Editing my original post to remove a star. Tried Blaze Pizza for the first time at this location because I heard from my coworkers that they loved Blaze. Ingredients were fresh, there was an extensive selection of toppings, and toppings were delicious. However, as great as the concept is, the cooking and execution was pretty messed up at this location. We had a party of 5, ordered 4 pizzas and a cheesy bread. The cooking of the pizzas was ad hoc and not done systematically with the result that the pizzas came out at varying degrees of doneness. The thick crust we ordered came out soggy and underdone. The cauliflower crust had burnt edges but still passable although we didn't eat the edges. The keto pizza was pulled out too early and fell apart (it looked soggy and underdone) and they had to remake it. They forgot about the remake and I watched as they pulled out several pizzas that were started after mine until I reminded them to check on it. When they finally pulled it out, the crust was completely cremated. By that point, the earlier pizzas were cold and my party was halfway done with their food (they couldn't wait any longer), so I ended up asking for a refund for the keto pizza. Thankfully my sister had ordered the cauliflower crust so I scarfed a couple of slices of the cold pizza. The very same day after trying it out, I rated this location 2 stars. Manager/owner replied to my Google review and asked me to submit my comment on the company site so that they "can learn more and formally invite [me] to return." I thought well, okay. Let's see how they handle complaints and customer service. I really wanted to find a good build-your-own pizza place that offered a gluten-free crust, and wanted to give constructive feedback so the company could improve (and then I would have a new restaurant to eat at). I submitted a very thorough complaint on the company site and included additional details. No reply ever. Not even a thank you, we'll try to do better. This was a fail fail even with such a great concept and good ingredients. It was a fail on the cooking, and fail on customer service both at the store and with corporate.

This was my first time at this Blaze location considering pre-pandemic I always went to Hicksville but I was surprised they bought the old RadioShack space about two or three years ago and I have not been to an indoor dining restaurant since March of last year so for those considering making a trip you can add that to a factor besides the outdoor dining they have available My review when I went on 6-10-2021 They did not disappoint I was 15 minutes early before my pick up order sure I waited under 10 minutes and I was hungry and I did bring my cookie over from Arby’s and ate that first but the pizza was hot and ready and it was not a disappointment I asked the guy at the counter what he added and he told me it was a unique brand of sauce they put on it and I never thought of adding vinaigrette to a pizza but it was very interesting how it tasted overall I do recommend if you want a different pizza experience come to Blaze and I will be coming back more now that it’s right by my house

I passed by this place many times and decided to finally give the place a try.A very nice setup inside and they seem to have a system to make even the longest lines move swiftly. Dani was my order taker and she was extremely nice and cordial even when the lines here were going out the door,Dani was an excellent first impression that's for sure. I ordered an arugula salad and a two topping pizza . The arugula salad was very fresh,tomatoes bits of cheese and blueberries, so delicious. For the pizza I ordered a pepperoni and meatballs, have to say the pizza selections here are many and I really need to come back and try some of their specialty pies along with the build your own pizza option My pizza came with six slices a very nice thin crust and with all my combinations added garlic and spices and very delicious meal No wonder whenever I passed by here there was always a line. This place will definitely succeed here..Kudos.

Love coming to this place when I'm in the area. Pizza is great, once you work out a combo you like. Some ingredients are cut really clunky and just don't taste good on the pizza, like the chicken. And some things are cut really nicely and blend nice with everything else, like the bacon. They need to do a better job of announcing out of stock items though. I once stood on line for almost 10mins, just to discover they had no ricotta (the whole point of me coming to Blaze, the customized toppings). With all that being said, the high rise with extra sauce, well done, is something special. And the blood orange lemonade is worth the trip alone. Keep your receipt, the code for the bathroom is on it! Lol I would recommend this place to anyone, it's great. I've only been to the location in Fresh Meadows though, for the record.

I went here once before and my pizza was ok but I am glad I came back to try again. It was relatively easy to order and pay online. By the time my fiancé and I got there, it was ready. There was a socially distanced line and every so often the person at the counter would ask if anyone was there for online orders. Also there was space to exit and enter efficiency. There was also ample outdoor seating. I liked that my pizza had everything I wanted on it. The crust is what really sold me. It was crisp and enjoyable to eat. I cannot eat dairy products so the vegan cheese melted well and tasted great along with the sauce and the crust. The veggies were crisp and not burnt or overcooked. I will come back since this is one of the few places in Queens that have vegan/dairy free options for pizza. There are also keto and GF options too if you need that.

