If I could give zero stars I would. Think twice before booking Bloom at Jaipur. Honest feedback from Dec 2023 stay as below: My friend and I booked the Bloom Boutique Hotel in Jaipur on Agoda and we had the displeasure of staying in the property in the beginning of Dec 2023 for 3 nights, and it was a complete nightmare from pre arrival to us leaving early after two nights for another hotel. The first incident was before I arrived and requested for Airport Pickup not once but twice 7-10 days before arrival. Both times with a chaser, I did not get a response from them. They completely ignored the Airport Pickup request. Service: The service at Bloom was shockingly inadequate. Requests for simple amenities took an eternity to fulfill, and even then, the staff appeared bothered by the simplest of tasks. There was a notable lack of responsiveness to guest needs, making the stay incredibly frustrating. Attitude: The attitude of the staff was nothing short of appalling. They exuded an air of superiority and indifference towards guests. It seemed like they had no interest in ensuring a pleasant stay and were visibly irritated when approached for assistance. Their attitude projected an unwelcoming aura throughout the hotel. People: The individuals representing this hotel were the epitome of unprofessionalism. They lacked the basic courtesy one would expect in the hospitality industry. Instead of creating a warm and hospitable environment, they made guests feel like a burden. Their dismissive behavior was consistent across all interactions, leaving a sour taste throughout the stay. From the front desk to the travel desk to the outsourced driver of a day trip, the lack of hospitality was evident. This hotel's staff seemed to have missed the memo on how to treat paying guests with respect and courtesy. Front Desk - Receptionist took 45 mins to check us in, we kept checking the status but he kept saying 2 more mins multiple times, it became a 45 mins wait. This time could have been better utilized. There was no water or tea or introduction to the hotel while we were waiting, not even seats were offered. Travel Desk – This dude, Raj is the biggest problem of the stay. Do not book anything with him!!! He quotes transport out of the hotel on his own whim and even has his friend beside him the whole journey to airport and reprimanded us for “disturbing his chill time with his friend”. Extremely unprofessional. This was for a last minute transport request to airport to pick up my delayed luggage. When we told him we would like to drop at the roadside to make our way to the airport ourselves, he then said it is his job to send us to the airport. We paid a huge amount for this ride, for him to have his friend disturbing us by teasing inappropriately the whole journey. “Why are you not talking? / Are you angry? / Why wouldn’t your smile at us?” The above left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe with the Bloom Hotel and Travel Desk and we moved on to book another hotel for our 3rd night in Jaipur. The Outsourced Driver has a bad attitude and sends us to two surprise stops (Block Painting and Gems Shop) we did not request for and make black faces the whole day with our small requests and polite asks. Location - Bloom is located in a residential area that happened to be near Hawal Mahal via walking. It is not a good and safe neighbourhood to be in. It was a disappointing and disheartening experience that tainted the entire trip to Jaipur. Overall, this hotel's service, attitude, and the people running it are a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere if they value even a shred of respect and decent service.

BE WARNED!! If you are looking for the bare minimum (a bed to sleep on and take a shower), then proceed on booking with caution. This is not a place for a comfortable stay. We had a really disappointing experience. I’m rating Bloom 1-star for the following reasons. 1-Star Service: Unfriendly hospitality staff period. Front desk only has one counter and staff, when multiple groups of guests could be arriving or leaving at peak hours. Even if this was expected of a boutique hotel, the blatant rudeness and unfriendliness of the staff was a complete turn off. In addition, there was only a single travel desk and staff Rajat (Raj) mending it. He made us feel beyond uncomfortable due to an unfortunate incident which we had to book a ride service with him at the last minute. 1-Star Location: If this is your first time in Jaipur, do not be fooled by the convenience of a walk or so it seems on the map of attractions like the Hawa Mahal or City Palace. Bloom is situated in a largely residential area, where it can feel quite unsafe at night time. Also, it is challenging to get Ubers to outside locations unless you request the ride from Hawa Mahal (Uber app does not detect Bloom as an official pick up location). 1-Star Rooms: Floors are dusty, only with minimal amenities and only slightly sound proofed. We could hear the opening of doors from our room. There’s also quite a bit of traffic if your room faces the Main Street. Overall, this hotel has much to improve, especially in terms of service - it was a total let down. We highly recommend you to think twice before booking your stay here.

