I came to Dubai for my honeymoon for a couple of weeks and wanted to rent a car for the trip. Booking with Bling made the entire process smooth, affordable and really nice! I’m originally from Canada and honestly the service in Dubai for car rentals was so much better than anything I’ve ever experienced. I spoke to them online via Whatsapp and they were super responsive. I mean I would send a message any time of the day and get a response (even at like 2am!). They told me that approximately 5 days before I come, I should message them to find a car and see what they have in inventory. Although, they have so much that it’s really unlikely you won’t find something you’re looking for. I got a Maserati Ghisli 2023 and it was as great as I expected. The car was in pristine condition and was a joy to ride around Dubai. The price was extremely reasonable. A car like this in North America would be at least 3x more expensive. The service was very honest too. They ask for a deposit as well, but it really makes sense. In Dubai, the roads are FILLED with cameras and radars. It’s so easy to get a ticket anywhere and anytime. I was super cautious and still got one for crossing a line on a highway when I was merging that wasn’t supposed to be crossed in that area. Anyways, you get the deposit 30 days later after you return the car which also make sense because the speeding tickets take approximately 28 days to come up in the system. Anyways, I will most certainly rent from them again. It was super easy - we just agreed over everything through WhatsApp, and they are so flexible with bringing you the car wherever and whenever you need it. The price is very reasonable and it was overall a very professional, comfortable, enjoyable experience. Thank you and I will be back!

I am a very frequent traveler to Dubai and I became a regular customer of Bling Car Rental. I have never experienced a better customer experience with any other car rental company, and I come to Dubai since 2007 !! The choice of cars are great, they are in perfect conditions, always clean, the prices are always market competitive and moreover, the customer service is the best you can get in Dubai. I nearly never post any comment on Google but the perfect service of this company made me do it. You get the car of your choice at the place of your choice, the car is delivered right on the time that was fixed between you and the company without any delay and without any (bad) surprise. My last experience was not longer ago than last month: I had a tire puncture while driving and I just called them and shared my location. They directly came on the spot within 1 hour and fixed it while I was shopping. Last remark: It's the owner himself who deals with almost every customer. I was lucky to rent a car from this company, after long time spent doing research and reading reviews. The service provided to me was fantastic. I have rented BMW 5 series (M5 kit) for a week. The car was delivered on time to the hotel I stayed at, the gentlemen who brought me the car were extremely polite and professionals. Moreover, Mr Shahmeer whom I’ve been communicating with throughout the rent and before that is a great person. 24/7 support made my vacation amazing and joyful. I am looking forward to come back and rent another car from these company. I personally know several people who rented a car from these guys, all of them have positive experience. In addition, the most important thing is that Bling Car Rental returned my deposit at the day they promised, which is, unfortunately, uncommon for the majority of other car rentals. We've had a great experience at Bling Car Rental. Service is above expected, because everything is handled in a very transparant way. You get a very detailed and ellaborate damage report before and after you hire the car, including video's of how the car looks on beforehand so there is zero chances for error for both bling and the user of the car. Pricing is very reasonable if you compare it to the competitors, but the cars are very much on point. On top of that, Shahmeer is a very good host and is very fast and direct when communicating. He always tried to solve our questions and was flexible where possible. Although i had to ask for the refund of our deposit myself (which took over 2 months), i got it back eventually. I would definitely recommend Bling Car Rental to others and use it myself in the future.

Had an absolutely excellent experience with Bling Car Rental - I read reviews prior to booking and felt confident going in but I really felt like they lived up to their reputation. I was able to pick the car up outside of normal working hours and whatsapp communication was pleasant and easy. I ended up renting the BMW430 kitted out as an M4. The car was super fun to drive, had a great sound, and was in pretty good shape. Drove through all 7 emirates over about a week with it without a single issue. Have already recommended Bling to friends. Pricing was competitive and deposit was returned on time. 5 Star rating for Bling! Honestly when you are on holiday especially Dubai with so many car rental companies you dont know who to trust! With previous bad experience Bling totally flipped the experience. From the booking point to receiving car everything was super smooth. They are priced fairly as I compared with other companies in Dubai and they offered the best rates. Car was delivered super clean with a full tank. The very main one is the return of deposit 30 days later was returned back instantly deducting the tolls which was great to see how quick they refunded it and kept me updated. I had the pleasure to rent for a long term a BMW 430 convertible and I have been impressed by the quality of the car and, most of all, the customer care, the attention, the care for the costumer that Bling Car Rental has. During my 3 years of living in Dubai I had many opportunities to deal with car dealers, and often they propose “ shady “ agreements , they re no correct or they charge extra stuff with silly excuse. With Bling Car this is not gonna happen: the rules are clear since the beginning, the customer care is very precise and always read to help. Rented a car from this rental company in Dubai in October. This was not my first time in Dubai. I have rented a car from other companies before. But this rental company has honestly stolen my heart. Would definitely recommend renting from Bling Car Rental, As a continual traveller to Dubai I have rented from various other firms and none come close to this company. Owner is a friendly person who treats you with the utmost courtesy. The car I originally requested wasn't available for my required dates and the owner offered an alternative which was the Mercedes Benz E300 and even price matched it to the original requested car. Car handover and paperwork were all done from my apartment. Car was clean and delivered with a full tank of fuel. Deposit was returned in the time stated.

Amazing experience. The best car rental in Dubai. Car was in good condition. We were group of 5 people staying in Dubai for 10 days but arrived in Abu Dhabi airport, so Bling rental send the car to Abu Dhabi to pick us up for an low fee! Also the security deposit was fully refunded as promised which not many car rental companies do!!!
