I don’t recommend dealing with them. Bad experience with staff. Incredibly disappointed with my experience at Birchwood Nissan, especially my dealings with an extremely hostile salesman (Colton Stewart), including a poor experience attempting a negotiation which included the sales manager (James). In April 2022 I attempted to test drive the sentra vs the civic with Colton. It all seems fine until I said I was interested in the sentra and wanted to order one. This is where things went sideways and the attitude of the staff came in. Through my organization, I should be able to get a slight discount. I had both the discount form and a car cost Canada dealer invoice price. Stewart took these to James – neither of which would be honoured. The price the dealership was selling the vehicle was MSRP plus $1,000 they wanted to BS items like nitrogen and a block heater. At one point I told Colton I cannot stay here all day to negotiate and he then become angered and accused me of test driving the vehicles too long. I was very annoyed and should have left, but did not. In the end, I negotiated the over priced block heater down to $600. James said the block heater is mandatory. I checked with MB consumer protection and that is a lie. Also, during negotiation, Colton said there are no “friends and family discounts”. Another lie, as I know for a fact Birchwood Honda does have this. I asked Colton how long it usually takes to get it in, he said “about 2 months”. After three months of waiting I cancelled the deal. I told the general manager via email I was not happy with the sales man and sales manager. No reply at all. When I did come in to get my deposit back, Colton thought it would be a good idea to be hostile towards me again by telling me I should not have expected 2 months to get the car though HE TOLD THIS TO ME! He said “I don’t build the cars!” … I have never dealt with such an aggressive, nasty, and immature person. I might have come back to Birchwood, but Colton sealed the deal that now means I will definitely not deal with Birchwood for sales or service. Had James and mgmt. cared to take the time to discuss this with me like rational people, this could have been avoided.

Hello Everyone After put this review the manager of Birchwood Nissan call me to resolve the issue. So Birchwood Nissan Manager his name is James called me and he said to me if you are not happy with this car then trade the car with Birchwood Nissan so I said are you going to pay my all money back and he said I will get what ever market value is so that means I will lost my tax money as well . So I told him thanks for this nice deal but I don't want to waste more money and time with this deal and I don't want do any more deal with you guys. I have very bad experience with Birchwood Nissan Sales person name is Thomas and sales Manager Conour. Whatever they told me all those deals are not on paper. It’s been almost a year and still I have to contact them about my deal. Not satisfied with Nissan Rouge it’s seems like very lower quality parts been used. Door’s plastic thing is keep coming of when we close the door. I bought Nissan rouge 2021 model on March 19th 2021 from Birchwood Nissan Winnipeg. When I was driving back to Brandon same day I found my cruise control sensor is going on and off and it was Saturday so contact them on Monday they said I can go to service centre. When check with Nissan service center Brandon they My car need new sensor and just got fix last month. They also gave me 3 year prepaid maintenance service. According to that service and they gave me brochure of company recommended service list. As per that list for 3 years I don’t have pay for any maintenance. When I went for my first oil change I found that they never gave me that deal. I was calling them every week about that finally they gave me the deal but when I went today for my second service a at Fowler Nissan Brandon they said I will get only oil change and tire rotation for anything else I have to pay $300. When I tried to call them but nobody is answering now about this issue. I also having problems with gear box and Fan and passenger side back door too. Very very poor customer service and I don’t want to give a single star.

