I used their services to see what it was like to see what it would be like to daily drive a vehicle I was thinking about purchasing, overall: I think that’s important before jumping the gun. Taylor made the process quick and easy. I called him ahead of time to get the process started and he had the paperwork ready for me. I was out in 20 mins tops. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Customer service was top-notch and I was treated like a celebrity. Everyone was very knowledgeable and you can expect to meet people passionate about exotics here. 10/10 would do it again before my next purchase

By far the best experience I could’ve asked for! We needed a car last minute due to a booking issue with another company and I can honestly say Taylor worked faster than I could give him answers! He was so pleasant, it was extremely refreshing! We were presented with a few options in different, very fair price ranges and we were able to get EXACTLY what we asked for. The vehicle was delivered to us by another gentleman with the company and was very nice and clean. I wouldn’t use any other rental company besides Black Label!

Everything was great. Booked very last minute (literally the night before) and he still made sure we got the car we wanted and he delivered it to us at our hotel. Answered right away anytime we needed to contact him PLUS we realized once we were already back home that I forgot some of our Chanel purchases in the back seat. He shipped them back to us the next day! That right there will make you realize that they're good people.