Update: tried the white sauce base for this first time, its delicious. Just don't get too many topping which can make it soggy. Update: I have yet to try all possible combinations, so far I like pesto sauce on my pie topping with Arugula salad is . I wish they will have duck meat as option. I do notice their dough taste good fresh out of oven but reheat tasted bad compare to other pizza joint. So order just enough so you don't have left overs. Still mixed feeling about this place. Perhaps I haven't found the best combination to get a tasty pizza. I will need to try some more.

Very fast service, great customer service from the employees, and the pizzas taste delicious. When looking for a pizza place that offers gluten-free dough and dairy-free cheese, it's hard to expect it to also taste good but with Blaze Pizza, their pizzas taste amazing. Easily one of the best pizzas I've had, even with such dietary restrictions. The ingredients are fresh, the employees are nice, and the place is chill to eat at. This is a pizza place to definitely return to when I'm craving pizza. Of note, the gluten-free pizza sells out fast so it's recommended to order online to check availability. 10/10

This was the first time ordering from this spot and when we got there our food was missing. We didn’t think we needed to call the store to get an update on the order as it was just an 11 in. pie and a 14 in. pie, not only that by we also came at the latest estimated time our food should be ready by. To our surprise the staff said someone had stolen our order and waited for us to get there to remake our order and when we finally received our food they made 2 same sized pies which looked to be 11 inches. We had to wait a little longer and also basically got ripped off when we weren’t at fault. The food overall wasn’t bad however I hoped we would’ve had a better experience for our first time ordering here.

The pizza is good but it's not the classic my pizza. In terms of the pizza I'd give it more of the three stars variety but I like the concept. It's basically a Subway of pizzerias where your pizza goes down the line and some kid throw stuff inside of it. It's super thin crust like really thin. The drinks are cool though not alcoholic but good lemonades and stuff like that I had the blood orange lemonade which was awesome. It's cool for a night out with your family you're looking at about 11:12 bucks at Pizza and one didn't really fill me up to tell you the truth. It's got nothing and I repeat nothingon like a Geno's or n Umberto's though those places make real Pizza

A great tasting healthier pizza that is not so blazing in time to order and eat. It took nearly 45 minutes from standing in line to sitting down and taking my first bite. All staff wear gloves and change gloves when required but the floor is hard to keep clean because it's too busy. The ordering process can be optimized with kiosks to make orders and ticketing system to pick up when food is ready which will reduce human error and time spent in line. The cauliflower crust is good but seems to cook faster than normal dough therefore it will always be slightly burnt as the pizza place is always busy with normal dough orders.

-labor day - incredibly long lines - waited 45 mins and never got my order - rude staff who looks like they’ve had it with their job. - after almost an hour I asked to cancel my order and they told me to wait even more or leave and hopefully trust they’ll cancel it later. - I think the allocation of resources and poor management is holding back this blaze location which has great outdoor seating. - there was only 1 guy boxing, giving out order and finishing the garnish while 6 people made and cooked the pizzas which created sort of a bottle neck. -the people in the picture were just people waiting for mobile orders

The pizza was great. The service was off. It was very busy. Very crowded. The store was a mess. The outside dining was very messy. There was garbage literally piled up at each can. While waiting for my pizza, the server dropped a box in one of the pizzas. I like Blaze. I have eaten at the franchise in Ashville, NC. That was why I searched for this one. I enjoyed my pizza. It was delish, but this franchise either need more workers or to open another location soon.!! If you never eaten at a Blaze : you get to pick your crust, sauce and toppings. You get a great individual sized pizza custom made for you.

Don’t understand what the hype is about… very bland & average. For god sakes you are in NYC where you can easily find a great mom & pop pizza shop that tastes better!! Don’t waste ur money here. Try a local pizza shop and avoid these restaurant chains.

Very clean place with nice staff members. When I went with my friend it was my first time and the staff patient with us. Their regular pizzas are $5.95 and their build your own pizzas start at $10.25, you can even put as much toppings as you want and the price won’t change since the price depends on what kind of crust you want. They have indoor and lots of outdoor seating. I would highly recommend going here if you love pizza especially if you love to customize your pizza and see it be made in front of you but if you don’t like thin crust pizza then don’t go here.

I live a fairly strict keto lifestyle, so pizza restaurants are usually a no no for me, but I recently heard that Blaze Pizza makes a delicious Keto And Cauliflower crust. The servers were polite, patient and helpful, as It was my first time there and I had some questions about the crust and various toppings. Overall, I had a positive experience and my keto crusted pizza pie was absolutely delicious. My friend had a regular pizza pie and he was happy with his pizza too. The prices are pretty reasonable also. I give them a thumbs up .

Food itself is excellent. But if you ever need to change a delivery order, expect your call to not get answered. Like seriously, the website tells you to directly call the restaurant if you need an order changed, and the restaurant straight up offers no options for it, and if you press "place order by phone" aka 'press 2', IT AUTO HANGS UP ON YOU.