I am NEVER-EVER going to have any business with this company. Sorry for late review, but I promised myself to dedicate some of my time to write it. We bought a car from this company and REGRET about it. This company did not treat us fairly and all interactions with seller, supervisor or managers was difficult, painful and without a bit of concern or understanding. We feel as they tried to make us fool. At that time, we moved to Canada recently and were very vulnerable and naive. We came to Birchwood office to buy a car. When we were at contract negotiation process we asked to break down all costs and we asked specifically that we did not want to pay extra hidden fees and even pointed on some parts with numbers. We got answer that extra fees are compulsory and non-negotiable. We paid and were happy campers. 2-3 months after (thanks to CBC news) we found that we did not have to pay this extra hidden fees. I called them and since that time I had ONLY HEADACHE AND ANXIETY when I interacted with them. Whatever excuses and tales they made to disregard my refund request. They asked me for a copy of advertisement which they removed from their website after. I escalated several times up to regional manager and they sang me the same song again and again. After that we felt that it was just a RIP-OFF. I told them that all our conversation will be recorded in the future and after we could reach only their lower. We were so upset that we were ready to go to court even we knew that probably will not get anything back because we didn’t have money for lower unlike of Birchwood. Before court we decided to call and complain to Consumer Protection Office at Government of Manitoba and some News networks. We filed our written complains to Birchwood via Consumer Protection Office. Thanks to God after several months we received full refund. Don’t waist your time and nerves with this company, but if you decide to buy from them be ready that they could play unfair and hard.

We still love our Rouge and I have no regrets in purchasing this vehicle almost a year later. I am only leaving a 3 star review because I really enjoyed the purchasing experience. We went in and Daniel was amazing. He helped us buy our new vehicle. However after we purchased our vehicle our service has been anything be amazing. We were told by finance we would recieved an emailed copy of our contracts within 3 days of our purchase because he was going on vacation and didnt want us to wait till he was back. However, the Friday came and went and we didnt recieve anything. I chalked it up to him being busy and we would recieve the contact by email when he was back in the office. I didnt know how long his Vacation was so I waited 3 weeks. After still not recieving our contracts I emailed him. I asked for the copy to please be emailed along with CCing others because of some other appointments and emails we were missing. Everything was squared up right away except the contracts. I then emailed 2 other times and still never recieved our contracts. After 3 months of trying to get an answer by email I have left a voice mail. 2 days later and still nothing in any email folder. I have not recommended anyone to go to Birchwoood Nissan or purchase any Nissan for that matter because of this. I have infact made sure to tell everyone I can about the poor service I recieved from the finance department and now that my husband is in the market for a new vehicle we will be returning to GMC for his new one and when I am done with this Nissan I too will be going back to GMC.

We had our Murano in for an oil change today. Everyone in the service department and dealership are always very friendly and polite, and I really appreciate that. However, I dropped it off for 8:45am and I had to get the shuttle to my work because they couldn't guarantee it would be ready for 9:30, which I was expecting anyway, so not a big deal. Rob at the service desk was very helpful and said he would call when it was finished. By 11:30 I still hadn't heard back from him so I called and got his voicemail. I didn't leave a message, but called again at 12:20 and left a message that time. I needed to be picked up by the shuttle at 1:00, so needed to know if my car was ready. I never heard back, but got a ride anyway because I needed to get home. When I arrived, my car was ready but I had never received a phone call to say it was ready. I would've come sooner if I had gotten a call saying it was done. We have two more oil changes to use up at your dealership, and I can guarantee we will not be coming back after that. There is no reason I should have to take up half a day for an oil change. The Chevy dealership close to our home has a Quick Lube service, and Birchwood should seriously think about adding this to their service department. It seems like such a huge ordeal to have a simple oil change done, that the stress of it will be a major deterrent in our buying a Nissan next time. We love our Murano but the hassle isn't worth it. PLEASE HAVE A QUICK LUBE SERVICE !!

I will tell the whole story of what happened. I bought a car in may and the moment i walked in to the moment I bought the car was good great customer service but after buying the car everything changed. When I bought the car there were some of the stone chips and i told them to fix it but they said they will get me a paint pen so that i can fix it by myself and i agreed and now its been 4 months no reply to calls and texts. I don’t want to mention any names here. Moreover, the most important thing i also bought some of the extended warranty and tire rim protections but they were clearly misrepresented no body told me terms and conditions what i have to have how much those will cover nothing at all. Now got flat tire few days ago and got to know about the truth behind the warranties. Don’t trust what they are saying.I recommend to people who are buying please read terms and conditions before signing any terms and conditions and don’t buy until you got everything you need on your car. I never expected this from birchwood. This is my second car from birchwood. All of the reviews you guys read are just after buying the car. No body shares the problems after the purchase has been completed. Thanks.

