I wanted to give second chance to the woman that works there but there's no point. First time I was looking for magnesium 400 mg without any other component. She didn't bother understanding what I wanted, just pushing me to buy the products labeled "magnesium" I know how to read, thank you! Now I wanted eye drops: very disinterested pointed at where they are. I picked the one appealed to me and she says "no, that will not be scanned by the system, take another brand". She did try to scan and apparently was not showing. I left. I will not purchase something I don't want. Customer service is beyond disgusting. Its a pharmacy, know your products or simply don't push to buy. It's a shame they changed the guy who was working there when they just opened, at least was kind. You should train the staff better or remove that person if you want your business to continue.

عندي تجربه سيئه معهم كان هناك عرض علي دواء الكالسيوم اوستيكير اشتري ٢ واحصل علي التالت مجانا والعرض ساري حتي ٢٤ اكتوبر ٢٠٢١ انتظرت حتي حصلت علي الراتب وذهبت لاشتري الدواء يوم ٢٥ اكتوبر ولكن الدكتور هناك كانت غير متعاونه تماما اعتقد هي صينيه الجنسيه تدعي جوهن او اسم يشابه هذا لا اتذكر الاسم بالظبط تحدثت معاها لطلب المساعده ايمكنها الاتصال بمدير الفرع او اي شخص يمكنه مساعدتنا ولكنها رفضت رفض تام ولم تحاول مساعدتي حتي بأجراء اي مكالمه او تفحص السيستم واقترحت عليا اخذ منتج من شركه اخري انها تتاجر بالمرضي لبيع منتجات تابعه لشركه معينه لزياده نسبه مبيعات الشركه ،، دون مساعده المريض في الحصول علي الدواء الذي يحتاج اليه ، او اجراء اي استثناء لحالته وخاصه انني تأخرت ما يقل عن ٢٤ ساعه فقط ومعي عذر انتظار الراتب لا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم لانهم غير متعاونين ويسعون لبيع منتجات لشركات بعينها دونا عن باقي الشركات

I want to thank the pharmacist ( I think her name is Marlin) for her help. I told her my symptoms and she was so cooperative, she asked me questions and explained why i have these symptoms and gave me medicine. Not all pharmacist care about patients this way. It felt like a qick checkup with a doctor.

They are selling damage products, we asked them to replace they said if you just didn’t open it or use it ‍♂️ …
