I placed an order over the phone for a floral arrangement for my daughter after looking at the website. I did it over he phone to avoid problems and errors and to make sure the directions were acknowledged. My daughter does not like coloured flowers and she only likes white vases. So I made sure I ordered everything in white to be delivered to my house to deliver them to my daughter myself on her bday first thing the next day. The order arrived to my house on time, a very colourful bouquet in a RED vase! Exactly what I DID NOT want!! I contacted the company by email that night and first thing in the morning next day (the day of the birthday). I asked for a solution to the problem right away or the birthday would pass with no flowers. They told me management was “investigating” and they asked for photos which I sent, no response. After calling insistently they sent me a dismissive email saying “we consistently make an effort to follow our customers’ directions, but owing to large volumes and short notices (like that is the customer’s problem), we cant always guarantee it . Therefore we have a substitution policy”, lol what a joke. But wait…, the jokes continued, they ended the email with: “please note that your business is very essential to our company and we look forward to making your future orders a better experience” (clearly admitting it was a bad experience). See the photos of the white flowers I purchased and the photo of the colourful flowers I got, you be the judge. I ended having to buy a second floral arrangement from another business where they know what they are doing and respect their customers. I guess my loss, Bloomex’s gain! If you really care about the people receiving the kind of flowers they like take your business elsewhere, there are several other companies that care about your order and will handle it professionally without hassle and which in the event of problems they will offer you solutions, unlike Bloomex. Read the other reviews they say it all. The only 1 star I gave is for the delivery company that delivered the wrong order, the delivery co did their part.

I regret I didn’t read the reviews before dealing with Bloomex. I can't remember when I experienced such terrible service. I ordered Roses & Wine Collection VI for my wife’s birthday. It costs more than 200 Canadian dollars, but surprisingly, I have been charged in US dollars, which increases the total amount to almost 300 dollars. And the reason was that I used an international card for the payment. Of course, there were no warnings about it. Later on, I found it in a policy slightly mentioned. Indeed, I “truly believe” that clients usually try to find and read policies before ordering flowers. Anyway, I can live with that, but I expected that at least the order would be done well. Eventually, the flowers were delivered almost in time but without the box of chocolates and with greeting card text poorly printed. Really?? That issue with partially invisible text was reported by clients a few weeks ago, and Bloomex cannot fix their printer?! When we contacted customer support regarding the incomplete delivery, they asked us to prove that by sending a picture of the delivery. It sounds like a kind of stupid joke. Finally, Bloomex declared that everything was OK with the order, and the problem was on our side, but they would refund the chocolate cost. I don’t know what the chocolates cost, but Bloomex refunded $9. So Bloomex charged more than the actual price was, didn’t deliver the entire order and with expected quality and blew the problem with the penny's worth of chocolates out of all proportion!.. This kind of service is supposed to bring joy to special occasions, but instead, they deliver disappointment and a bad mood. They shouldn’t be in this business.

If it wasn't for the Customer Service Representative his name is Victory. I would never ever again order nothing again from Bloomex nor my sister, friends, colleagues. VICTORY... he made things right. He corrected my relationship with Bloomex. Ordered floral bouquets for my ailing Mom and my sister who is her caregiver Bloomex never delivered... and even had some odd phone number on file.I gave advice to Victor how easy it is for Bloomex to track my number through my sister who always sends me flowers and they have my number on file through her orders to me. If it was me... Bloomex needs to make things right for VIctory who's service was exemplary. Going forward, I advise Bloomex to move this Gentleman into a Management position and reward this outstanding employee substantially. He is proof that one great employee can help save a companies reputation. That's gold. I will give Bloomex another chance... only because of Victory's outstanding service. He took a lose to a win. I wish everyone had an employee like him. This post can't be more pure and true. Good people DO exist... in the weeds there does exist a beautiful flower. I pray the CEO of Bloomex reviews my post. WORST FLOWERS EVER! i ordered the white flower arrangement and were sent CUT FLOWERS5 yellow roses and mums $ 98.00 Contacted Bloomex and provided pictures of the arrangements that I ordered vs what I received. They responded a week later saying that what I received is in line with their policies!?! Are you serious? WHAT A JOKE! They then offered me a $20 credit which they can shove where the sun don't shine. I will NEVER order from Bloomex again. And don't bother trying to actually speak with a manager because you'll be given every excuse as to the why they can't call you and you basically only get to email your concerns and hope they respond. Oct 18, 2023 Edit to the above post I did go directly to 1100 Main Street spoke with Leslie she did up a basket (at her own expense) for me to make up for the flowers I received vs what I ordered.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. I called to confirm that the flower arrangements would be delivered before 5pm on the day of my mother’s funeral and they never arrived. I was left feeling very frustrated since all the customer representative can tell me is that they are investigating it and there is nothing else he can do. I would never order from this company again. I would highly suggest ordering your flowers from somewhere else. We had to buy flowers from a different store 45 minutes before the funeral service just to have flowers for my mom’s funeral since we had no flower arrangements at all. Save yourself from the stress. Don’t order from this company.

I attended the funeral of a family friend today. The family ordered $700 worth of flowers from Bloomex. They were paid for but never delivered. When a family member called to follow up, she was repeatedly hung up on. This is disgusting and unconscionable. How can you do this to a grieving family? I understand that mistakes may happen, but there was no attempt to apologise or rectify the situation, only behaviour that compounded the family's grief. I will be helping them to make complaints to the Manitoba Consumers Bureau and the Better Business Bureau and, if necessary, looking into charges of fraud.