I'm new to Birchwood Nissan as I've recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan. I've been here twice now and continue to find the service to be responsive and authentic. In the past I've been a two time customer at Birchwood BMW and I find the service here to be as good if not better. The service staff, particularly Scott Thomas and Alan Yu, are quick to acknowledge your arrival and stand to greet you as if your are important even when they don't yet know you. They even knew my name upon arrival. Scott even went as far as giving me his work cell number so that we can text updates and or questions while the appointment is being done. In short, they value all of their customers and as i waited in the lobby I witnessed tireless efforts to treat everyone as very important quests. It's a pleasure to come here and get some of my work done while I wait. Thankfully there is wifi and warm hospitality while we use our wait time to be productive. If there was a five star concierge of car service, these guys would lead the way! Thank you for your service.

Really disappointed with the service provided today. Left my car at 7:45 this morning. As of 5 pm it wasn’t ready. Had to leave but the car was not washed which was disappointing. Oil change was given at no charge after complaining, which is why the two stars. Appreciated that. The girl working at the counter wasn’t exactly stellar for customer service either. I witnessed her be rude to another customer this morning as well as her attitude towards me after we complained about the slow service. When you are behind in your service and customers are waiting, a simple “I’m sorry” would do wonders. I’m not interested in your excuses. The shuttle was really late both this morning (didn’t appreciate being late for work) and this evening for pick up as well (ended up getting a ride to the dealership instead). The shuttle driver this morning and dispatch person were very nice... All in all not a great experience today. After the fact, we did receive a call from the manager and were satisfied with his response to this issue.

Contacted Birchwood Nissan regarding my wife's 2019 Nissan Kicks which she had brought there for repair. After leaving the car for several days without a response (after being told it would be looked at the next morning), we were finally told the battery was fried and it needed a new one. A day later they called back and said actually it was the alternator and that the warranty was up by 2 weeks. They refused to cover it or help in anyway at all. On top of this, they want to charge $2,200 to change the battery and alternator. The service rep that I spoke to (Aric) was very unhelpful and somewhat rude on the phone. I would not take anything to Birchwood Nissan for service or repairs. $2,200 for a new battery and alternator is highway robbery. I am still waiting for a follow up call from a Manager. I will update this review when that happens. After reading many reviews I don't think a solution will be reached or a manger will even contact me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am a first time car buyer and was debating whether to get a used or new car. Was pleasantly surprised to see Birchwood Nissan having new cars available even at MSRP in today's market, so it was a no brainer to me - I pre-purchased a 2023 Versa S and it arrived on time! Evan was patient, kind, and diligent which was far from what I was expecting in a car salesman, and that extends to the rest of the team as well (incl. Kevin, Amani, and Mark). There were some issues that I had after the sale, but Evan and Amani were very responsive and understanding, and made sure to resolve my concerns within 1 day. I especially appreciated how Evan went above and beyond on the delivery day, including brewing tea for me and carrying my bike from where I'd locked it all the way to the car, so I could easily fold it up and place it in the trunk (and not forget about it either). Would highly recommend West Coast Nissan to anyone looking for a great deal on a new car.

I'm sure that all Nissan dealerships have top-notch professional and licensed mechanics, but customers don't usually interact with the mechanic who works on their car. Service team makes all the difference. The service team at Brichwood Nissan and especially Aric D. made my experience extremely positive. The communication was timely and easy. Aric clearly explained what needs to be done and what options I have (what is urgent and what can be done later). Everyone knows that dealerships make their profits mostly from the service work. Nevertheless, Aric didn't try to "sell" me any tests or service work. I got an experience of working with friendly, honest, and knowledgeable professional who understands my needs. Plus, unlike other Nissan dealerships, Brirchwood Nissan offered me an Uber ride to and from work, which saved me cost and trouble of renting a car or paying for a taxi ride. I'm impressed. Definitely will come back again.

