Unfortunately I had a bike destroyed in an accident, luckily I wasn't. Bike was visibly bent in the frame.. swing arm quite damaged.. forks mashed around in the triples.. she was toast and it didn't take a genius to figure that out (ask me how I know) The real story begins when I booked the bike in for assessment (insurance) I chose use these jokers because I was promised a couple day turn around on the assessment, which was not unreasonable as the bike was quite clearly.. done for. Imagine my annoyance when months go by, I am denied use of my only mode of transportation after being informed the bike "only needs new pegs and it will be fine to ride" remember, the frame and swing arm were both visibly bent. I spent months chasing Adam (owner, or manager.. but wholly useless) and frankly it was all too hard for him.. he ended up using the excuse "that staff member no longer works for us" and when I gave an "ahhh" of understanding he said "not for that reason" so he clearly doesn't mind incompetent staff telling customers to ride destroyed bikes and also doesn't mind them lying to you and then refusing to honor the promises made.. Parts are cheaper from Mainland online suppliers. Oh and yes, the bike was written off 3 months after the accident.. Don't use these blokes if time is any kind of factor or competence something that concerns you.

The best bike shop in southern Tasmania probably Tasmania they treat me like royalty, fixed my KTM even though they are not the dealer. All the staff go the extra mile, they stock lots of parts accessories and apparel. The mechanical service is above and beyond and can be relied upon. My friend had his KX 250 in for service, totally incompetent engineer who must of worked on the bike. 1: To be told that the motor was low in compression but after doing my own check compression is with in spec. 2: After checking valve clearance found that exhaust valve clearance was not in spec, was extremely tight .10 when should be .17 - .22, What a joke for a job that was payed for in good faith how do you call yourself a professional when you can't even shim a valve, Not rocket science

Did a walk around bike with worker before leaving it. Came back with extra scratches, denied it. Now my clutch cable (hopefully just that) is stiff and not adjusted to my settings I previously had. The new idiot at the desk will always under quote. I thought the mechanic was decent, but it seems since he changed location to bikeworks his head has disappeared up his own arse. Never going back.

Called in with a shredded rear tyre. Stated that I was heading to the ferry tonight via the west coast and they squeezed me in with a brand new set of Michelin Pilot Powers. Everyone else I called and visited were no where near as accommodating. Suffice to say they now have a permanent customer each time I visit Tasmania with my dozen riding friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not a terrible experience! The range is really good and the store is a really nice nice! Unfortunately the staff weren’t the nicest and found it slightly intimidating being someone who’s just gotten into it and still learning things! That’s not going to stop me from coming back but just something I noticed when I was there!

I've had excellent service from these guys for years now. I recently took back a product I had a problem with a month after purchase. They arranged refund from the manufacturer straight away and removed product from the shelf immediately pending visit from the products distributor. Couldn’t be happier with the response.

The team here are great. Spares and workshop guys are knowledgeable and helpful. The only down side I have experienced was parking, it's a busy road and if you have a trailer on your best bet is to pull into the servo next door, unload and walk the bike around. Other than that, great guys to deal with.

I had traction control error codes going off on my zx14r, I am not local and travelling from Sydney, I didn’t have booking and cold turned up, they knew what they where talking about, knowledgeable no bs and cleared codes as was historically error code, not a current fault. If I was local would go back

Ordered a spacer for the back wheel last Monday a week ago still havnt come in they told me Thursday Friday with has already gone Orders one 2 days ago from Mxstore come today Better to just do your stuff online then buying because your getting charged extra Will be telling them not to worry about it

Purchased two mirrors for my moped last year. They didn't last one year. Other than be coming loose constantly, they also rusted easily. One broke off a month ago and the other today. The service agent seemed a bit clueless as well. Doubt I will go back.

With friendly and professional staff, I've always been happy to deal with Bikeworks. Recently, some mongrels tried to steal my bike and rooted the ignition barrel. There followed a seven week nightmare, as Suzuki no longer stocks the part

The staff are friendly and either have what your after or will get it in, warranty was a breeze back when I needed some boots replaced due to a defect. Never had an issue with any of my bikes over the years being serviced by them.

Because I work in the area I put my late model Bonneville in for a scheduled service; easy, right? They managed to get brake fluid from my handlebars absolutely everywhere, and now I have paint peeling off all over the front end.
