Very impressed all round; great price, great product, great communication, friendly and helpful welcome. The units are clean, secure and accessible with lifts and loads of trolleys always available. Update - November 2023 We recently needed to upgrade our storage. This was incredibly quick and easy to do thanks to excellent customer service from Paul. He listened carefully to our needs and suggested a really cost effective solution. Thanks Paul. Still highly recommended!

We used yellow box years ago and didn't hesitate in taking another unit when we needed storage facilities again. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful. They are happy to go over everything with you. Antony was really great in making sure I had a suitable unit and saw me through the process. The half price deal for 8 weeks is a great saving, especially if you only want a few months storage. The online check in makes it so easy on the day too.

Very thoughtful and generous staff (Amanda and Anthony) who were hugely compassionate and patient with us following my father's death. Grateful for the time they gave us to get his affairs in order before clearing his locker.