Wish I could leave less than a 1 star. I'm still waiting for my vehicle to be done. I'm very frustrated! I called to ask for a ride back/shuttle. I'm still waiting. I had an appointment at 0845 this morning to get my winter tires put on. The lady convinced me to get my oil changed as well. And told me it would take a few hours... again, at 0845 this morning. How does it take all day to put on 4 tires (on rims) and do an oil change? I'm really regretting bringing my SUV there, And honestly buying it from there. Seems like they don't care about people's time at all. I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the past that are efficient, communicate and prioritize their customers with appointments and who have bought from their dealership. Super disappointed. My entire day off was wasted for what should have been 2 hours of work, max.

My daughter had purchased a Nissan Rogue in 2020 and I looked into a Rogue for myself this year when it came time to purchase a new vehicle based on her recommendation. I test drove 5 other SUVs and the Rogue soared above the rest. The staff at Birchwood Nissan from the time you walk in the door, to the sales process (shout out to Dan Johnson who handled both of our sales), then to the finance team and finally when you pick up your vehicle, were AMAZING! These folks go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and that they value your business. The time it took to finalize my sale was fast and efficient and the team went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact vehicle I went in to get. I am loving my new vehicle and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at purchasing anything on the Nissan line.

Our 8am appointment started poorly because no one greeted us. We stood around for 3-4 minutes while 7 or 8 staff members chatted then we were acknowledged. We were quoted as 1.5 - 2 hours. Our vehicle was taken in at 8:53am. We were consistently updated through text about the car. Twice they asked to do more than was planned for an additional fee. We declined. We were told it was going to be cleaned next in line. 36 minutes later we were told it was next in line and we could pass on the wash if we wanted to. We waited over 2 hours by that point so we waited to get it washed. Our vehicle was ready at 10:48am. 2 hours and 48 minutes after dropping it off. They should not have taken the appointment at 8 since they couldn’t started it until 9. Seems our time is not valuable to them.

I highly recommend Evan and Amani(she was so awesome) for anyone who is interested in buying a car. I bought a 2023 Rogue from Him a few days ago. He carefully listened to our need ( unlike other car salespeople who talk more) and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. I contacted Birchwood Nissan because my husband and I were looking to trade in our car and getting a new one. We immediately were helped by Marlon, who got us in that evening to show us the car my husband was interested in seeing. We were able to test drive the car, and fell in love with it! Marlon answered all of our questions, got our car own appraised that night for a trade in, and even stayed late so we could put down a deposit with Kevin. We went in Thursday, and Josh helped us understand all the new features before we drove our new car off of the lot. Kevin also set us up with the financing and a great warrantee package. We really appreciate the great service and all of the help Marlon, Josh, and the Kevin gave us to get us set up with our new car. We love it!!

We had a very negative experience at Birchwood Nissan. We brought our vehicle in to change to our winter tires on rims. More than 7 hours later, they still hadn’t even started it. As a result, my wife missed a work meeting and my kids were late for an activity. When we finally got the vehicle back, the tire sensor wasn’t working. In addition, they had offered to wash our vehicle, but it was still dirty when they returned it to us. We have had many problems at this service centre. It always seems to be disorganized and chaotic. It’s very frustrating because we pay a lot of money and waste a lot of time on poor customer service. We had been accustomed to excellent service at Birchwood Toyota and Birchwood Honda, but Birchwood Nissan is always a disappointment.

If there was an option I would rate them in negative, I would not give them even one star. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Their numbers (for the quote) change within minutes. The manager told me a number and just within a couple of minutes he increased the quote when we were about to finalize the deal. And his response was "That is not what I said". This whole thing was done by the manger not even the salesperson. Afterwards when I called the salesman that I was still interested in the deal he told me a number and when he called me back within five minutes the price went up again. I don't want to call the out the manager and the salesman but I am upset that they make deals with no consideration and it's all based on bluff.

