I wish I could give them negative rating. Called them in the afternoon and asked how long the vet stays, the assistant replied 4pm- 7pm. As me and my wife both are working, so we tool our cat at 6pm to the clinic. The assistant made us wait for 30 minutes and then says the vet went to mirpur so it will take a long time. When we told our cat did not eat anything for the whole day and vomiting, then he called the vet's wife and told me to talk to her. Surprise surprise, she said no emergency case, must fix an appointment to bring in a pet for treatment. However, the assistant never told us about the mandatory appointment fixing thing earlier. I have never seen such vet who has zero responsibility towards the profession. Just bcoz no appointment was fixed the vet left clinic at 5pm. I don't understand then he has this 4pm to 7pm schedule for the clinic!! Pathetic! Pathetic!! Pathetic!!!

I have never been to a vet hospital. This was the first time of my life. It was a nice experience to meet the vet and the setup. Their service is very reasonable and professional at the same time. Doctors are very well behaved and always listens to you and suggests well enough. They provide all types of services to dogs, cats, and rabbits only. You have to schedule a appointment first before visiting the vet. However, one suggestion is: they should put some direction sign to lead to the hospital. Thanks to the docs.

Took a rescued budgie to them last week, it hurt it's leg and stopped taking food. They took a very good look at it, explained the condition of the poor bird thoroughly to us and prescribed some medicines- explaining what the medicines do and their dosage very clearly. By the grace of Almighty, and after application of the medicine and taking care of the bird according to their suggestion, the bird had a quick recovery Alhamdulillah. I would recommend their service to concerned pet owners 10/10.

Service is good & very reliable! Vet Biswas is one of the best for treatment of your Pets. But the waiting period is too long! Whoever provides the appointment time to clients, should be more professional to maintain this. I understand sometimes it may vary, but it should not happen most of the time!

Might be difficult to find first time, but the shop owners nearby will lead you to the vet's office. Doctor was very friendly and was very caring. My cat is aggressive and not mild mannered in any way. She understood it and she handled it in the best way she could. Recommended.

Good. But the price of animals medicines is so high. Their other services look like good. Space of their clinic is not very large. But the atmosphere is very beautiful and clean. I think, you will like this clinic for their doctors service.

Very good service. Even if you call them at night, you will get full support. I received home service at night (1240 am - 0243 am). Their staff is good, experienced, well behaved and soft spoken. Fully satisfied. Highly recommended.

Alright if you want to give vaccine but doctor is not available all the time. The vet assistants were friendly. Call before you take your pet.
