I went in and put in a prescription, they told me to come back in 10 minutes I came back after 20 minutes my prescription is ready and the transaction went through as expected. My only comment is that it was a very impersonal service because it is such a big chemist and I don't know me. They seem to have everything chemist would need they are the only one in the Nepean shopping centre their price seems reasonable and their service pretty good.

Having a family member who is dependent on medication that is costly to keep in stock, a slow mover and can change at a moments notice Blooms have come to the rescue on several occasions. Blooms staff have gone above and beyond what is expected, they truly are healthcare professionals, and very much appreciated.

Great place to deal with, Customer Service is exceptional. There may be a delay in getting your script, but that is only because they are so popular and well respected. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my script’s and other Pharmacy items, because nothing compares to this place, and there prices are great.

Blooms Nepean Square is the best chemist in Penrith. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with all the products available. The dispensary staff are awesome and let’s not forget all the other staff especially Mary everyone is awesome.

Was served by a lovely lady by the name of Leina today who went above and beyond to help me look for a product which I thought was discontinued. Absolutely fantastic customer service A++++
