Make sure to budget extra time without your vehicle. I dropped my Honda Fit (sub-compact vehicle) for a “Full Detail” clean at 1pm and was assured by the person it would be ready by 3 or 4pm latest. I jokingly asked if I would get a special discounted rate since it is smaller than a sedan which has the lowest price posted for each cleaning tier (more on this later). They laughed and kindly said, “no, sorry.” Not a problem for me at all. After waiting more than 2 hrs past when the vehicle should have been ready, I called at 6:15pm to check on it. The person I spoke with said it was still being cleaned and would be ready by 6:30 or 6:45pm. I then arrived at 6:35pm and waited until 7:10pm, which is 10 minutes after their posted closing time until I could leave with my vehicle. When I went to checkout, I interacted with the same person who initially told me it would only take 2-3hrs. They first apologized for the longer wait, then asked if I had paid yet, to which I said I had not. They then rang me on the register for the size of a full detail on a Crossover/Small truck sized vehicle, which is $199. Thinking it was a simple mistake (Honda fits are hatchbacks and kind of look like mini-crossovers), I pointed out that the cost should be for the size of a sedan. However, they were insistent that this was the right charge until I pushed back explaining that Honda Fits are sub-compact vehicles which are smaller than sedans. At this point they charged me for the correct amount of $179. All that being said…they did a phenomenal job cleaning my car. Seriously looks almost perfect inside and out. My only very minor complaint is the windows (when rolled down, mind you) have an outline of dirt around where they seal with the upper rim of the door. Wouldn’t have noticed except for what I’ve written below. Plan to budget some of your own time to allow for drying of any shampooing you get done. This makes sense because they want to get your vehicle back to you ASAP. For me - my seats, carpet, and mats were still wet, so I had to remove the mats and keep the windows rolled down that evening/night once I got home so everything could dry properly. They kindly provided some plastic for the driver’s side seat so I could stay dry while driving. All in all, I would bring the vehicle back because they did an amazing job cleaning the vehicle which is what matters most at the end of the day. I can forgive the misunderstanding about the size of the car, but it’s the delay actually getting my car back that frustrated me because it made me very late to my evening plans.

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! First has been my time going there to do hand car wash and also the first time I have left with a DAMAGED CAR after a hand wash! I do hand car wash my car sometimes but never had a problem of this kind and I found this place down the street so I was thinking let’s try it out. Definitely the WORST decision I’ve ever made! I did mini detail package and it’s $129.99 plus tax and here is the problems: 1. They damaged the passenger window control button, causing it to fall off when trying to close the window after opening it. 2. They damaged the rear seats lever while pulling the seats down/up. The reason they gave was that the seats on both sides were adjusted differently and they didn't know which direction to turn. 3. The package we chose included “complete interior vacuuming and cleaning “. They didn’t do nothing about it. Interior looks conditioned but far from clean. 4. I never seen a company that charge tip is automatically without choosing. So basically we paid $162.08 for them to damage my car. When we complained about the issues, the guy who works there just let me give him the key and reclean the car. The front desk/ manager said that we can come back TWO WEEKS later and talk to the owner, he will send us to do repairs and he will pay for it. I mean, two weeks? Who knows what will happen within 2 weeks? So we said we want the refund and she told us she can’t do it because the guys are cleaning the car second time. We never asked for a second cleaning, and if they did a good job the first time, why clean it a second time?! Here is the funny part, she wrote down a number and told us that is the owner’s phone number, we can contact him if we want to discuss the situation. Guess what? That number is store’s phone number! So I’m assuming the owner is also an operator. We are reporting the damages to our insurance company already. Let’s see how it goes.

So I took my car here on Friday December 16, 2022 at 8:00am and asked for the seats to be shampooed and added the Q tip deal. About 2.5 hrs later I see my car parked on the side but nobody told me anything so I wait about 15 minutes and finally ask the guy behind the counter if my car was done since I didn’t see anyone working on it and it has been sitting there and he went to ask and told me yes, he gave me my keys and I left, I noticed the plastic covering my seat but I thought it wasn’t completely dry which I thought it was normal but, when I get home and touched the seats they were soaking wet, I grabbed towels and dry as much as I could. I called the car wash and asked if this was normal and I was told “yes, because I don’t have a dryer but they should be dry within 3 hours”. I am writing this review on Saturday 16 at 11:00pm and my seats are still not completely dry and had the windows down most of the day since yesterday. Customer service was great and I believe the owner or manager, whoever the gentleman was did not charge me for cleaning the carpet and I truly appreciate it but it would have been great to inform me that they didn’t have a dryer and therefore my seats were going to be soaking wet. I’m giving 4 stars because I liked how they cleaned my car and customer service was good. Would I use this place again? Yes, when they get a dryer.

