At first, their delivery times lots was actually full on that day. I have no choice and tried my luck to call them for a help. After some negotiation, finally they were able to send my order. Thanks person in charge--Mr. Chin for being able to make my special cascading request. I found out them from 'nearby me' florist shops. They have a wide range of flowers and design. If you want to request some special servics such as writing wishes and other add on service, they are willing to help so. Flower delivery was arranged professionally. Delivery status was being notified via WhatsApp which was convenient for me to trace my order. Overall I am very satisfied with Bloom.com.my service. Looking forward for next visit. Living abroad, it is not easy to get deliveries for family & friends locally in Malaysia. I stumbled upon Bloom.com.my when I was looking for a florist to send flowers to my mom a few years ago for Mother’s Day & ever since, I truly appreciate their service to send every year. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THESE SHOP, especially ballon product. I was received my flower stand attached with ballon , just right after 20min my ballon was burst for no reason and today is not hot weather day. After reflect the situation to the person in charge of the shop and I received a disappointed comment no compensation no action taken from the shop. Imagine how embarrassed the situation was, suppose the flower stand is a congratulate for shop opening. Although the burst ballon is only cost RM20 , but their after sales service is really bad and how the shop handle such situation improvement is needed in future. Lastly, I would not recommend to my friends and family for these shop.

I had an awesome experience ordering through Bloom.com.my. I am a Malaysian - who is stuck in Singapore so I am not able to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom and grandma. I had a smooth process in getting the flowers - they followed with me very fast to ensure the payment and also actually read the comments on delivery time. They received it today and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. I love the flowers myself from what I can. Coincidentally found the flower shop on google~ bloom.com.my. Direct enquire the shop regarding the price and availability as my younger sister’s birthday is within the next few days. There are variety choices of flower bouquet. Anyhow, the staff was patiently response to every question. They able to fulfill the urgent request and make the delivery on time. The flower bouquet is just perfect and beautiful with reasonable price. We are so satisfied with the service. They really could not have been any better, you are incredible! Received a very small hand bouquet from my bf yesterday for the valentines celebration. I was abit disappointed and I thought he was cut out the budget compare to last year. The wrapping is nice. But the roses are very very small, for me this bouquet only worth for 100++, until today morning I search from the website, 360??? Hello, I know this is a good time for you to make money, but please, don’t think we are stupid, I have buy pink roses from other flower shop too, yours the sizes is really small and I think is not even full bloom.

Super disappointed with my order, think twice before you order from this florist! Was told that my delivery is out of the standard delivery area. So the production and delivery will be done by the nearest affiliated florists to the recipient's address, with the promise "the value of the products are equivalent to items ordered". But look at what I ordered vs what I received, big different! If you think you or your affiliated florist cannot fulfill the order, I would rather you initiate a refund instead!

I bought a beautiful basket for my the grieving family of a good friend. Even though I’m in Australia and they’re in Malaysia, the basket was exactly as I wanted. The staff were attentive and compassionate; they even added items they didn’t have in stock because they understood how important it was that the basket had items for every family member. ordered a condolence wreath at night from the website during Covid-19 Movement Controlled Order... it was delivered during the first half of the next day straight to the recipient. flowers arrangement are lovely and pricing to me is relatively reasonable, instructions on the purchasing website is clear and considerate for us who wish to send our love afar. thank you so much for reaching out to update me with pictures, it meant a lot especially we can't travel at the moment.

We ordered a fruit & flowers basket to be delivered to a very dear family friend at Pantai hospital. We ordered before 2pm on 20th May and the basket was promptly delivered the following noon. Although the design and flowers were different from the picture (we were informed before that the imported flowers are limited due to MCO) we were nicely surprised by the brightly pink basket and the cheerful design which our friend loved. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommended! - I live in Canada and wanted to surprise a friend in KL, Malaysia. I’d never used their service before, and I couldn’t be happier! They were both friendly and professional, and contacted me directly when they didn’t have the flowers I initially asked for - the bouquet they supplemented was even more beautiful than the one I had originally chosen. It was delivered on time, and my friend loved them!

I ordered condolence wreath but wasn’t sure if it was delivered like they said it was, so I requested a follow up and they not only delivered it but also offered to help ensure recipient received it by contacting them through WhatsApp. During tough times of sorrow, their value added service and updating me every step of the way on request was amazing and much appreciated. This is not the typical florist shop where you can come and pick your flowers so don’t bother visiting. It was an unwelcoming experience for me as i was told to refer everything online and i was not allowed to wait there, understandably it is covid period. In the end, i am not satisfied with the flowers as it doesn’t look like in the catalogue and i’m thinking of not even gifting this anymore.

I placed a last minute order (10.30am) to be delivered to an event between 10am -12pm which initially was agreed to be delivered by 6pm and to my surprise it was delivered with a slight 10-15 mins delay at 12.45pm.The way they prioritize the customer's request is truly applaudable. Website easy to use, choose your flower, and bloom will arrange the flowers similar to the photo. Specify how many stalk of flowers you want... Flowers are fresh, and lovely. Delivery service is reliable and smooth. This is not my first time using their service, and ive no reason to change my flower provider! Excellent service, premium flowers!

Bloom has an amazing selection of gifts (and lots of add-ons too), but my favourite thing about them is their customer service. Prompt replies, and so quick to rectify any issues (the issue was at my end, I gave them the wrong delivery date, and they had no problem changing it for me ASAP). I would 100% shop with them again in the future!

I have ordered urgent same day delivery from overseas a couple of times and Bloom has THE absolute best and efficient service albeit the time difference! Placed an order the day before around 6pm and got the flower delivered next day as promised. The flower arrangement was exactly the same as the image on their website. Communication was smooth through WhatsApp and they took a picture of the delivery and sent it to me as per my request. A truly satisfied customer!