Car shopping is not my thing and not something I do often. I generally try to hang on to my vehicles for as long as absolutely possible but the cold weather did my car in this year and it was time. This shopping experience was actually enjoyable! Everyone that looked after me at both Birchwood Nissan and Infinti were so accommodating and patient. James was my sales associate and he was great. He made sure he knew what was important to me in a vehicle and what my budget was. James went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! In the end, I could not be more excited for my new vehicle! Picked up my spotless car with a big red bow on it! (The very best part - heated steering wheel - bring on the winter!)

Terrible customer experience. Bought two cars thru Birchwood Nissan, first one 3 1/2 years ago. We had a similar experience both times, they lowball you on a trade, push financing relentlessly, are reluctant to accept a cash purchase, then were ridiculously slow at processing the sale and final delivery BOTH TIMES - truly a bad experience overall, and very upsetting. Instead of being treated as a valued customer, we were treated like they were doing us a favor selling us a car. Conveniently, after our first purchase, on delivery we were told "anything less than 100% is considered a fail", and we never received a customer satisfaction survey, probably won't see one for recent purchase either. Do NOT recommend.

5 stars for Birchwood Nissan! I inquired online about a possible trade in as I was wanting to get into a smaller vehicle and Evan their sales guy got ahold of me right away. When I went down there to check out a couple vehicles Evan was very professional and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions, and helped me get into this beautiful 2016 Kia Sorento. Mark from financing was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I knew what I was signing. He was friendly and very efficient when it came to all the paperwork! From sales to financing to management, thank you to the wonderful people over at Birchwood Nissan for making this a great experience, it was such a pleasure!

Had to take my car in to the service centre today (which is never a fun time). Raj did everything he could to keep my costs down and to try to get the work done as quickly as possible. I had booked an appointment and the work started on time. When I asked for an estimated total, he stayed true to the number he gave me and even came in under, which was very appreciated. No one wants hidden costs or higher than expected bills. Parts had to be transferred from another location which took time but was not unreasonable, and I was told ahead of time. The wrong part was sent however, so only 4/5 stars and I had to wait for the correct part to be sent.

Worst service ever! I was trying to book a service appointment to my Nissan for three weeks, but it looks like they are not interested in doing business with me. The web scheduling doesn't work (we are in 2108!), so I requested a call. When the representative called me I was in a meeting and asked him to get back to me in half an hour. I am still waiting for his call! Then I also tried to book an appointment using the email functionality they have, but nobody got back to me ever! I ended up with servicing my Nissan at another dealership with a great service! will never come back here as with this service they don't deserve my money!!!

Every person we encountered in the process of purchasing our used 2016 Mazda cx-3 went above and beyond for us. We felt completely taken care of, and trusted the team (shoutout to Eric, Amani, Mark, Nick and Josh) to ensure we were getting the best value for our dollar. We started our "new to us" car journey in Steinbach and Selkirk thinking that would get us the best deal, but ultimately we found that at Point West Auto Park at the Birchwood Infinity and Nissan dealership just moments outside our city limits - who knew! Huge props to these guys. I had a time sensitive repair needed on my car. I dropped it off during the night with a key and no note, just an invoice from an oil change place about the difficulties of the car. These guys called me at 0700 to inquire- and had it fixed by noon. They were super understanding about the time sensitive nature of the repair. Although have to say I’m a bit irritated about the service before this as they put the wrong km For my next oil change, which caused me to have to go to a 10 min oil change place- even though I have unlimited oil changes for the life of my lease......

