My fav pet shop i would say. I've been their customer since they opened it at mydin Bukit Mertajam. The staffs are so friendly and helpful when I asked their recomendations for the cat litter. I can't remember well her name, but she is tall and the longest staff worked at there if Im not mistaken, thanks to her recomendation for cat litter I've been a regular customer at the pet shop. Plus point they have wide range of high quality wetfood as well (brands that you never heard before but it is a good quality product). Some of the product, the price i can say reasonable for me compared when purchasing at online platform.

Staff was helpful, nice, friendly and didn't mind to suggest thing within our budget. There were also variety types of toys, cat treats, cat tree and more. The best part is there were mix and match section for cat treat. Last but not least, shop was easy to discover and big parking space with OKU friendly road.

The favourite pet shop of my kids' guinea pigs. Nice shop & great staff. The staff is friendly & recommends items to buy following our budget. Prices are reasonable.
