We had our goods stored here since July 2021, only recently that we finally closed it and moved the items. We had two units, one was under my friends name but we were using it and paying the bills. The storage unit was good but very dusty as our items were covered in some form of fluff and dust. Some staff were not friendly at all. They think they are very important people to be nice to their customers, lack human skills. Having said that, some staff members were very accommodating, and when we ran out of space for my friends storage, they were very accommodating to help us open a new account to allow extra space. The customer toilet is disgraceful. They only have one that they call a unisex toilet, and its disgusting! One can't unsee that once you see this toilet. Makes one question if that's how they maintain their hygiene at home.

I have been a customer of Big Yellow Merton of almost 1 and a quarter years, and I've been quite satisfied with them so far. The staff have been highly professional, courteous and efficient, no matter if it comes to routine errands or changing rooms/contracts. The rooms(I first used a 30sqft then 25 sqft storage place) are reasonably priced and quite clean, and you can access them afterhours(6-11pm) for entire months at a minimal extra charge. The storage place itself is situated quite close to both the Morden Road tram stop and a bus stop served by the 24hr Route 93 bus atop having its own spacious carpark for customer with trucks or other vehicles. Overall, a great storage place that has very dependable staff, facilities & logistics that I'm glad to continue to be a customer of!

Made initial booking based on first-timer estimate of amount of stuff. Then panicked, and upgraded to the next size of unit. Helpful staff member called to say he thought my inventory suggested i had been right with the first booking - but no problem. If I turned out to have more items, they would show me both units on the day, and I could decide then. No sales push - the opposite in fact! Just good customer service. Easy online check-in and friendly and swift on-the-day check-in. With real people, who had a sense of humour! Trolleys available, and a robust PIN operated lift system. Easy to find, good parking. Thoroughly recommend this branch. If others are the same, they are on to a winner.

I highly recommend using Big Yellow Merton. All of the staff we dealt with here (Nick, Carlos & Keith) were incredibly helpful and took the stress out of the experience for us. They were really knowledgable and I never felt like there would be any hidden charges or surprises. The rate we got on the unit was very competitive and the security at the unit is excellent. It was reassuring knowing all of our things were secure and if we needed anything the staff would be there to help us. I would definitely use this storage facility in the future.

I was down-sizing my storage space and was helped above and beyond by a member of staff (Keith) - I have a heavy washer/dryer and he helped me move it from my old/large space to another much smaller one. Medically, I’m not supposed to lift anything heavy and so I more than appreciated the offer of help. Plus now I’m saving so much money each month, which I was able to sort out smoothly and easily on the same day! This is my second time using Big Yellow and I’m very impressed (again)!! Thanks!

The staff (Hasti & Carlos) were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Reasonably quick check in and the storage room is at the standard expected. Unfortunately the representative (Jeremiah) forgot to ask if we already had storage contents insurance and added it to our DD payments. I found that to be underhanded and now have to make a trip to go back in to resign the contract.

Always a fantastic customer service from all the staff at Big Yellow Merton especially the manager Nick. Well equipped with trolleys, pump trucks, and even a forklift together with a spacious facility big enough to load and unload anything from a small car to vans all the way to big lorries.

Excellent customer service from Raheem and his lovely team. The facility is clean and well maintained. As a business customer only thing I would say is that they get some free Wifi in the building but other than that will definitely highly recommend.