Will never order from Bloomex again. Sends me dead flowers on 12 Feb for Valentine’s Day. I ordered them for Valentine’s Day. Why are they coming early? Why are they coming dead? One bouquet looks like some slimy spinach and the other one had buds breaking and falling off! Out of the 70+ flowers that were in my order, there may have been one or two flowers that weren’t dead/dying/broken! After submitting this to their customer service, I asked for a reorder, which never came! And now they are refusing to refund me. So I get no flowers and they take my money? Seems like a bunch of thieves to me!

Very pretty flowers but not what I ordered. I had ordered snapdragons in a mason jar for my mom and aunt. They both have cats which is why I ordered snapdragons (they're non toxic to cats). My mom received one snapdragon (which was a bit crumpled) with her flowers and no mason jar. My aunt received no snapdragons. They both received the card with custom message and the chocolates. Deliveries were on time (9am-noon). Very pretty flowers and they both loved them but now they have to keep them in a closed bathroom so they don't risk poisoning their cats.

Very poor quality - sent some tulips to my mother (paid for a double upgrade to the supersize version) and they sent her flowers that were almost dead. Well past their prime and will not even stand up. For $60 this is a pretty big disgrace considering you can buy this bunch of tulips at superstore for $4.99 I will not be using Bloomex again as this is the not the first time I’ve had issues - just the first time I’ve decided to post a review. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere if you are planning on sending flowers to someone.

Flowers from BRISBANE AUSTRALIA area.I left a an excellent review regarding the ordering process. I had special requirements regarding Gourmet 11 items basket, my daughter is lactose intolerant, When flowers arrived they were NOT fresh,browning at edge of carnations, others had seen better days. The Chocolate was substituted for Crackers with two very tiny bars of chocolates around 2" square.I packet of jelly sweets. This cost me over £100.I have complained and I am still waiting for a response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

THE WORST BUSINESS AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! We had ordered a floral arrangement for my MOTHERS FUNERAL, and they did not deliver it nor did they attempt to even fix the whole situation by offering another arrangement, we had to resort to buy from a nearby florist last minute, as our mother requested to have real flowers at her viewing. Horrible, horrible business with even worse customer service. Don’t ever buy from this business unless you want to be disappointed!

I spent over 100$ on a flower basket and the bouquet that arrived as a "substitution" was the worst one ever, nothing in common with the original one I ordered! In addition I payed extra for morning delivery and it was delivered in the evening! Don't trust the company any more! After several emails and phone calls they just told that "according to their policies they can make a substitution if the original is not available". Terrible flowers quality and service!

I placed an order online for a Birthday bouquet and vase today from Vancouver, BC with same day delivery in Winnipeg, MB. for my mom's birthday and the beautiful bouquet and vase were delivered 4 hours later. I called Customer Service to confirm that the order would be delivered today, and Chris was very helpful with my customer service call. I am very pleased and will definitely be ordering from Bloomex again in the future.

Awful company, and even worse follow up from their customer service - They substituted an order where the flowers provided don't look anything like what was ordered, nor was consistent with the colour scheme chosen . Furthermore, their customer service agents are rude and try to talk over you and get you off the phone as soon as possible. Steer clear and order from other vendors rather than wasting your time with Bloomex.

I’ve been a happy customer since day one that I engaged myself doing business with Bloomex Flowers here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Did not get what we ordered at all. Ordered a very specific theme of flowers, chocolate basket and champagne. Recieved wine instead that the giftee was allergic to and the flowers were not even close to the same color, look and flower description. Spent 200 and only received credit for the wine. They argued with me on how the flowers were fresh and looked fine so no credit or refund was going to be given. Not happy.

We ordered a deluxe bouquet online to be sent to my mom and she loved the flowers! We put in the order the day before and delivery was prompt and arrived at my parents’ house before noon the next day. The pic my mom sent shows that the bouquet was a nice large size and the flowers look really fresh and vibrant. The website was also easy to use and offered discount codes. Would definitely order from Bloomex again!

We ordered a bouquet of roses/vase/card for my unwell sister and she received an upsized version with extra chocolate biscuits. The roses were big blooms and the arrangement was stunning. I ordered flowers for someone for before Mothers Day through Bloomex, not only were they a day late getting to them, they were completely ruined on arrival. Two full bouquets could not be saved. I have called, emailed and chatted online and no one has done anything or got back to me. It was a complete embarrassment for something that was supposed to be special. I'm still waiting for something to be done.

Disappointing - the roses were browning, wilting from day one. Vase sold with them was too narrow, squished them together too much. Had to throw out by day 7, could have done so by day 5 but didn't trying to hold on to the thought of them. Cost... more expensive, compared to other florists. Positives - website easy to work through and the Delivery Person was friendly and cheery.

I've been using Boomex for 2 years for all my floral deliveries for my employer. Recipients of the flowers always comment on how beautiful they are. They have a wide range of floral bouquets for every occasion, great prices and quick delivery. I also like the add ons of a vase and card. Highly recommend using Bloomex for future floral needs.

There was no notification from their delivery guy that it was delivered, flowers were withered, balloon was deflated and detached to the stick, I added a card as well and I don't know why it's printed in one of their promotional flier. Never getting my flowers from them ever again.

Had them send two bouquets for condolences. They showed up 10days past deliver date. Upside down and half dead. It would have been far better not sending any at all by this point. Very confusing website and process to order. The order is charged before you enter delivery and I never received a confirmation. Instead I received a reminder that I left my cart open. I selected a blue bouquet for a new baby boy and the flowers that were sent looked nothing like what I paid for; not a single blue flower but tons of pink instead. How embarrassing.