11 years ago I bought my first new car from Birchwood Nissan so when I needed a new vehicle I knew exactly where to go. The staff is very informative, Nick and Drew patiently answered all my questions. Mark was very thorough when explaining the financing options and worked very diligently to meet my needs-above and beyond actually. I was given quite the walk through of the features on my 2019 Qashqai helping me with the new technology that has changed significantly since my last vehicle. The sales guys including Ken and the Sales Manager Frank were awesome especially in making me feel comfortable and coming up with a great deal on the car. Infiniti has disappointed me sometime now, same old interior, sounds like garbage, they decide which year shouldn’t be able to use the intouch app, sluggish, drive quality is not getting better, why spend so much money on it to make it feel and drive better? Looks aren’t everything. All the details of this visit were well handled. It was easy to book my service appointment and a less busy time was suggested to allow me to wait for my vehicle. The check-in was quick and the Service Advisor checked in with me during the appointment to discuss two concerns that were identified during the inspection. My vehicle was completed within a satisfactory period of time and the checkout was quick as well. GOOGLE needs to add a star or at least a "+" sign !!! I have had many dealings with this dealership and several of those with Aric Dobres in the service department. Aric had ALWAYS given me 5 star service but this last visit was EXCEPTIONAL. So exceptional, that I just HAD to write this review. HE WENT WAY ABOVE the call of duty when I was given a BIG and I mean HUGE RUNAROUND BY CROWN NISSAN ..... 5+ stars for Aric (and Birchwood Nissan) ... and 0 stars for Crown Nissan. Booked for my first Oil change and tire change up, over a month ago for a Saturday appointment. Get a call today, tomorrow is Good Friday, the appointment scheduler and the Tire people were not notified that my tires were needed, so they cancel my Saturday appointment. Not very impressed, Birchwood Nissan has sh*t the bed on this one. Won't be able to book again till next month. The don't deserve the one star, but I could only post a one star review, would prefer to give them zero stars.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 2500 series pick up truck attempted theft in early spring it’s : been sitting at this dealership for a few months they said that they fixed the steering column.he lied it has not been repaired . It’s still sitting there and it appears to be more damaged now than when it came in also, while in the parking lot, a thief drilled into the gas tank and stole the gasoline out of it Moral of the story is bring your vehicle someplace else for repairs

Bought a qashqai at the start of 2022 from this dealership. I told them the two things I wanted were a remote starter and winter tires. Upon receiving the vehicle it had neither. Then I hit a snow bank and had to have it repaired, when they fixed the bumper they found the dealership installed the wire for a block heater with no block heater in the engine and the wire was just tied inside the engine compartment. Absolute joke of a dealership. Go anywhere else.

I bought 2 cars here. A used one and a new one. I'll probably won't by a used one there again. It was in nad shape but repaired to look nice. With the new one the experience was different and I still go there for my car service. The staff is friendly and you always have lots of salesman available. And I got the best deals in the city so far. The service staff is good and so I usually take my car the though I have a Nissan dealership and service much closer.

Well it was better today. They called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. Mike asked if I had any questions. I brought the rental car there but I was suppose to bring it back, not sure why for I wasn't paying for it anyway and I didn't have to pay or sign anything. So when I left I asked Mike to start my car and he did. Not sure yet about this place since my last 3 experiences weren't great,but today was better.

Upon walking into Nissan, I wasn’t bombarded with sales people which I thought was nice. We approached one of the sales men Daniel and he was eager to help! I got the first ever 2019 Altima from Birchwood. Hugo the staff, Jack the sales manager and Mark the fiance manager are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No one ever pushed me to purchase any add-on or "protection plans". they just access what exactly I need and then delivers it. Great place to buy a new vehicle. Only downside is they are too far away from my home, but I guess it is well worth the trip.

Recently changed my 5 star to a 1 star their company was fine to purchase a vehicle from but you would think that they would have new filters in the vehicle that’s not even the worst part tires were almost bald and I had to get my coolant flushed because it was too acidic. Visited the service department for diagnostic without an appointment. Took me in no problem and finished the car issue in two hours. On another service visit, I like the mechanic showing you a video to your phone going over their multi point inspection. They found both my front struts leaking and need replacing. Best feature!

Just disappointed in the catfish. After confirming said vehicle was in stock, drove over an hour and half at $2.10/L for fuel, only to find the vehicle was advertised as a completely different one. Wasn’t really upset until all they said was, “sorry about that” ya me too! Hate to leave a bad review but what can a guy do!?

Overall the experience was good. One complaint, was told the vehicle was ready for pickup. A carwash and interior vacuum was on the work order, however when I arrived, this was still outstanding, and I wasn’t interested in waiting 20 mins. If your going to state the work is done, everything should be done before you call.