Brio hand car wash is probably the only car wash, I've been to where I didn't have to awkwardly have to ask them to clean a missed spot/area. My interior always needs extra care and Brio delivered that care They really took notice of the details and went above what I was expecting-based on my previous experiences with other places. I don't have a fancy car so I didn't need all the fluff packages. I just needed a basic hand wash with a little extra attention to the interior and Brio had that to offer. I got the one service just basic service, so $74.99, not full detail, but with some extra interior care. I feel like Brio did a better job with the details and itnerior than a places I have paid double for a full detailing job. They cleaned areas I wouldn't have even thought to look and they were able to get clean all the areas I struggle to clean when I do it myself. My car also smelled fresh cleaned, not fake mask the old car scent. I appreciate their attention to detail. My dash shines like I just bought the car, and Brio even took it a step further and made nice detailed lines in all of the floor mats! (see photo).

Feeling good and great after a fresh mani/pedi I needed a nice detailed car wash. I wandered on over to google to review the nearest best hand car wash near me! A 4.7 rating out of 108 reviews had to be a scam but oh no it was the best experience I’ve ever had in any hand car wash! They were very personable, respectful, courteous, and funny. The establishment looks amazing! It’s sanitary, organized, and spacious! They offer cold free bottled water, good service, and a peace of mind with the flawless team system they have going for each section of the detailed wash job! My mini suv crossover looked showroom ready and I’m going to be salty if it rain tomorrow! Inside and outside was completely cleaned, wiped down, and vacuumed as I had the Qtip service. Most definitely worth the price I paid. I just relocated to Houston down from Chicago within the last 3 weeks and this most certainly will be my new Car Spa home! Thank you Blaque Hand Car Wash! Jojo, the owner is the perfect example of an owner that cares about even the most minute details. Took my new truck for a wash and as he approached saying “your vehicles is done” went the extra step and showed me what process and “extras” they had done. As we walked around he noticed one small spot was misses due to high traffic and calles one of the workers and explained what was missed and had them re-work it on the spot! Not only did he care about a job well done but cares to tell his team little things missed and use it as a re-training exercise rather than reprimand. Excellent car wash, they were so detailed and meticulous. I will definitely be returning. All done by hand- my car is sparkling and very clean. I've found that most car washes in Houston do a totally half a** job so I usually just pay for an exterior wash then do the wax and interior work myself at home. This is one of the first times I've been happy with results. They did a better job than even a detailing service that I paid several hundred $ to that came to my home to detail my car. I'll be detailing my car here in the future. The waiting area is large and super comfortable to chill out in. Only pointer/criticism I had would be that finding the entrance was kind of confusing but I figured it out eventually. Some better signage might help :-) The owner (well, I think it was him) was very present and helpful.

came in with my camry on a bit of a time crunch and they were able to get my car in and out in half the time that they promised and still gave perfect results. i got the super clean package and it totally transformed this 2002 car that’s been collecting dust for years. great customer service, the owner is very accommodating and friendly, it’s obvious he cares about the quality of the service that he provides. the only negative i can think of was the smell of the conditioner they used on the interior of the car. it wasn’t necessarily bad, just strong, and it lingered for a few days. i think that’s just a me thing though, since i’m really sensitive to smell. overall, 10/10, would recommend

I’m a customer of the previous owners and I decided to give this new company a try. Paid for the basic wash $54.99 and they gave me my suv back with tree sap all over it . I brought my vehicle back because I did not check it. I was told it would be an additional $30 to remove the sap. I asked, why didn’t anyone inform me they could not remove the sap? The manager explained to me they don’t like to tell anyone they cannot clean their vehicles properly? What? I personally will not ever go back there again. To think…I would have excused the incident and kept patronizing them but her excuse…we do not like to inform the customer if we can’t clean something!’ I’m baffled!!

I originally gave this place 5 stars but after todays experience I needed to update my review. My personal items from my car was thrown away and unusable when found . Also my 200.00 bmw portable car charger is now damaged and the explanation I received was because they were “cleaning” the area. The wash was 40 but I’m out of a total of over 200. Another customer was complaining about the exact same thing as I was leaving. I personally don’t think I’ll ever be back but if you decide to go take anything and everything out you deem valuable.