We visited the so called chelon ki haveli- bloom boutique during the first week of march and had a very bad experience staying there. We had a reservation for 3 days for the "palace suite" and checked out only in 1 day. The following are the reasons:1. The room was very different from what's shown in the pictures since both their palace suites are not same and only one room is shown in the pictures. Within the room, there were unwanted small scary rooms where they placed another bed and it was totally useless. There was also water seepage on the wall of one of the scary rooms. 2. The bathroom is tiny compared to the pictures and with a yukk and unhygienic shower curtain instead of a glass shower panel as shown. In the pictures. 3. The location of the hotel is in the old town and you can hear the hawkers shouting on the street in the room even when the windows are closed. Windows are not soundproof. There are goats roaming on the entrance steps of the palace and the smell on the approach street is that of an unclean city area and dumpyard. 4. Floor of the rooms is a very unpolished marble and it always felt dusty to walk on barefoot. Even an outhouse would be better then this room Everything about it killed our holiday mood and we had to immediatly make a reservation in a good hotel to save our holiday. The photos on their website are good but the whole FEEL factor was totally missing from the mentioned palace experience. Also no refund or any form of credit points were given because as per them we were making a last minute cancellation but if was only after staying for half a day we realised the place is completely trashy. I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review before, but I feel like I need to warm foreigners not to come to this hotel that openly steals from guests. On my first morning my bill for the breakfast showed an extra item added. I asked the waiter about it who explained it was a “computer system error” and it could be removed at lunch. Not accusing him of anything but familiar with these kinds of waiters’ tricks, I kindly explained I wouldn’t be having lunch at the hotel. He just kind of shrugged like “not my problem”. Figuring it was above his pay grade, I went by the front desk and asked about the charge. The receptionist said he would handle it. The next day I ask him about it again and he said it’s taken care of. On my last day I check out from the reception and they give me the balance for the meals, which includes the original charge. The same receptionist who had supposedly fixed the issue told me that now there was nothing that could be done, and no refund could be given for the item due to a “computer system error”. And that was it, no other solutions, no number to call, nothing. No effort or even apology. As a westerner traveling India for months, you expect the constant hustling and scamming from taxi drivers and tour guides. But you expect when you are staying at a nicer accommodation to find solace from all that. Unfortunately the staff at this hotel will look at you and see dollar signs, then unapologetically and openly rip you off. Look elsewhere, friends.

If you are looking for an off beat experience of staying in a traditional "Haveli" right in the center of old Jaipur city then Chelon Haveli is for you. We opted for a double room with an extra bed which made the already small room even more cramped I wish they had warned us ahead. The toiletries are available on demand and not placed in the bathroom. There's a QR code to order the same which sounds fancy but finally you have to chase down the staff to get it. Bathroom is clean and hot/cold water is available at all times. The mattress in our room (don't know if they're all the same) was awful- I'd say the most disappointing thing in the room. I just sank into the bed woke up with a backache every morning. Time to replace the mattress. The breakfast buffet is basic but sufficient: idli& sambar (for the very adventurous) and north indian fare like Puri-bhaji or poha. Cereal, bread, fruits, coffee/tea. Wifi is decent. The travel desk seems outsourced and the guy approached me as soon as we walked in for local taxi etc. but didn't follow up the next day by which time we made alternate arrangements. All in all it's a good place to stay if you're just looking for a centrally located place that's walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The price of rooms are a tad bit high for the type of experience we had.