Went there to try their pizza. The store was nice and clean and the staff were nice also. Liked how you can see and pick which ingredient you want on your pizza, like making your own sub. A unique feature. The pizza goes in and comes out of oven very quickly, probably faster than many other fast food joints. The pizza tasted good, especially the sauce and veggies. It was good size for one person and it was reasonably priced. Overall, it was a nice experience for me. Also liked the fact the store closes late. Will go again.

Amazing pizza! Amazing service. The staff here is so kind. I like how they have different options with the crust like gluten free. Also they have spicy tomato sauce or pesto sauce. There were many variety of toppings to choose from. And sauces to add on top as a finishing touch. There was ample seating space. It looked very clean. The serving size of each pizza was enough for one person with a little extra left over. I can’t wait to come back!

Someone recommended this restaurant to me and i went there with my boyfriend cuz I am very picky eater the min I worked in there i saw a lots of things that shocked me cross contamination touching meats cheese money with the same gloves wiping the counter and using the same gloves to handle the food the cookies were in the tray open close to the floor and one of the girl was sweeping the floor with out even covering the cookies the salad was nasty and slimy . Try their cauliflower pizza, it's the best. I have had regular pizza crust at Blaze since I've tried the cauliflower crust. You don't regret it! All fresh veggies for your toppings. Sometimes they cook the cauliflower pizza too long making the crust to hard so just remind them to not over cook your crust. Otherwise, best pizza ever!

I ordered on Uber eats pick up for a vegan pizza and vegan cheese bread. When my boyfriend went to pick it up he made sure to double check with worker that they ensured the order was all vegan which they brushed him off and said they followed the order. Long story short they mixed up the cheese bread with my boyfriend who is not vegan. If you are going to have vegan options on the menu you should slow down and make sure you fulfill the order correctly.

The pizza itself is not bad. However, the service is extremely slow. They have only two machine to flatten the pizza doe and both employee seems to have no interest to work at all. The line has grown longer and longer and the manager seems to have no power over the slow employee. In addition, my garlic knots were burn..twice. where they have the pizza oven and the prep table is obvious work hazard. eventually the preparer will get Burn whenever they bring the pizza over. OSHA hazard !!!

Build your own pizza is the best way here. Choose any amount of toppings, include any sauce of your choice, the Garlic Pesto sauce is awesome which is great on the Cauliflower crust. So, have what u like. U will always make it your way which always comes out the best. The service is top notch & they're always friendly. They always make me feel completely satisfied.

Treating myself to an 11 inch keto crust pie. Two toppings and Xtra cheese. 17 net carbs in entire pie, allowing me to stay in Ketosis. I do this to reward myself after every 15 lbs of weight loss. Started August 1st so I'm looking forward to next pie at the end of September or early October. The crust is made from cauliflower rice and actually taste good. The mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and sausage are all fresh and typical of NYC pizza. With diet coke it was about $15.

As a native New Yorker and pizza enthusiast it's a really good alternative to pizzeria style pizza. Love the fact that they have vegan cheese and soyrizo because sometimes I want more than just veggies on my pizza. The crust was cooked to perfection, not quite a thin crust. Toppings were evenly distributed on the pizza and the BYO 11-inch pizza while unlimited toppings for a little over ten dollars is awesome! Ordered via Ubereats so I can only speak on that experience.

We went here after the movie on my friend's recommendation. They have gluten-free pizza, which she eats. I had the regular pizza, which was good. You choose your own toppings. There was a large variety of toppings. I enjoyed it.

I visited this place when they first open and ordered 5 pies for the fam. I actually like the location a lot as there is parking and this place has a outdoor sitting area. Very chilled place to hang out. I love you can custom order/make your own pizza like subway style. Very great stuff. ingredients are fresh and pizza is made with structure. I would consider this a chilled place to hang out and eat pizza. Recommend. Vibe is excellent. very lively.

The pizza was really good, but they mainly make individual pizzas. No quick to go slices. The only thing I did not like was that there is no tip option at checkout. The employees were nice and I know it’s going to get hot working there in the summer. Idk why they don’t offer a tip option, but if the owner is reading this you should add it. At least a little tip box if you don’t feel like doing it through cards.

My family and I frequent blaze, they have reasonably priced pizza and you can load up on toppings. Delicious and very friendly staff. They can do a better job of keeping the table and floors clean and garbage empty. The atmosphere is questionable. The other day in the middle of August a trio came in with ski masks on…super shady area and we felt unsafe.

Went on 3/14. The staff is very quick and efficient. They are extremely patient and friendly too! It was my first time being there, and I was so confused about how the toppings work, but luckily, I had a friendly staff member guide me through the process. I was a little stoned since I just got out of the theater watching The Batman (I highly recommend that film). Blaze Pizza is amazing.