Found this place after moving to town recently . My vehicle was very nasty from the long distance move . I drive a Cadillac suv and wanted it done professionally. The staff was friendly and prompt when I arrived . The time taken to fully detail my vehicle and return it to me was great for the service needed . My interior is so clean and smells fresh and new again . My exterior is so nice and shiny like it’s fresh off the dealer lot. Will definitely be back for all my car cleaning needs and again service was excellent . Thanks !!!

Amazing job! I was referred to this location, and I’m so glad I found this hidden gem! They did an excellent, top notch cleaning job, as I don’t think I’ve ever seen such workmanship from a car detailing establishment. My car is 20 years old, and it looks great! I dropped off my car, and they were quick to get the job done! I requested the Executive service plan, and that’s exactly what I got (Quality work). I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone who is particular about the appearance of their car!

I always find it so amusing that some people take their car to a place to get washed/waxed/vacuumed/detailed and act like they cant get it done fast enough like shut up and let the people working in 100+ degree weather cleaning your filthy car do their job Aside from that, nothing but high praise and compliments to the team there because they did a fantastic job and i will gladly be going there in the future. Some will say the prices are high but for the quality of work they do thats fine with me

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but the job was so fantastic, it got me thinking about starting my own Car Wash/detail service. Called my friends & family showing them how clean the car was. i did a Wash Detail and Tint job. The service was awesome and they communicated with make occasionally (i was even video called at some point and shown my car being actively washed) till it was ready for pickup. Kudos to the team out there. Will definitely be returning for other services down the line

I went to Blaque Hand Car Wash for the first time, yesterday. I chose to get the ‘full detail’ out of all of the package levels to pick from, and I don’t think the interior of my car has ever been this clean. I am notorious for spilling drinks in my car, and with cloth seats it soaks everything up and stains, typically. They were able to get all of the stains out and then some. I will never take my car anywhere else from now on. My car seriously looks brand new! 10/10 recommend!

This place will charge you extra for everything. Make sure you vacuum your car out before coming here. If you have any visible crumbs or debris on your seats or floorboard, they will charge you a $30 "deep vacuum" fee. How do you charge a deep vacuum fee on a car that has leather seats? There were a few crumbs on the floor where my 3yo sits, and the girl I was dealing with says, "you know ima charge you extra for those crumbs. I see some hair on the floor, too. " WHAT??? Grimey.

Blaque Hand Car Wash is great. New owner is personable and strives to ensure excellent service. There are plenty of package levels to choose from, so you'll find what you're looking for here. The inside is clean and comfortable, with plenty of places to sit. Outlets are available in case you need one. Sodas are available to buy, plus there's a Keurig and little bottles of free water. All of this, plus they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend this place.

My car was embarrassingly filthy. I dropped it off around 11am on a Saturday. There were 4 cars in front of me. It was ready around 2pm. I was quite surprised given how filthy it was. The car looked show room ready. Prices are competitive. Friendly owner. I didnt spend time in the waiting room but it was spacious with wifi, tvs and snacks for purchase. There are a few local pubs, restaurants, and nail salons nearby if you want to explore a bit.

I’m beyond amazed and grateful at their work. I didn’t even recognized my car when I went to pick it up. I even ask the check in lady, where’s my car! lol. We both had a good laugh about it. Wonderful people, great work! If you’d car is needs a lot of work for a full detail, please keep in mind it takes 3-5 hrs. So just drop the car off and pick it up before closing! I love their work, would recommend to whomever I run into.

Excellent car detail but slow as heck. I was told it would take 30-40 minutes for the mini detail and it took about 2 hours. Owner says it’s about how dirty the car was. I watched them… they were just slow. Car was in the cleaning bays often times for 10-15 minutes with nobody touching it. Then someone wipes something for 5 minutes and goes away for another 10. Just speed it up, great work really. Just SLOW.

Hey!!! So I went in for a shampoo on my seats/carpet when I say stains that I thought were impossible to be removed were Gone! I love how attentive they are with any concerns I may have regarding differences service I wanted to receive in the future. I am Impressed definitely great vibes customer service phenomenal! I got the “Mini Detail” for my first time because I didn’t have time for a full detail… MAN! I’m more than impressed with the outcome and the service. My car got water on the carpets and it was awful trying to get the water out but I took it here and they cleaned it really well! Even gave me a free wash along with it since I’ve been here before. I love this place and will always take my car here for car washes and details.

I have gotten my car washed here 3 times. Each time customer service was amazing, however I have had two bad experiences here. My trunk of my SUV was not cleaned, one of my windows was not cleaned, and leaves remained in the hood of car.

The place looks great staff was friendly. The car wash was not good my car still looked dirty with plenty of water spots I got a wax which they use some sort of cheap spray wax no buffing and the cost for that service was 109.00 bucks I