The whole Bloom branding gets in the way of a genuine good service and is frankly unnecessary. Do you want to chat with a Bloom app? I certainly don’t. We had a great room but the bed was not level. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The breakfast can be a bit stale depending on the number of guests. staying but the cook is very friendly and helpfulThe travel desk managed to organise a very decent driver on short notice. On the other hand the front desk couldn’t even call me a taxi! We had to fill out all the typical checkin forms ourselves rather than just signing, which was the only time we on our trip this happened to us. Standing mind you and without offering us a drink first! The haveli is beautifully restored but the neighbourhood is quite a dump with rats running the streets. All in all I would look for another place the next time I’d be visiting Jaipur. On the other hand I am more likely visiting other places in India avoiding Jaipur altogether.

Beautiful place to spend your vacation at. I visited with my family and friends and we absolutely loved the place. All the staff are so helpful it is beyond compare. My friend lost her stuff but the whole staff made sure we found it. Very genuine people. Loved the experience ❤️ would love to visit again..

The rooms are spacious and gorgeous. The beds are so soft and comfy you will drown in it The vintage doors give the haweli vibe. We loved the old wooden door sound it made. Filled with modern amenities and vintage, romantic feels. Must visit!

Staffs were very nice. The place is incredible. Soft bed, fantastic veg breakfast. We were treated with polite from front staffs, mr Farhan and Janak. edit : After my stay in 18 Dec. I had my flight back in 19 Dec at night, so I decided to deposit my stuffs in the hotel. when I came back to get my stuffs and called Uber to the airport. I can't explain how great I felt when the staff tried to explain the location to the driver and he was around trying to make sure we got the driver. Moreover, after our Uber left the hotel. He ran followed my car to make sure the trunk properly closed. Cheers to his service mind.

Stayed at Bloom Boutique Hotel- Chelon Haveli for 3 nights in Palace Suite and what a plesant stay it was. A newly opened property in November 2022 which gives an Old Rajasthani Haveli vibes. Location of the place is excellent as all the places are just 5-10 min of walking distance .Beautifully decorated and many insta worthy spots to click pictures! The food was homely and staff were warm and greeted us well. Special mention to Hariom Singh our Captain who told us about the hotel and locations to visit. He also helped us with transport to Agra and made our stay and travel comfortable. Aushotosh is the Manager of this property and very lively and welcoming as well. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Location 5/5 Comfort 5/5 Cleaness 5/5

New hotel. The haveli is very beautiful and much of its original character has been retained in the renovations. The location is good. It is within walking distance to the palace. The breakfasts were excellent. One teething problem is that some rooms are not properly sound proofed. There was a small hole with a grill between our room and the next, which meant that we heard everything that the couple next door said. Also, the windows of the room were not shielded from the light coming from an interior foyer. Our sleep was often disrupted.

In the month of February I spent several nights in this haveli hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the waiter who attends is very friendly and polite, I do not remember his name. The whole team at the reception is very attentive and the hotel is very clean. The location is perfect for visiting museums and palaces in this area. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Ashutosh Srivastava for the following: I forgot some silver jewelry in the room safe. They were able to retrieve them and kept them for me for a few days until I could return to Jaipur to pick them up. Thank you, if I return to Jaipur I will definitely stay there.

Worst hospitality ever. I had booked two palace suits for two nights my place suits washroom was tiny for one person and there was water logging there was no proper mirror with lighting to get ready basic needs were not met and the staff was extremely rude there was no proper hot water in one of our suits and the staff at the reception desk where rude they didn't even listen to us properly and there was NO ready for all the questions we asked. Absolutely recommended!! The staff made our stay sooo comfortable and pleasant!! The rooms are kept very clean and food is just awesome! It's a vegetarian's paradise...pure veg food. We were 2 females travelling and staying at Bloom boutique Jaipur and we must say it's an absolute safe place..location of the hotel is excellent. Special mention for manager Mr. Ashutosh Srivastava for being very very helpful and Mr. Shobhit and Mr.Dharmendra for being soo nice and serving us amazing food!! Perfect place to stay in Jaipur surrounded by Old world charm of the city steeped in culture. Hotel boasts of mpeccable attention to details and unpretentious staff. Satvic and delicious food. Bang in the center of town behind architecture marvel Hawa Mahal. Brand new boutique hotel . Absolute treasure, a gem. Even a gem has its flaws! Somethings for management to work on to make this boutique hotel , a truly outstanding one: 1. Please provide heaters in rooms especially during winter season rooms get uncomfortably cold to sleep at night. 2. Please provide heaters in dining area as it’s open to sky and gets cold during breakfast times.

