This is a wonderfully convenient facility with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. I was assisted at reception by lloyd and Kurt. I was asked what I need and taken upstairs to view the storage unit to make sure it was right for my needs before any money was paid. All the codes and how to get in and out of the facilities where demostrated to me in person by lloyd and all the terms of my insurance in the extremely unlike event that my property was comprised. All in all I would recommend this companies service to anyone. Thank you

I have been using Big Yellow for over a year and it has been amazing. The service is efficient and customer service goes an extra mile. I have to point out one of their employees in Houwslow who has helped me a great deal in finding a solution for an issue I had. He has been fantastic and went an extra mile. I highly recommend Big Yellow Self Storage in Hounslow. I arrived completely knackered after spending the whole day packing and cleaning the flat. It was a lady called Katie, who was absolutely brilliant, useful, careful and extremely helpful who helped me to decide the space I needed it according to the amount of items I was bringing. She was more than happy to show my all the options and help me to find the best price for me requirements. Definitely highly recommended!

The customer service here sucks. They try to oversell you their products. I brought in my own pad lock and they said its very small ( even thought a decent size lock) and I need to buy their lock for $20+ which is a total rip off. After much argument, the guy agreed to accept my pad lock. When I checked the storage room, the door lock/handle is so weak that using any kind of pad lock (big or small) doesn't make any difference.

Unfortunately had to use these guys due to a bereavement in the family however these guys have been amazing since the start have always been super helpful and friendly, I’ve never used storage centres before so not really clued you on the price but they give you a certain amount of time at half price. It’s great if you need storage quickly. Very helpful staff and cannot fault them at all!

Kate, the manager, at Hounslow ' Big Yellow Storage' has been incredibly kind and helpful during a very stressful move and storage situation. Understanding of the different situation and constrictions placed, she did everything to help and accommodate my changing needs. In a calm, professional and extremely friendly manner, Kate and the team here were on hand to help. Highly recommend.

Awful experience with the attendant at the store. Inflexible, rude, unprofessional and I wish I had a Storageking store around. I wouldn't recommend this store at all. The very flexible customer care team promised some flexibility on rates, but the store guy behaved like he was doing a favour. I regret my decision for checking in to this store.

Excellent service. Ricky & Lloyd gave their very best to helped me out including choosing the perfect storage unit, explaining other services, helping with packaging materials etc. The facility is highly secured and I believe my staff gona be safe from any kind of external risks. This is my first time using self storage in UK, and it's a great experence. Location OK, enviornement is clean and tidy, staffs are professional and helpful, especially Ricky and Kate, they help me a lot during the period I was using. If I need self storage near Hounslow again I would definitely consider here first.

Reception staff were kind and helpful but the check-in process was indeed lengthy especially it seemed that someone else had taken the locker that was allocated to me. Also, personallly, I had the feeling that WHICHEVER padlock I bought from the outside would not go and therefore that £14 was unavoidable.

Great service today by Ricky He was really helpful, told me everything i needed to know and help me with online questions regards to what things i will be moving in. He showed me different rooms to what will suit me better to Would definitely recommend yellow box if your moving homes or just need storage

Great service from Josh and Katie, always very helpful, informative and friendly. The after hours access is also flexible should you need it as a one off or for the month which works great for a uncertain schedule. Good prices and great access for Heathrow and the tube. Highly recommend

The guys in here are brilliant. So kind and helpful. I was the lady with grey hair in a pink, orange and white jumper around 11am. I bought a multi pack of boxes costing £40. (Sorry Guys, I asked your names and promptly forgot them but you know who you are!)

Very easy access on site,not too many parking spaces,no room for large HGV,a class 2 HGV can be reversed in there but will block pretty much everything,parking for HGV on the street on loading bays.

Beware of the attitude of the Staff in this store who are so rude and unhelpful especially the female called “KATE” I would never use them again.

Staff very helpful and courteous, all forms and charges explained. Best price for a 100sq ft unit by at least a third. All in all very pleased.
