant people, a credit to the brand!

Abdul and Antoinette were extremely helpful; polite, patient and they gave full disclosure. The facility was easy to find, well lit and well organised. The storage space was clean and as described on the website. I would have preferred swiping a keycard for access rather than entering a code. The service is a bit more expensive than some others, even with the promotion, but I'm happy I used Big Yellow Self Storage Finchley. Keep up the good work!

Great check in done by Christian - friendly and efficient. It was very busy when it came to dropping off the items I had to store. There seemed to be a fair bit of business use happening so there weren't any large trolleys available and we had to make quite a few journeys using small ones. Also, long waits at the lifts because it was so busy. But the facilities seem great and access is really easy and secure.

I used their services to move all off my stuff in-between house tenancies, and I was really happy with the service. The whole experience was brilliant; staff are super helpful and friendly. The online "check in" makes the process much smoother and quicker. 10/10 would definitely recommend! A special Thank you to Abdul who helped us on stage moving day with a great sense of humour and professionalism!

I popped in for a quote on storage for a couple of months. Flippin 'Eck! It's bloody expensive to rent a small metal storage room, or at least I think it is. The gentleman who I spoke to was very courteous and helpful and showed me the storage room to help me. I'll more than likely rent a locker for 8 weeks at a discount rate then move out to a nearby facility and take another discounted offer.

This storage ( big yellow North Finchley, High Road) it’s just the best storage available in UK! Not just because the space available and the facility, but especially for they work team! They go way and beyond to help you! I am with Big Yellow for more than 20 years and they just get better!! One of they team members, Abdul is just an angel living on earth!! Thanks darling!

As a business customer, I find the staff very professional, pleasant and always helpful. The building is well maintained and the environment is a nice one to work in, unlike other storage facilities which can be a bit dull and dire... Most importantly, security is second to none with individual alarms on each unit and entry keypads. Overall well worth what I pay!

We had a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was explained clearly, we were shown our storage box before making the payment. Big Yellow Self Storage facility is one of the really sought after when it comes to storing your personal belongings for a longer duration and the service offered to me attests the same! Both Ashley and Farid explained the check-in process clearly and the rates offered by them are exceptionally competitive.

Really good experience, couldn't have asked for anything more. The whole place was clean, well-lit with plenty of space to manoeuvre the trolleys. Abdul on reception was brilliant - so helpful and friendly. He explained the whole process to us clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Christian was extremely helpful and was very charming and we were both very impressed with him. He took us up to the 3rd floor and stayed with us for a while explaining how to get everything up into the area! In all the whole experience went very smoothly. I hope we see Christian again .

Very helpful staff. Abdul explained everything clearly, patiently going through all my queries. On check-in morning Abdul ensured the process went efficiently and calmly. Much appreciated as preparing for moving home is a stressful business.

Excellent service. Abdul has been very helpful and accommodating, offering solutions and being flexible. The comms is clear, precise, the prices are competitive and there’s a bus stop right outside the facility. I deffo recommend it.

Very lazy staff, unreachable on the phone, very shady people , the whole process of making seems very off. They asked me unnecessary things about my card details which wasn’t even needed. Didn’t really like it. Never again.

Really impressed having spoken to 3 different members if staff while storing there aand setting it up. All were polite, friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions and talk you through the process.

Great storage facility, with brilliant staff. We were served by Ishmael who was professional and efficient. Our question were thoroughly answered and comprehensive instructions for use were given.

Yesterday I decided to move my belongings last minute to which I was met with Abdul who had outstanding patience. He was extremely helpful and happy to help. Highly recommend!

Do you guys Maintain Anything?! Most of these elevator Buttons have been broken for months and I'm exasperated having to push a button on the far corners to make contact.
