Have stayed here more than once and wouldn’t consider staying any where else. It has all you need. Friendly knowledgeable hosts Jeff and Soe Soe who treat you like one of there extended family. It is supper clean. The food is fantastic. Home baked breads for breakfast and If you don't fancy going out you can have a home cooked Pizza and if your lucky and they are cooking roast chicken that is well recommended too. I can also recommend the Friday night bike ride round Yangon. Great fun and for all levels, thats if your not tempted to do one of the bike world tours. If your looking at somewhere to stay for a long period of time while in Yangon I highly recommend it too as its location is perfectly safe to get around day and night. I suggest you contact them to see whats on before you book so not to miss out on any of the events they might be doing like the Myanmar triathlon. Have A Great Stay!

Great stay! Jeff, Soe Soe and the team made my wife and I feel super welcome and at home. They were very helpful answering lots of questions we had, as they are very knowledgeable about Myanmar. The room was super clean, with good air conditioning, wifi and a decent shower head. The room also had a safe and a fridge. Every morning breakfast was so good, freshly made and super tasty. We also had dinner there a couple of nights, everything they made tasted awesome! Especially their pizzas, which are 100% GREAT after a Sunday bike ride. I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone! We look forward to staying here again :)

This is not a top class hotel, nor has it spectacular views, but if it is service and friendly staff, and dogs, you are looking for this is the place, specially if you come here for cycling. Jeff, runs a bike shop and rides at any opportunity, officially on Friday evenings and Sundays, but apart from renting bikes, I am sure he will be only too happy to organise trips for any other day. Su Su his wife, will make you smile even after a most grueling day out.

Great bike shop! I stopped here today to get my derailleur fixed (the cable broke on the tension point where it's fixed on the frame) and the mechanics were great! They tightened everything at the same time. Jeff the owner is a very friendly Aussie who's been living here for 20 odd years and he's full of advice if you're touring Myanmar. This shop is just the perfect place you're looking for if you need your bike fixed. I highly recommend!

The only bike shop in Yangon with this quality of gear. Service can be spotty. Sometimes it's great, other times they don't find and remove the staple that gave the flat tire in the first place. Most modifications are done with an inventive and handy-man-esque flare. The staff is friendly and I have developed a nice relationship with them. This is where the police and bike tour groups get their service done.

We went there to get a pizza (which is legendary in Yangon) and to look at bikes. While I was skeptical in the beginning, I was super impressed by the quality and the friendliness of the staff. This is an amazing place. I still vividly remember our visit with truly outstanding people and a attentive service. We are looking forward to come back.

Good bikes, good prices, good people. They sell quality Trek mountain bikes and will customize them. Honest dealers. The only place I know of in Myanmar to get quality bikes at reasonable prices. When coming for the first time, make sure you don't get taken to the guest house, that's a different location.

Fantastic mechanics - my Surly Disc Trucker was like new after they'd finished working on it. Jeff, who runs the shop, also has fantastic stories about almost every cycle tourist who has passed through Myanmar. Worth a special trip to Yangon for if you're passing nearby.

We had an accident and the back wheel was, from my perspective, damage to the point of replacement. Luckily for us, we were in Pago and on our way to Yangon. We found this shop and they were able to fix the wheel in no time! Very professional and friendly.

Perfect hotel - the rooms are clean and well done, the food is delicious, and the owners and staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Can't wait to stay here again. Needless to say, it's an especially great place for cyclists to stay.