It is located in walkable distance to City Palace and Hawa Mahal. The rooms are spacious and the touch of haveli is well integrated with modren amenities. The breakfast spread is great. The chef Ravi Sharma ji cooks delicious meals for in room dining. The two courtyards in haveli gives great look to hotel. Manager Asitosh assisted us well and made our stay very comfortable. The staff are quite helpful.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren auch gut. Das Problem. Das Hotel hat keinen guten Standort. Es war Nachts (2 Nächte) extrem laut und ich hatte keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Es war gegen 3:30Uhr so laut als ob Schüsse über mehrere Minuten (15-20min) gefallen sind, sodass ich am nächsten morgen sehr gestresst aufgewacht bin. Sehr hellhörige Wände. Dauerhaftes Gebell der Hunde (nachts). Schade. Ansonsten war das Hotel eine gute Erfahrung

Very convenient location to City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal. Accessible by car or taxi. Beautifully restored haveli originally owned by one of the nine jewels of the court. Staff attentive and obliging. Rooms arranged a courtyard. Doors are original, 290 years old so it can be noisy as guests arrive and depart. Music from the temple next door can be annoying. Otherwise a very interesting place to stay.

I’m a constant solo traveller who is a huge fan of bloom rooms and this property in Jaipur is relatively new and a beautiful one. Loved the rooms and the food. Only hick up was with the front desk who could not resolve a booking issue I had to face and kind of treated me more like an enemy than a guest. However the customer care helpline was reassuring and warm and really helped me out. Humble request is to treat all your guests equally irrespective of the country since this is more of a tourist targeted property of bloom rooms in Jaipur. Looking forward to visiting again.

One must stay at Bloom Boutique when in Jaipur. It is located at the centre from where the main attractions of Jaipur like City Palace , Jantar Mantar are just 5 mins walk. Their staff is also very polite and helpful specially Dharmendra and Shobhit. Excellent food ever I had in Jaipur !! Breakfast is also awesome and tasty!! All the facilities are given and rooms are huge and clean. Their manager Mr Ashutosh is also very polite and helpful !! A must stay when in Jaipur.

Great location a few steps away from Jaipur city palace. Service is excellent, from nice and resourceful people. They went the extra mile to find us a driver for a trip to Agra and an excellent spice boutique in one of the bazaars. Their reception and cuisine have a sense for careful service. Especially enjoyable: breakfast with a mix of continental and Indian options. Special thanks to Hariom Singh, Atul, Rahul and Akshit.

The property is located on the Hawa Mehal road. It is bang opposite the city palace. Inside the hotel it is neat, tidy and provides a boutique experience. The staff is sweet and provides a welcoming experience. The hotel does not offer a secure parking, the food is only vegetarian, and the road area outside the hotel is dirty and smelly.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel with accessibility to all the main attractions. The food there was just excellent. And views from rooftop is breathtaking. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Overall an amazingly run hotel. The only downside is you can hear noise from neighbouring building during the daytime.

Very nice place to stay as it's only walking distance from main tourist attractions at Jaipur like Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Rooms are quite unique and you will definitely get a different experience staying here. Breakfast was also very good with some good food options. Mr Hariom Singh Captain at the cafe was very nice to serve the foods. All other staffs were also very helpful. Very much recommended..

