This nail bar is absolutely beautiful and priced very fairly, but I hate to report that my nail tech was extremely rude. Coughed all over my nails, yanked at my hands if a finger was in her way, and rushed me out extremely fast. When cutting the tips of my nails, she didn’t even compare hands to make sure each nails was the same size. I asked for pink nails and got a very dark red. She did not clean up the excess powder afterwards either, so every single one of my nails look like they’re bleeding. The nails are very uneven, some even having scratch marks on them and the sides aren’t even fully painted. Of course I probably could have spoken up, but did not feel comfortable enough with the way the nail tech was speaking and treating me. Although i had a very negative experience with the nail tech, the man at the front desk was extremely friendly and sweet. Unfortunately will not be going back.

Not the best. Other reviewers mentioned champagne(which was one of my reasons for trying this place) however I was never offered anything to drink which would have been nice because this place is very quiet, no music or atmosphere, and I sat waiting by myself for multiple long periods of time bored and unrelaxed while waiting for my soak off, waiting for nails to dry etc. Not as many colors to choose from as I would like and they were out of several that I chose…overall I left content with my nails however the tech didn’t oil or push back my cuticles and was also careless and aggressive with the drill and burned the edges of most of my fingers-one time so bad it drew blood and I flinched hard…she stopped for a second but didn’t acknowledge or apologize otherwise. Gonna keep shopping around.

I had a scheduled appointment and was ignored after I sat down and waited several minutes and the nail tech didn’t even soak my nails while I waited as she was apparently running behind schedule. My time wasn’t valued and the nail tech lacked customer service and communication so I left and went elsewhere but please note the man at the counter was nice. I think the nail salon tech should value everyone especially dealing with a diverse group in Nola because my experience yesterday was a poor representation of your business and brand. I hope moving forward others have a better encounter than I did.

Altogether I had an okay experience. My nail teach did a good job on my design, but seemed irritated when I asked her to fix certain things. One thing I didn’t like was the fact that I she didn’t pay much attention to the shape of my nails. They are supposed to be in a coffin shape but are more rounded on the corners instead of being in a point. The ronded sides of my nails are also uneven, which bugs me. I booked with the nail bar in hopes of them paying attention to detail and taking pride in their work, but she worked really fast and just seemed to want to get me out of there.

Steven is the best nail tech here. He took care of one of my very close friends her name is Madeline after the Rusche treated her very badly yes for absolutely no reason. They have shown her nothing but love and turned her day from 0 to 10 and under an hour they were about to close and still gave her a full set because they actually care about the people around them I just. I just want to thank y’all for taking care of Madeline and STEVEN you are absolutely amazing and I promise you will be recommending you say every single person we know

Was in town for work and wanted a mani/ pedi after a day of travel. The first thing I noticed was the simple/modern and clean place and then the friendly associate. They got me in right away. I feel like they took their time on my pedi which was nice. My mani looks great from far away but up close its not great. The gal kept telling me to straighten my arm/hand, relax my arm/hand, etc, so maybe it was my fault. I don't do this often and I just expect them to move me as they feel necessary lol. I'd recommend and would try again.

I don't know if I can even write how amazing this salon is. I have been going for a year straight and my nails have never looked better. I get dip manicures on my natural nails and they last weeks. Eunice and Sarah always get me right, they are both amazing. I am so thankful I found this place. Highly recommend Blanc Beauty Bar! The picture I uploaded is of my dip manicure a week and a half after my appointment after two full days of moving my entire apartment - no chipping/cracking/nothing!

I’m from out of town and wanted a quick polish change so I stopped at this location and I am impressed! Everyone was nice, the salon is very clean and organized. Back home (Florida) some nail salons don’t clip your nails for a polish change but here they did. I’m just so impressed with the great customer service I received. I wish I could take this salon back home with me

I can't say enough how much I love this place. I live in LA and make it a point to get my nails done here whenever I visit. The space is minimal, well thought out, and beautiful. Staff are friendly and give great attention to detail to your nails, and how they clean the space. I love love love it here. Highly recommend!!!!

What a lovely experience. Very classy & upscale but surprisingly affordable for the service you receive! Matt does amazing nails- a true artist! I'm in love with Blanc! I started going consistently when they opened the downtown location. The salon is beautiful and clean, and the people who work there are so friendly and welcoming. I'm pretty picky with my nails and I always leave feeling like they look perfect. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Absolutely LOVE this place Stephen was very professional and really did a awesome job. I never had such quality work like this in a long time. Also John is a very friendly easygoing guy makes being here a nice place to get pampered and feel like you around friends. I ao give this place a 5 star.

I have been going to Blanc regularly for 1 1/2 years and absolutely love it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone that works there is so pleasant and always makes my experience wonderful! Stacey usually does my nails but all of the techs are great! Definitely recommend!!

I was in town for a seminar and this place was close to the Hyatt! I was able to walk there. Very glad I did! They did an excellent job giving me a new full set of nails! I even went back the next day for a mini pedicure! Highly recommend!

Lots of techs. Sched a same day. I took the tech a LOT of work (hadn't had nail work done in months). Great job, I obsevd another tech doing a brush design painting. Beautiful work. Cost normal