First time today. Went with ten others and sat outside. We had a very good time. The crust is extra thin, which is not bad. They ask you what you want on it. I chose cheese, red sauce, mushrooms, meatballs (very small) and pershutto (sorry about the spelling). The pie was small but I was able to finish it as were others. No one complained. Some took part home. I will eat there again.

On a keto diet, is the best keto pizza hands down, the regular pizza is also amazing, but on this special diet, I love coming here. Place was about to close but they took us in anyway, the girl making the pizza was kind and helpful and made a wonderful pizza. Then Chris the manager cooked our pizza perfect and was a pleasure to talk with while our pizza was in the oven. Thanks Guys!

Really worth it! I got a whole small pie of regular pizza for 7$ and it fills you up. They have other options like adding a topping or more and it’s not too crazy. I love the build your own concept. It’s not a long wait and it’s served hot and delicious!!

One of the freshest & customizable pizza I had at this joint. Best part is my friend is vegan & I was able to order pizza with vegan cheese & varieties of veggies as toppings on it. I had the BBQ chicken pizza... and it was delicious! The banana peppers, red onions, and gorgonzola (Italian blue cheese) combines so well with what is normally served in BBQ chicken pizza. I wasn't in the mood to build my own pie like it was Subways restaurant but I may try it next time. Price is reasonable; comparably, the pie is about the size of 2.5 slices.

The vegan option here at Blaze Pizza does not disappoint. I’ve been frequenting this pizza parlor since its inception almost five years ago and I’ll continue to do so for years to come.

Got the BBQ signature Pizza and Garlic Pesto Cheesy Bread both were very good. Normal pie is a personal pie so it serves 1-2 people. Red sauce is just normal red sauce but is a must with Cheesy Bread. The food was very good and fresh. Definately reccommend getting their Blood Orange Lemonade. Alot of personal choice in how much you want of each topping.

The pizza was great. The crust a little thin but enough for me. Everything made fresh. Only slight problem was the person who took our order. I think her name was Christine . We got uncomfortable as she was taking our order. She should smile more and be friendly. Didn't order more because I wanted to move on from her. Other than that...good experience

Amazing pizza !! First time going this week and I’ve already been back 3 times !! Friendly staff they are so nice definitely recommend if you’re looking for something better than your normal pizza spot plus unlimited toppings at no extra cost CANT go wrong with that !!

Staff seems a bit disorganized, but it is a new and busy place. Really like the options they have for their pizzas. Everything up to the crusts, cheese, sauce, and toppings are customizable. Price is good too and it will probably fill you up if you get enough toppings. Decor is moderny looking and place is usually full.

staff are incredibly unprofessional. constantly talking to other employees. everytime i go i also feel like they are constantly new hires working and they are very slow at doing their job. food typically takes around 10 minutes which is not horrible but could be faster if employees weren’t constantly chatting

The staff is amazing and really nice. The pizza is lacking from a flavor standpoint its just not that great and maybe a little under cooked. The outside seating was filthy and there was not a clean table to be found. The garbage was piling up and not a healthy place to sit down for a bite.

First time at blaze pizza and let me just say their customer service is amazing!! Everyone is very kind and friendly. I went with the cauliflower crust and tried making it chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious!! Definitely coming back to try the keto crust

I've loved Blaze since I started going in 2017 in Long Island. Once I found out there was one in Queens, I was hype. I wish there were more locations!

Very good pizza over-all - Love the topping choices and quality, great roasted garlic. The crust is good, not the absolute, best I've ever had, and the red sauce seems a little acidic / sour. I would give it a 4.2 out of 5, and definitely recommend it!

A very nice environment, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pizza is excellent, you can choose whatever toppings you want for no extra charge if you get the build your own pizza. It is cooked so fast which makes it very convenient!

Very good pizza, but sometimes they don’t do it correctly. Like today I order a pizza to go but they cooked to fast. When I got home and start eat it the dough was still raw. They must pay more attention to this things.

This place is so neat and clean. Their deal for $ 10.45 and unlimited toppings is my favorite! The veggies used in pizza are fresh and nicely grilled. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.

The wait was long to order, but for chain pizza, this is great quality and taste. Maybe I'll go back to try some other stuff, but it's not as good as Brothers down the block for a slice.

The staff was super friendly, they address you by your first name. The line went pretty quick and all the food looks very fresh. Also, and the food was delicious!

Ordered my pizza 40 mins ahead of time and my order was missed and all messed up. Noone even apologized. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated.

Delicious pizza that is made and baked right in front of you. Pizzas are personal pans but you can also order half a pan if it’s too much. Great place.