This is a relatively new hotel so all the furniture and fixtures are all clean and new. My favourite aspect of the hotel was the rooftop and the lively charismatic courtyards. The property is very well located near the City Palace and the staff are friendly and helpful. We could block out the inevitable evening noise with the air conditioner fan. Didn’t really need the AC but when we used it it worked well. They tried hard with the breakfast foods and the Chai was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay in heritage property Hotel is big and beautiful. Staff helpfull and friendly. The room and jain food is good.. Its pure vegetarian egg free property.. I would recommend to all my friends . Breakfast was so good. The chef Ravi was very helpful 100/100

We came to Jaipur for 3 days without any understanding of how beautiful local vibes are. Thanks a lot to a person Rajat, who proposed us a good solution for what we shall visit first and who arranged such a comfortable trip for us. Car was comfortable and with a/c, guide was a polite person and highly educated about the localculture (with quite a complicated name, so we forgot it already). We enjoyed – 5 stars

Echt een goeie hotel met een heerlijk bed. Ze geven zelfs garantie ervoor dat de bedden in de wolken experience geven en dat doen ze zeker. Plus de personeel is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede locatie dus vlakbij city palace en centrum. Mooi mooi En voor de tours heb je een vriendelijke man, Raju die je overal kan brengen en helpen voor een heel goeie prijs. Hij hoort bij het hotel.

Inconvenience location if you are an Uber user. Uber dose not pick up from this hotel. You always have to walk to some pick up point. Don’t stay if you leave early in the morning. Hotel doesn’t arrange a taxi. Instead, we had to ask the hotel’s travel argent. He charged 1000 rupees to the rail station where Uber would be 150 rupees. Actually first of all he said 1200 rupees!!! Hotel stuff can’t communicate in English well. Bathroom stinks!!!!!!

Excellent restored haveli. The courtyard looks small but is deceptive as the rooms are quite large. The Palace Suite is great for families. Location is terrific, 3 minutes walking from Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, City Palace. Only hitch is overpriced breakfast but there are lots of options nearby.

Beautiful old haveli recently restored & efficiently managed by Bloom Group of hotels. The food Menu is limited & veg only. 5 stars for location as it's located right in the heart of the Old City within walking distance of City Palace Museum & Hawa Mahal.

We had a great stay at Bloom Boutique. The rooms and staff were outstanding but the highlight of our stay was the day tour organized by Rajat at the travel desk and his tour guide. They helped us make the most of our stay in Jaipur. A 5 star experience!

Great stay at the Bloom hotel! Very comfortable bed with hot showers. The hotel is beautiful and looks recently refurbished. It really does feel like an oasis in the middle of the city and has a great location if your looking to explore for a few days. Big thank you to HARIOM SINGH - Captain, for all of the help packing up a gift I’m taking home and for the great service at breakfast!

I opted for this property for my business trip for 3 nights. It was an awesome stay. Courteous staff. Blooms never disappoint They converted a haweli to hotel only 2 months ago and did their best to maintain the authentic feel with needed modern amenities. Food was also good.

We loved our stay here, the room was lovely. The food was excellent. I would recommend trying the plain lassi, it was perfect. The only negativ Thing was, that the bathroom was smelling really Bad. As we could Close the door, that was Not a big issue.

Beautiful and centrally located hotel. Staff is extremely accommodating. Also very convenient restaurant located in the hotel with an excellent complimentary breakfast. Hariom Singh who works at the restaurant was very helpful and kind!

Very small room. Room gets flooded when u take bath in the attached bathroom. Breakfast also was of very poor quality. Altogether very bad experience.

No direct phone number for the hotel. No way of contacting them. The operator for the whole hotel group first did not pick up, then supposedly transferred to the Jaipur hotel, but the line fell. A disaster.

Great stay, staff made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond for my partners Birthday. Rooms are great size and very clean, with housekeeping every day. Great breakfast for an additional charge.

하와마할 도보로 이동가능한 중심부에 위치하고 있어 좋긴한데..방도 깨끗하긴 한데..내가 묵은 방이 그런거겠지만 어디 옥탑방 같은 옥상에다가 방을 줬는데 바닥이 그냥 시멘트 바닥에 물은 졸졸졸 이건 뭐 그렇다고 치고 뭐라고 말해야 되나 암튼 방은 방인데 방같지가 않음 원래 그냥 옥상이었는데 방으로 불법개조한거 같음..
