DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY. Seriously. We spent so much money just to be made feel horrible. On October 19, 2023, we had booked a full-day Cheow Lan Lake with Cave Tour. After a late-night stomach issue, we emailed the night before informing them of this to see if it was possible to cancel or reschedule. No one responded so we sucked it up the next morning and still showed up on time. Our driver Joyly was immediately unfriendly and accusatory, claiming that we had inconvenienced him. Feel guilty initially, we apologized profusely. However, what ensued was a 20-minute confrontation in our hotel lobby, marked by continuous scolding and sneering. The driver's behavior went beyond being unpleasant; it became disrespectful and gender-biased. He seemed to dismiss my presence entirely, directing his attention solely towards my boyfriend and even saying “PUT HER AWAY”. The experience was so distressing that it brought me to tears and I’ll never forget the way he smiled in response. Very impressive tour with a very good host, Lucky, who was both entertaining and full of knowledge We did the Damnoen Saduk Floating Market, and the Maeklong Railway Market, both very interesting and quite an experience. Up early and collected in Bangkok, we took a small mini bus, a group of about 10, and the journey was about one hour and a half...... both ways Arrived at a small station where we got on the train that leads to Maeklong. From there we got to see how the train goes through the market and how quick the sellers react. From here we went to the floating market, and we were straight onto a boat going down the river......past all the sellers and their wares..... Both trips were very good and well worth doing......and best of all the tour organized was very affordable, from memory it was between 30 to 50 dollars, great price for a days adventure. Recommended.

I did the Railway market and Floating market tour and my experience was amazing. I heard tons of stories about tourists getting scammed by travelling with tuktuk or taxis to get to the markets, so if you want to visit the markets this tour company is a perfect way to do it and you are taken care of the entire time. The guide is friendly and I learnt lots about Thailand. You take the train into the markets, walk the track, then eat at the floating market, and take the boat around the canals. Great tour. the only thing is everything happens a bit quick. You aren’t at the railway market with enough time to explore it all. But definitely enough time to experience it.

We did the trip Bangkok: Damnoen Saduak market and Mae Klong market. Not local at all but very turistic attraction. I would only recommend to do the Mae Klong market If you would like to do one but it is far from banghok and it takes up all of one morning. About the company, we only have good words. We forgot our cell phone in the van post excursion and they managed to contact the hotel and bring it back to us at 0 cost. About the guide, I suppose it depends on whoever you got on the trip but in our case she was more of a companion/entertainer (very nice but she didn't share any historical milestones or curiosity about any of the visits)

Great day out! We were picked up from our hotel on time (06:30) by Tum Tum, our very friendly and helpful guide. We first drove to Maeklong Railway Market and experienced the train coming through the streets which the kids loved. The Coconut Sugar House was next which was really interesting and we got to sample the process in all stages. The highlight was definitely the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market where we were also able to have lunch. Tum Tum guided us the whole way and she was very knowledgeable. Got back to Bangkok at 13:30.

I did the half day Maeklong Station & Floating Market tour. Online booking was easy and done only a few days prior. The host was very friendly and informational. Not only we went to the train station, we also went to experience the train ride for about half an hour. He looked after us and warned us w scams and told us what is good price for some of the souvenirs. As a single traveller at the time, i was fortunate to meet new friends from the tour group. Price was reasonable & highly recommended

Our guide Kay was awesome. We had a really short stay in Bangkok. We spend with her 8 hours and it was great. We saw all the highlights of the city. Before leaving the hotel we spoke about our needs and expectations with this short time span. We used public transportation which was fast and Kay took care of everything. We didn’t waste any minute and we saw a lot thanks to her. We highly recommend Kay as a really well organized and qualified tour guide.

We took the train market and floating market day tour, it was great, the van picked us up from the hotel, it was nice and had good AC. From there we went to train station to take train to train market, we manages to see also see salt farm. we saw the train leave through the market then took to minivan again to the floating market. All very well organized. And our guide Tania , was great, explained well everything.

Have just come back from the full day Bridge on the River Kwai tour - brilliant. The whole day was full: Cemetary, Museum, Bridge, Train ride, Caves, Viaduct and lunch. Our guide was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions about any aspect of the tour. The only thing I would suggest is maybe start earlier so we can have more time at the cemetery and the museum to really take it all in.

We have done 2 tours with this company. They are helpful, friendly and tours are planned and well worth the price. You get a lot of different experiences going tru the tour. 1 tour was temples in the city, another tour was train market and floating market. Recommend and if we had more time I would happily do another tour with them

The markets both had tons of charm, a true must do when visiting Thailand. The van had no shocks and was extremely uncomfortable the entire ride. The amounts of time given for shopping and a meal was not enough. Felt like a day of driving with a short stop rushing through the markets. In short go, but take your own taxi.

We booked the Canal tour by long-tail boat via go city pass. It’s a two-hour long canal trip on a long tail boat, which allowed you to view Bangkok from various angles. We did enjoy our trip a lot thanks to our guide “O”. She told us a lot about Thailand culture and history. We strongly recommend this tour!

We booked a tour in Andaman and the driver was belligerent and rude to my girlfriend. When asked who he was so we could contact the company he threatened to call the police on us and refused to speak to my girlfriend or look her in the eye, telling me to control her.

The Ayutthaya tour was extremely worth it. Our guide, Sam, was knowledgeable, well-spoken and entertaining. Learned a lot about Thailand's history, saw some impressive monuments and had lunch in a local restaurant, all for a really cheap price. Amazing experience.

Had an awesome tour with our guide last night. His english was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. The tuk tuk drivers he organised were very professional and safe (we had kids with us). Very easy to recommend a great way to start your Bangkok adventure!

We did 2 tours with Big Country. The 1st to Damnoen Saduak market and train journey on the Maeklong railway was just ok. Not enough time at the markets. The 2nd tour to Ayutthaya was a good tour. Our guide Bobo was very good.
